Jack stared at what had just happened with pure disbelief. He groaned quietly as he fell onto his bed, his head now hurting. He rubbed it gently as he tried to clear everything out of his head.
"Good God, I hate hate this place sometimes... wait... Takiko, are you alright?""

Pops out of no where. "Dude! Don't disturb her!!! She is in a deep sleep. Her body will heal painlessly if you don't touch her. Sleeping is her medicine right now. Bye! heart "

Takiko didn't want to be healed by the thing that hurt her. She knew people like her. They try to help you to gain trust, then stab you in the back at the first chance they get. Takiko did not want to sleep either, she wanted to attack the girl. But at the moment she was unconsious, unable to wake herself.

((Just a question, what is she? She must be a speed demon to be able to "poof out of nowhere" by a phsycic to read her thoughts or a mage to heal?))
Takiko ignored the voice she heard. She did not care if the girl was frustrated or not, as her voice so sounded, Takiko would get her vengence eventually. If she really tried to help her and Jack, she would not have attacked Takiko in the first place.

"How can you promise something like that?" Takiko asked. She was lying in the bed, her eyes gazing at the ceiling. "Physically I may be fine... But... After seeing so much while being here in New York... I will never be fine..." Takiko was not looking at anything in particular, just spacing out as she spoke her thoughts to Jack.

Jack stared at Takiko for several secondds. He sighed quietly as he looked away and nodded. He understood what she meant. The city... nothing was alright with it. All it did was cause pain and misery for most people. He sat Takiko up and embraced her tightly. He felt more fear for her than anyone else, even for himself.
"Takiko... everything will be all right in the end. You're all I care about right now. I'll do whatever I can to make things easier for you."

Ghorkel exited a house... his speed doing it's work. Nothing too big... a simple twenty dollar bill. He never actually stole much - that would be stupid. It looked only like someone displaced or lost the item... he also stuck the owner's car keys somewhere different in the house, to continue the illusion of normalcy.
Then, he stopped walking... he turned, 'feeling' something... He blinked... seeing, across the street... that shadow-void-vampire-lady. "Well, glad her body healed, at least." He looked around, then over at Jack. "And who's this clod?" He shook his head, sighing. "Probably more of those anti-everything jerkwads in that 'war'. Idiots." He turned to walk away...
And stopped again. "Wouldn't hurt to say hello..." His curiosity on what's going on getting the better of him, the Speedfreak zipped over, appearing near Takiko. He smiled under his hood, his voice now a hoarse whisper, "You made it. That's good."

Pandora walked into the Residential district, black strapy heels clicking on the ground as she walked. She looked serene in the moon light - black curls pinned up wildly to give her a messy look, green eyes glinting in the moonlight, her body's natural curves accented by a black dress, made of a silk material that looked like it was ready to simply fall off of her perfectly toned frame. She appeared as the definition of perfection.
As she turned a corner, she ran into a group of people. Well...not people. Demons, such as herself. There seemed to be some kind of trouble going on, and since they were demons, she saw no harm in going over to them and introducing herself. After all, since she had been in the city there was no one she had really gotten to know for more than a one night stand.
Crossing the street quickly, she headed in their direction, hips swaying with a sensuous quality as she walked without her even thinking about it. It was only natural for her to step up her sexuality when there were others around...part of her trade.

Ghorkel's head turned, yellow eyes looking out at Pandora, coming near them. "Oh, well that's just perfect... I hope she's not a friend of these two... I HATE people like..." He sniffed the air. "s**t. Succubi." He had liked succubi his first few moments in Hell... after that, hated them. They teased him with their sexuality, mocking him from the embrace of his masters...
...Not to mention, it was a succubi's fault that his master made him a eunuch. Or at least, he thought it was. He scowled under his hood at the approaching demoness, backing up a few steps, ready to run if she was here to take him back to his master... he wouldn't go. He gripped the dagger at his side... he couldn't leave, though. "This one's my friend... ex-mortal, like me." He looked at Takiko. "Damnit."

Kain appered in the dark with his black long coat on"I dont smell them but I know they are here."He made sure his weapons were conceiled and that his sword was shethed and out of sight."Ok lets go then."Kain walked out from the darkness and into the real world.

She coudlnt help but laugh slightly at his reaction to her presense. Of course she was used to emn shifting about everytime she walked near, but he seemed more afraid...more angry at her than anything. This perplexed her.
"Well, you dont need to be afraid," she said as she looked at the creature before her. Demon, most definately...and from the looks of it fresh from Hell. That would be an interesting story she would have to hear at some point.
Turning her attention to the rest of those in the group, she smiled sweetly at them, though for the men that sweetness could be taken for a sensuous quality.
"I hope I'm not intruding. Couldnt resist the look of such a handsome crowd. Im Pandora." Her eyes glinted as she looked between them all, a soft grin on her lips. She rbushed a stray curl from her face as she waited to see whether she would be accepted or rejected into their little party here.
