"I dont know anythign about my "rep" and honestly I could care less of the challenges, mostly they are from people who think they are the best and honsetly under estimate me, so as I being the better man i save them the embarassment." Cain spoke again int he same tone, this was true, his reputation did not matter to him or what other people thought, he didnt care about the challenges either they were just down right foolish. "And sparky, I dont think you are avoided, your more like a magnet for retards." Cains aid with a smirk on his face, this Xan guy was a joke to him just like everyone else at this school.

Ashori frowned slightly, taking a small step back as Koji moved towards her. She hoped this didn't offend him, but she couldn't help it. Blood was the thing she'd found that most easily awakened her demon side, and she usually attacked the thing that the blood was coming from. This was why she wanted to heal him so badly. So then the scent would fade faster, and she'd be able to regain full control of herself. Right now she was mentally struggling to keep her demon side in check. She shifted lightly in place, staring at the ground before looking back at Koji. "If you... don't want me to heal you, can we at least try to stop the bl-bleeding?" she asked anxiously. She wanted to hurry. The last thing she wanted to do was attack the first person she'd really met in a year. She covered her nose even tighter as the scent from Xan's cigarette mixed with the blood, causing her to cough suddenly a few times.

 Xan stared at Cain with a slight twitch. "Retard Magnet?" He grinned a little. "I suppose that's a knock at my friends then..." He cracked his neck. "So you think your so good, you got nothing to worry about? Unbeatable? Untouchable? You wouldn't care what other people think because it doesn't matter. ....because your just...'better'? Your so far up where the sun dun't shine...no wonder your so dingey." He was about to put his battle gloves on when her remembered he left them at Veretta's dorm room. "ugh? damnit..." He looked up at Cain with a grin. "I guess the gloves are off... Lucky you." Xan had a serious look in his eye... "At first I wanted a mere spar...but now the story's been edited. yeah?" Xan stood up Straight and his grin disapeared. "Cain! For insulting me, my friends, my name, and...Because your a complete d**k in general! .." Xan Stratt leaned back into his Hou Wushu stance. "I Challenge you..." ~~Let's see if Cain looks at Pride in a different light after this....~~ "...You Ready??" He clenched one fist and readied himself... there was about 5 meters space between them. While The two men talked in the arena people gathered at windows, walls, sidelines and such. Students and techers of different ages and qualities.
"You know what's going on?" A student with an orange cape said. another student holding her books looked at him.. "Not really. The Insane guy literally JUST challenged the Strong guy." She replied.
"The one in blacks' in my class. He hasn't failed a single test or challenge yet. I dunno about written one's but, practicals....no beating that guy." Another stood and added.
"The Red Head's in my General Elements class. He's never listening. Always in a dream world and always yells at people. Quiet in classes... but when you see him with his friends.. He never shuts up!" Yet another student added.
"So what's he like? You know... fighting?""Never really seen him.. saw him train a couple of time, he's always focusing on his hands... He's some kind Elemental."
"It's called a Red Mage!" The first boy yelped.
"You Play too many video games... He's an elementalist..a science wiz too." She corrected. "You know when the Dojo's ceiling caved in... completely wrecked?" She nodded at Xan. "Him. He did it."
"SO? Loads of people could around here.""In One punch? I don't think so. He even fixed it up in the same night when the section was closed off.""BETS ON WHO WINS!!!!!!! I RAISE 20G FOR EACH BET! WINS,KNOCKOUT, FATALITY AND FORFIT BETS ALLOWED!! THE WINNINGS SPLIT!!!" An older candidate yelled.
"20G, CAIN WINS. KNOCKOUT!!!" "ON CAIN, BY KNOCKOUT!!!" "SIGN ME UP ON METALHEAD, FATALITY!!!" The booky jumped back..."WAIT! Just gimme a sec, Lemmy write you each a ticket" He yelped as he pulled out a scrap book."Put one down on Xan. Plain old win. " A Girl added.
Everyone turned and looked at the young lady... "What? You stupid?"

"I never said i was better, there could be possibly anyone stronger then me, though I would say that I am better int he way that it does not matter to me."Cain said in his usual calm voice, he wasnt trying to back out of the fight or start one, he was being as honest as he usualy was and of course he wanted to spare the embarassment that would occur hin his behalf."If you just didnt care what other people said then you would not be challenging me like every other moron that does so." Cain said again with a smirk, seeing this guy was not going to change his mind."Since you are defending your 'Pride' or whatever it is your doing, how bout I let you choose."

Xan looked into his eyes, unstancing a little.... "....hm. Your not shitting me are you? You don't actually care? Okay then... Just fight me. Just for the sake of it. Like a sparring match.... C'mon...."
He slanted back into stance. ~~Perhaps he's not as bigheaded as people say.~~ Xan thought to himself. "Choose your arena, Slappy." He grinned.
Xan's been dying to fight him since he got to the school, now's a perfect chance... he couldn't pas down an oppportunity..

