Ecchymos didn't give voice to his thoughts. He cleared his throat.

Monoe bit her lip.
"I-I'm 19," she said. "I'm shut out of everything. Mocha even said that I cannot fully comprehend why I 'am blessed with the better gender'..."
She squinted.
"Though the only difference between men and women is how they dress! And those chest things. Are they magical or something?"

Ecchymos mumbled for a few seconds.
"Uhm. Well, I guess you could... Uh, not re... Yes."
He composed himself.
"You don't have to be. Just... um. Actually, well... Why don't you just imagine that you aren't shut out of everything?"

Wadsworth resisted his urge to go over there and show Monoe the difference between men and women. He tried as hard as he could to not stand up and walk over there, and managed to keep his cool.
There'll be plenty of time for that when I win.

She turned to Chryseis.
"Isn't your friend the smartest man?"
"Oh," Chryseis said, "he would know even less."

Chryseis looked away, flushing.
"M-My parents would know better."
"So they're experts?"
Chryseis' eye twitched.

Vhozd signaled at Chryseis, and Wadsworth glanced up at him.
"I believe our mute friend is attempting to tell you that they are having a moment, and to ask you to please leave."
Vhozd nodded and pointed to KogiWadsworth.

PRO-1 walked out of the cafeteria and eventually wandered into the drug lab. He walked around the lab scanning the equipment and chemicals.
"Primitive but I suppose it will have to suffice." He jumped on top of one of the metal tables and lied down.
"I must get rid of these annoying organics though, maybe later."
He put his head down and soon in his eyes flashed the words: "SLEEP MODE." His red headlight eyes dimmed and he was silent.

He turned into a snake, beginning to survey PRO-1's body.

Monoe tilted her head.
"What's so bad about going somewhere?"
"You may not return!", Chryseis wailed. "Besides, who are your parents?!"
"Ann and Kokopelli."
Something dislodged in Chry's mind.
"But... Kokopelli was her psychiatrist... and a priest..."
Chryseis' eye rolled to the back of her head, and she fainted.

PRO-1's sensors picked up Jacks movement. He waited for Jack to move closer and then with lighting speed he rolled off the table away from Jack and then popped up, his left arm turned into his gatling gun.
"HALT ORGANIC!! Do you realize it is a federal crime to tamper with or vandalize ANY F.E.C. military technology?!! I must ask you to step back lest you provoke me to use force."

Jack [now in human-esque form] stared at PRO-1 without eyes [or a face].
"Hnhnhnhn... no need to be scared. I just want to see how you work," he said, holding out his arms in a shrug.
He stroked his chin with a third arm which appeared out of nowhere [connected to his shoulder], watching PRO-1 in interest.
"Who made you...?"

Ecchymos lifted an eyebrow at what he perceived as Chryseis' overreaction.
"You could always go visit your parents if you wanted to. "
He looked at Monoe.
"Your father's a priest?"
Wadsworth muttered under his breath.
"I can't show the girl the difference between men and women, and then another girl faints in front of me and I can't even drag her into a corner and do stuff."
He sighed loudly.
"Today sucks."

"I hate my family! Insanity runs in my family... and my mother's deemed the looniest!"
Salem, waking up, took out a recorder-player.
"...'You stupid c***! You have no idea, no basis, for what they'll do, the diseases, the fire'..."
Salem turned it off.
"Ann is a scary individual."
Monoe smiled as if it was normal.
"Oh yeah! She told me a variant when I went outside to look at the fishies... She once went here, but said she was terrorised by an amorphous nightmare."
She tilted her head.
"...hmm."
