Edmond listened to the doctor and looked at Emily. He looked at her back and then let out a slightly disappointed sigh. But he was quiet enough to be sure they did not catch it. Cobblepot was to small to do that and if he had told someone to do it the case would never stick. Following her had given him nothing to use in court. Still he chose to stay and help. "I will be right back with water and cleaner tools." Dantes mumbled leaving his things in the corner before heading out. He didn't like sharing surgical tools so he would use a different set. He look a round a bit then came back with what he and the Crime Doctor needed.

He moved over to the table and looked over her arms. This all told him one thing. He had heard glass break in the blocked off part of the Lounge. Someone was back there. But until he saw a crime take place he could do nothing. Dantes took out a pair of tweezers and pulled very small glass shards that an untrained eye would simply mistake as cuts. He had taken a few medical classes after returning to the civilized world. "A lot of mirror, how the hell did you walk so strait..." He thought out loud before realizing what he had said. He had said it quietly but still loud enough for the doctor and her to hear.

He looked towards the corner of the room with his bow and quiver hidden. the medical mask would conceal his identity but still. He felt uneasy now. He took a small clean rag and dipped a corner in the water before cleaning the blood off gently. That way if he had missed some of the glass it would not push further into her arm. Now Edmond worked in an awkward silence.

Far from being shy about showing off his physique, Vandal Savage smiled as he put his arms out to either side, as if basking in the glory that was himself. This allowed Natalia to see his arms as well as his sides, and held them there as he turned around slowly. VERY slowly, almost to the point of being tauntingly slow.

Edmond focused on what they were saying as he washed the blood off her arms. That was what he was told to do and he would do a very good job. She had said "not exactly" about the time Edmond finished cleaning her hands. He felt like he had just given her a manicure. He had cleaner under her nails, on her nails, around her nails, and then just the rest of her hand. Once he was done he set the rag on the table and looked over her arms one more time. He had finished his part. Dantes was thankful the crime doctor had changed the topic from his slip up.

"I will have to remember your work." He mumbled to the doctor as he moved over to the corner of the room with all his stuff. He wasn't about to question Emily. At least not yet. The doctor seemed decent enough and he really didn't want to hurt him. Now Dantes knew two things. She would not have needed him to fight the thugs, and she could probably match him in hand to hand combat. Luckily if she got that mad he could exploit her back as a weakness.

"So then it was a duel, you fought him, he fought you." The Count deduced. From what the doctor had said Emily could handle herself in a fight meaning whoever fought her possessed skill above average level. Anyone with that skill would not stoop to surprise attacks or cheap shots leaving only the option the fight had been mutual and she lost. That would explain why she had been allowed to leave. Duels with honorable men settled disputes, they did not always take lives. "Seeing how the doctor speaks of you I can only imagine the condition your opponent is in. Should we be expecting another patient or should I just call the morgue." Dantes was not normally like this. But with every disguise he put on a different personality. Even with the Count. He was so serious with his work he even took on a very slight irish accent. this personality just happened to be a cocky d**k.

Emily turned her attention to her hands and gave them a look over. She was fairly impressed... not even the Doctor got her hands this clean the last time she had bloodied them. "Unfortunately no." she replied. "As much as I wanted to hurt him, that would have been frowned upon. Besides... I was tossed into a mirror and basically landed on the broken glass twice. The last time he pinned me, I didn't have a choice but to let him win."

Natalia grinned. "I suppose it's only fair." she said, then took a step back, letting her corset slip lower. "Well then... go ahead and get a peek of whatever you'd like..."

"Hm... sounds like fun. That explains the whole angry exit and the guard almost peeing when you looked at him. Still, why not stop the thugs who followed you here, sure you had glass in your back but come on, it was child's play, even for a cripple." Dantes said before remembering who he was pretending to be. I came in the front but saw you and the thugs go into the alley way. I had been at the iceberg lounge for my break." Dantes made up two rabid lies to hide the truth and he was proud of them. They were weak, but he was proud.

"So, do you want stitches or do you just want to leave the cuts open?" He asked as he began looking around for the appropriate needle and thread.

Natalia smiled and let her free hand fold the corset down around her until it would have to be removed completely. A spider tattoo was curled around her belly button, only revealed when her uniform was pulled away far enough. "Oh... I manage to get out every now and then. I would love to get out more often though. Especially if it's with you..." she purred.

Emily looked back over at the man, and her expression became suspicious. "Stitches would be best." she replied carefully. "Can't just let them continue to bleed." she said, keeping her eyes on the man now. "So.... you were in the Lounge and followed me over here?"

"Take my job offer, and you'll be able to go wherever you want, whenever you want, unless I call you up," Savage said, admiring the view that the fallen corset now allowed, "When that happens, you're with me, twenty-four-seven. And believe me, I would be calling you up rather soon." He looked at the tattoo as it was revealed, and commented, "Very well done, that tattoo is. You seem to have a thing for spiders."
