Hikaru was wondering what they were going to do. He really wanted to learn a jutsu and surprise jayden when he got home. as he was standing there he started to remember that he didn't eat anything after class so he reached into his bag and felt around for a second. As he got to the bottom of his bag he found a bento box which he packed the night before but obviously forgot that he put it in his bag before he left.
Hikaru lowered his mask just below his mouth, he then opened the bento and took out the egg rolls and ate them thinking to himself. I wonder why Jayden never packs food for himself...hmm. maybe as a thank you gift for letting me stay with him I will start making him lunch. once he had finished his meal Hikaru put the bento back in his bag, put his mask back over his mouth, and then stood up and said "Ok... I am ready to go,"
with a happy look on his face.

Masami nodded again at his handseal. "A tad crooked, but it's Ryu none the less. Hmm seems the next one is...the rabbit. Usagi is always an easy one. It's fun to catch rabbits too... uh..ahem but I digress. You form the seal like this.." She twisted her hands and fingers into the shape. Masami held it once again as a guide.

Bouten watched Masami, and with ease, he formed the next seal, whispering, "Usagi." Looking up, he grinned. "Catching rabbits eh? I bet that would be a good training exercise at some point for me. Speed is essential for taijutsu, isn't it?"

Masami laughed at his last comment. "Speed is essential to survive a battle without being hit." She took out the small book and flipped the pages. She found the seal after Usagi. "Another of my favorites. Uma. The horse seal." Masami made the seal to demonstrate it.

He placed his hands and wrists correctly, and was about to repeat Masami, when he noticed his posture was off, and his fingers were off, and continued to slip. He frowned, then got ready to repeat his attempt.

(( I'll try on my own for a moment, until I get it right at least. Then I can wait peacefully! xd ))
Biting his lower lip in frustration, Bouten attempted the seal again. He just couldn't get his left ring finger and right pinkie to agree on a position, and they utterly made the half-a** seal attempt worthless.

As he attempted the seal a third time, it seemed he had just possibly gotten it. As he rearranged his fingers, he his knuckles, fingers, and hands lock into position. "There, Uma, complete. I already have half, finally!" Bouten said, sighing happily.

She shook her head and sighed. He was determined and she gave him that, but his enthusiasm was a bit odd. "Well that'll have to do. Next in line..." The pages in the book moved until she found the next one. "The ox seal.. O-ushi, which is made like this.." She made the ox seal.

Bouten nodded, giving this next seal a try. Letting his right hand's fingers extend as far as they could, and gripping into his right with left, sticking his left pinkie and index finger straight up, he easily created the next seal, and smiled slightly at his own accomplishment. "O-ushi. Got it! Speaking of ox, dad always said I was like an ox. Mom thinks different though, oh well." he said excitedly.

Bouten was learning fast. Masami would never be an academy teacher, but maybe she'd be a Gennin squad leader. "Now there's the monkey.. Saru. Sachiko is like a monkey, haha!" She made the seal.
Sachiko heard Masami and frowned. "Look who's talking miss Hebi! You're the snake, I'm the bird." She formed the rooster seal.

Sachiko made the one after the monkey. Masami made it too. "The ram, as Sachiko demonstrated. O-hitsuji which she made a tad crooked." She snapped the chakra string. Bouten wouldn't have felt anything.

Bouten looked relieved as he formed the next seal, it was slightly difficult for him, but he completed the task well enough. "O-hitsuji, got it." he mimicked, letting himself hold the seal until Masami said otherwise or introduced a new seal. He slightly turned his head though, and looked at Sachiko, "Heh, crooked seal."

"Decent enough for the ram. I never liked that one much." Masami looked back to the book. She had the seals in a different order in her head. "Nezumi is after the ram apparently. Nezumi is the rat seal." She demonstrared it for him.

Attempting the tenth seal, he frowned as he fumbled with his hands, and continued to try, staring at Masami's demonstration. He was close, but not close enough.