Veretta was looking at the fight with wide eyes.She shifted her weight from side to side and then looked back at the girl.Ashori huh?Thats a nice name.And this fight.....damn Xan always getting into trouble.She laughed as she watched the people on the sidelines.She looked back towards Ashori and laughed a bit at her saying she was sorry."Ah.....damn I was acting like an a** dont worry bout' it okay?"She smiled back at the girl seeing she seemed to be calming herself.
She just really stood there without a single thought going through her mind.She finally just sat on the floor staring at the fight ahead of her.Her eyes were flashing red,as her neko ears tweaked a bit in excitement.She was thinking about Morrigan and Xan...and the relationship thing.And she just happened to glance over and see Morrigan walking in talking on her phone."Speak of the devil."Her face shrivled up like a prune just thinking about it.I mean they were still freinds and all,but....she better keep her distance.Does Xan even really love me?I mean its still a little faint and all,but.......its there.Though is it really love?Can you really love someone after all this time?Damn Im confusing myself here.She looked down in her hand and remembered the locket she was going to open.She played with it in her hands for a second ,then tried to pry it open with her fingernail.She stopped wondering what would happen if she did.SHe really just wanted Xan to tell her what was in it,though she'd rather find out herself.Instead she merely just toyed with it a bit ,flipping it from one hand to the other.

 Xan put on a serious face.... "I Challenge you in the Junkyard arena." He smiled then looked into the crowd awwing at the descision. "JUNKYARD!? What an Idiot!""Yeah that's Like, Cain's Haven!"A couple of Student's Squabbled. Xan looked at the Staff administrators through the high control centre window, preparing the decision, and the Arena hissed and began to change. Metal Raised from the ground, or warped in out of nowhere. Xan took one last look at the croud watch.. ~~Wow, there usually this many people here to watch a random bout??~~ He thought. He saw Morrigan on here phone... and then closeby, Koji, Ashori...and Veretta. He smiled at Veretta and gave her a big grin and a thumbs up, before he could no longer see her beyond the scrap heap. The croud coul certtainly see Xan and Cain from either the highest seats; if the two climbs atop the scrap heap; or on the big screen on the top arena... The whole arena was like a huge dome of opportunitys to both of them... "Need I say 'Be Prepared'?" He spoke to Cain with a grin.

Veretta's eyes went wide at the arena.She looked at little surprised and just smiled at him as he disappeared behind the trash heaps."A junkyard.....thats ....different."She got up quickly and ran to the top of the bleachers so she could see the fight.She stood up at the top pushing the other kids out of the way."Kick his a**,Xan!"She yelled so loud so he could hear her over the yelling of the crowd.Lots of people out here....lots of noise too.She sat down and grinned at him from the stands,blowing him a kiss for goodluck.

A girl with a baseball cap with her boyfriend was sat next to Veretta. They looked round at her. "Your counting on HIM to win?" "Yeah the guy's a total loser, He chose the Junkyard". "He hasn't got a chance!"They raised an eyebrow each at her. "You do know what Cain can do right?" The girl said. "He controls Metal or somthing.... well, if i didn't know better, Cain's got a complete upperhand in that stadium." Her boyfrind quoted. "Say, What does Xan do?"

Raven just smirked at the couple for a moment smiling."Believe me I know exactally what Cain can do.I almost got in a fight with him once,for making his friend mad.Im certain Xan will beat him no matter what,he .....will never give up."She laughed laid against the wall at the top thinking to herself."Hou Wushu its a type of fighting,very impressive.I dont think he even knows what I can do yet."She smiled and continued to look on at him smiling to herself.She glanced down once more at the locket in her hand,and thought of it as a good luck charm.I may not know what is in this locket,though Im a bit afraid to open it.I belive it something wonderful,thats how I feel when Im just holding it in my hands.Its......special,and if I just belive in him he will win...Im sure

MOrrigan mumbled down her phone, "you found her,,b ring her back, yes i know, but Orianna is young shes still troublesome... shes 14 not 20. whatever Calhoun, ill talk to you later." she close dher phone. and looked out at the stadium, crossing her arms on her lap, she closed her eyes, "this will be different." she saw Raven on the other side of the stadium and moved her eyesight back to Xan. "ill help him out if he needs it." she bowed her head slightly her bangs falling in fornt of her face. "coem on Xan, or maybe cain." she lookd Cain up and down

The Girl and boy smirked. "Whatever lady. Keep thinking that." "Hou Wushu? Sounds like a Wok Appitizer!!"
They laughed and the girl got up. "Hey Darren, I'm gonna go get some Snacks, want anything?" She asked him.
Ah okay... a pepsi and...ahaha... see if they got some Hou Wushu! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" They laughed together in histerics, and the girls turned to go down the steps again. but as she turned she accidentally knocked the pendant from Veratta's hand then disapeared into the croud.
"Oh, nuts... you lost your... thing...it'll probably get stuck or stomped on down there.... bad luck huh? Sorry about that." The girl's boyfriend said looking over the other students at the impending bout.

Raven felt like she had just been smacked in the face.She gave the boy an evil smirk and grabbed him by the neck."Im sorry what did you just say?No one insults him.......unless you want to answer from me."She stood up slightly lifting him up from his seat.She then threw him back down and looked around for the locket.Its was the skull locket that could read her feelings,but little did she know contained a picture from her past.She stopped as she saw something shine at the bottom of the bleachers."Damn now I have to go find it."She leaned hard against the wall, and like a shadow disappeared into the wall.You could see something slithering around on the ground,it looked like a black snake.When she spotted it she lifted herself into her normal form out of the floor.She pushed over some people as one almost stepped on it."Damnit you idiots move it or lose it."She picked it up and thought it would be safe for her to put it back on her neck.
((Ha that Pm almost made me spurt pepsi out of my nose! whee ))
