Arch ran into a field of flowers, smelling the scent of Shi shi fading but saw Loba. He knew he shouldn't ask, but anxiousness took over again, and he couldn't resist, but he didn't want to be rude, "Hey Loba, what you stalking? A kitten?" He laughed a little bit at the horrible joke he made.

"If you do not trust the magicks that protect this sanctuary than why are you still here? If you feel there is the need to go, than go. I am a protector of this pack and there is nothing, nothing that will bring harm to it while I and this area are here. Do you not understand?" He growled menacengly and aproached the entrance way, toward the head that extended into it.

She stood her ground not even flinching as he grew closer "You should know very well Kyo that I would never leave the pack it is the only place I have, but if we all don't leave there may be a chance that we may lose some of us....." she looked away now not liking the savage devotion she could see in his eyes. "There are not enough of us to fend off such an attack, it's suicide."

"Suicide is better than turning one's back on a place that offered such solace. Even if we were to up and leave this place there is no other that we would be able to go to. All ways are blocked save for the way of the rushing water, towering mountains that grow and shift with a mind of their own encompass the entire sanctuary. I WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO INJURE MY PACK!" The fur along his spine stood up on end as he finished growling out his speech, his eyes seemingly glowing a dangerous tint of red.

She began to quake as he growled and went on. She lowered her head, but kept her gaze on him. "I Have many ties in many other places, even if you would not go, we should not put the young pups into such harm." She shook her head growing her composure back "If you do not leave then, I shall have to divert the clan away from our territory. I suppose suicide is better, and no better suicide then to jump right into the ranks of the enemy."

Loba turned her eyes to Arch and glared at him. " No something much better than the Kitten-that-out-ran-dashing-Arch." She shot back monotoned. " If you must know..." she began looking back up the tree. "I'm playing with a oddly color squirrel." she said with some amusment.

The fur lowered a bit on his back, though the dangerous glint was still in Kyo's eyes. "Eternal rest after protecting one's pack is better than suicide, what you suggest is just that plain and simple. Not that of a healer but more of a blood-drawn pup." His tone was more repremanding than anything else, he had seen way too much of this before. He had even been in her paws at one point in time, was she that blind that she did not see the scar that served as a reminder of that? The crimson orbs were hardened with anger, pure and simple, why would she even think of doing that?

She cringed at his words, not in fear or pain, but the full thought of the words he gave. "I cannot help what I was born into, I am a healer for the fact that I wish to help, but I cannot help something that will be dead." she shook her maw and stepped foward lightly her own blank blue orbs gazing into his angered ones. "If you all fight in this even you Kyo, whom has been through much, could hardly hold a chance againts them all." Her eyes seemed slightly to glitter with pain "You are all the only family I have now...I don't want to see you all die for something that can be avoided."

Kyo's tone softened a bit, his anger slowly melting away. "If you think you can deter them away from our sanctuary, or allow them to speak. Maybe they would be willing to be absorbed into this area as we are. There is plenty of territory to go around for them to enjoy, fighting is the last thing that this land needs." He stepped back, curling up on the floor of the den to take a light nap. "As for having a chance? I still do not see why you would think that if we are the only family that you actually have, I would think that you would be at least rooting for us."

((I'm terribly sorry for my lack of... well writing. I promise I'll become more active.))
"Lidia..." Cal grumbled after many moments deep in though. Liddy looked up with fearful eyes. "What plagues your conscious?" He asked softly, softening his tone.
"Nothing." She responded softly blocking away emotion in her eyes. "Did you need me to get you something?"
"Yes. Shi Shi. And whomever she might have spread information to. Now." He replied his voice hardening again, he didn't notice her wince at his tone; he was far too deep in thought.
"I'll get her right away..." She whispered scurrying out of the den. Her feet moved silently over the ground as she followed the soft smell of the healers fur. She slowed her pace as her smell lead her towards Kyo's dwelling. Curiosity stung at the back of her mind as she listened to the soft murmurs coming from the two wolves, and cringed as Kyo exploded. She didn't want to be there... to interrupt. But she felt worse listening to them. She straightened herself up and strode forward, sitting swiftly just in view.
"Shi Shi... Kyo" She called softly, remembering Cal’s request. "Cal wishes to speak with you both..."

Kyo made a noise at the back of his throat, his nap would have to wait. His anger had all but melted away, leaving him more tired than usual. He still laid where he was in his den though, waiting for Shi Shi to move out of the entrance way before he would get up. If Cal wanted to speak to them now, what would he say? Kyo was the protector of the group so he would have to listen and do what he was told, her? He was not sure about her, her actions so far had been very confusing.

She sneezed. Loba pushed back off from the tree and swiviled around. " I smell Liddy....." She whispered. " I guess I will have to wait to play with that oddly colored creature..." she said to herself. "Come Arch, it isn't often that Liddy comes to fetch someone."

"That wasn't a fair game and you know it!" Arch retorted, a past that was best left to be past. He was snapped out of his thoughts when Loba made her remark on Lady Liddy, "Alright." He scampered off with Loba in the lead.

She smiled at him from the front. "Stop following be from behind, Arch. I am no higher in ranks than you." She stopped for him to step up next to her before she started to walk again, "Besides, you know I was only teasing." She said softly to him.
