Jiraiya who noticed Haikaze trying out the rasengan laughed at his attemp, though he sliced through the trees he was a complete failure. he stepped to him in a bit of a sarcastic tone "Trying to use my students move, eh? It's not that easy, even if you pierced the trees in half, your rasengan was a failure. If you were to do it correctly your chakra was suppose to stay in a sphere shape and cut through the tree in an orb shape and leave the inner parts of the tree smooth, and not pierce through the tree in half after you lost retain of the chakra with chips flying all over, let me demostrate." Jiraiya found a nearby thick tree and created a rasengan in his right hand "Look carefully..." He started pushing the rasengan againts the tree, as it was getting cut in a round hole shape til the middle of the tree, no chips were flying away and inside of the tree was smooth. At that point he let go of the chakras retain "That's how you do it, you didn't even get the first stage right, nor do you have the chakra level to even try and use such a move."

((sorry, but having you learning rasengan so easily seemed unfair to Minato who took 3 years and Naruto who took a week, and besides, trying to figure out a way to make ur use seem wrong was really hard 3nodding ))

Jiraiya was impressed with this boys control, but there was still a certain lack of something "You're a fast learner, I'll give you that, buy my eyes aren't as old as you say they are, both trees you pierced we different techiniques, but rasengan isn't just any technique, you don't just compress a bit of a chakra and retain it's rotation, and about the stages, let me explain what I mean."

But when you finish the third, you get the results as the one I did before, but you still lack something, first of all, surely you noticed the speed of the rotation increase it's power, but the amound of chakra you can compress and retain in rotation counts as well, and the more you use, the harder it is to rotate, so using the right amount while still having enough to fight is crutial. Also, to use rasengan means also means physically your moves will become heavier and slower because you must focus yourself to retain it. In other words it is the worst double edged sword for a Genin such as yourself, prevent yourself from using it unless it's a final resort in battle, and if you're wise, you'll notice no matter how much you train, rasengan will always lack something." This was a test of wisdom to see how much this boy understands the use of jutsus.

Ok, well Heikaze is over there and I dunno where Raven is said Kagome as she looked around wearily. It's just really boring with no missions and concidering you need to finish missions to get into the chunnin exams.

<(Okay, well he hasn't yet mastered the rasengan. Also, he in on a completely different level than Naruto was. Also, the first two stages would be a walk int eh park for a shinobi with chakra control as good as Heikaze's. Finally, by watching how they performed the jutsu with his byakugan he can see how they manipulated their chakra to perform it. All these things give him a tremendous advantage over Naruto.)>

As the smoke began to clear Gurenke stood on the field Kunai twirling around his fingers, Sakuras, Kunai.

"Very good, you have potential. Perhaps you're getting a bit hungry? Lets go get some Ramen."

He turned to leave and looked over at Crys. "You could learn something from this young girl, Crys. Perhaps if you gained some initiative and tried to work a bit harder you might get as far as Sakura here." He continued to walk towards a nearby Ramen shop.

Unable to pump anymore chakra into what was now a solid stone he realized his only choice was to rotate it faster. "Thanks, Jiraiya-sama." Heikaze said actually showing respect, such a think was nearly as rare as the excitement that had been in his tone. "But, I like my version better. Its much cooler, and original." he said before Kakashi arrived with Kogame.

Turning to teh silver haired man, Heikaze visibly looked him up and down. The movement of his head was recognizeable even though unnecesary. "No thanks." he said casually, "...I quit." With a smirk he pulled his arm out of the tree, still holding the rasengan in his left palm.

He glanced down at it, the rotation speed increasing slightly but not quite enough to produce the 'aura.' With his right hand he pulled down his cloak, the wind put of by the rasengan caused it flap wildly. Thrusting downward he shoved the swirling sphere of chakra into the ground at his feet. The explosion and impact that resulted kicked up dust, dirt and chunks of earth, in which he disapeared. When it all settled down, there a sizeable crater left where he stood.

<(Can't wait to see Jiraiya's face when Heikaze goes missing-nin. Lol. Though he is correct about him not being evil...)>
