Chaser laughed slightly, this must be a sign that she was supposed to keep it and make sure is was ok. She nuzzled it slightly, it moving slightly. Her smile widend as she pushed it a bit towards Urza and gave a smile. She remebered about how she was left out to live on her own. She shuffled her feet as she walked over towards the ocean to look into the water...there was nothing there. She held her breath as she turned to Urza at his words, "Really!" She walked towards him as she felt her heart skip, there basket! She sucked in a breath, keeping herself from screaming. She smiled brightly, oh only until it hatched! She smiled broadly as she stood by his side quickly and gave a small sigh, letting out the breath she had been holding.
She giggled at Urza's comments, "So this is our basket? Like as in "we're" the parents of this basket." She could feel her cheeks warming, thank god it was night outside. She gave a small giggle as she leaned against Urza lightly and gazed at the basket. her mind was racing as she poked it, it wiggling, "We surely can't leave it out here for any mean soquili to come and eat it or something awful like that!" She pushed it between the two of them and watched it wiggle lightly.
She smiled and nuzzled Urza back as she gave a small yawn, it was getting late! She shook her mane to keep her self awake, they had JUST found a basket! She closed her eyes, and imagined the basket growing Chaser and Urza's basket. There basket.

"Well, I couldn't raise the little one on my own. So someone would have to help me." He said wrinkling his nose making his whiskers move about. He smiled at her and the nuzzled the basket and looked up at the sky. It really had gone down without him noticing. They couldn't carry the basket all the way back to where they were heading, they'd have to stay here with it.
"Well, Looks like we are stuck in a night with a basket on the beach." He said with a laugh. He really wanted to be a good father. Especially, to show Chaser that he was a good match for her. He flicked his tail. He was ready for this. Yet, was a little worried. Excited too. Taking care of someone other then himself was going to be different. A good challenge.
"We best start thinking of names." He said half joking. He didn't know what to name it. He'd most likely leave it up to her to name the little demon, or angel. Which ever it might be when it popped out.

Chaser smiled as she giggled lightly, she watched as he wrinkled his nose and moved his wiskers. She smiled as he nuzzled the basket, it wiggling closer to him. She couldn't help but feel her smile widen, she was going to be a 'mother' to this basket. She watched it get closer to Urza to probably keep warmth to it. As the brown basket wiggled closer to her love it left a trail of circles. She giggled as she pushed it along toeards Chaser.
Chaser flipped her mane, watching the basket, then Urza, then the ocean. She smiled, "Seems the little thing likes you." She picked up her left hoof, shaking the sand of the bright pink hoofs. She smiled as she buried her hoof in, making it slightly like a shell. Chaser's mind started to wander, would she be a good mother for this angel? ould she raise it with Urza, without making it hate her? She hide her confused mind from urza, as she looked up to the starry night.
Chaser's ears perked up, "Names....oh my names!" She looked at him in shock as her mind went balistic, "This basket could hatch TOMMOROW! We have no idea how long it has been here!" She shuffled her hooves starting to think as she looked at Urza with big eyes, "What do you think it will be? boy or girl?"

Urza didn't think she'd react that way without them having a name for the little one. He laughed and gave her a shrug. "Whatever it will be, it'll be perfect." He watched as the basket was rather close to him. Did this mean it liked him, like she said? He flicked his tail. Did that mean it was a female? Girls always liked their fathers best.
"Well, perhaps we should find some genderless names." He said jokingly. That way it'd be better. Though, he had no clue what to name the little one. He slowly laid down next to the basket, might as well make himself comfortable in the sand next to the basket to keep it warm. The night was rather cold for his taste.

Chaser stopped spazzing, he was right. She took a deep breath as she watched him look at the basket. She smiled, maybe the basket would be close to its father, hopefully it would be close to her as well. She shuffled her feet as she gave a rather long, yet quiet, yawn. She flicked her ears as she listened to Urza slowly lay down next to it. She looked at the ocean, staring into the waves, watching them crash then spreading across the top of the sand. She gave a small giggle as she walked closer.
Her mind had wandered as she was fascinated with the waves and how they splashed over eachother. When urza spoke she slightly jumped as her crystal blue eyes looked back and smiled, "Yes.....If I thought of one Tolavan would be a perfect name. Before my mother left I always heard that name." Her mane blew over her face as she looked up .noticing that her pink flower was nearly about to fall out. She flicked her ear making it go back to it's spot. She smiled slightly as she walked back towards Urza, slowly laid down, yawned, then just stared at the basket.
"This really is a blessing."

Urza smiled and flicked his tail. He found himself watching the Ocean. Though, not because he was memorized by it, but because he was afraid it might creep up to them while they sleep and take them away. Though, that was some fear he had to get over one in a while. He calmed himself as he looked back at Chaser. "Well, I'll leave the naming to you, since I suck with them." he said with a laugh.
He really didn't know what to name anything. "Maybe Tolavan was your mother's name?" He asked her raising a brow. He couldn't say he actually remembered anything when he was in the basket. Everything was just dark. Noise seemed to be drowned out pretty well, but he wasn't exactly one that always paid attention when he was younger.

Chaser gazed at the basket as she poked it lightly. She watched as Urza glanced into the ocean, she remebered his fear of water, she giggled lightly. She poked his cheek playfully, "You dont suck at anything!" She smiled as her crystal blue eyes glanced down to the brown and white basket. She held her breath trying to keep herself awake in the middle of the night. Chaser rested her head upon the basket as she blew some of her mane out of her face. It wiggled lightly underneath her as Chaser closed her eyes and listened to the waves.
She decided to give names a break, since she had no idea how long it would be until it hatched. Chaser opened one eye as the cat-like stallions voice rested in her ears. She responded with a yawn, "Maybe, I dont know....but whoevers name it was I really love the sound of it!" She smiled, the closed her eye that she opened, and yawned again. Chaser flicked her ear, moving the flower lightly, then shifting in the sand, she listened to the sound of the waves.

Urza laughed. Of course he sucked at a lot of things, but that wasn't the point. He smiled and had an urge to rest his head upon hers, but didn't. He wasn't going to allow himself to sleep tonight. He had to protect two others besides himself. He couldn't be selfish on this one.
Maybe when they woke up in the morning, they'd be showed a surprised? Urza smiled at that thought. His eyes slowly were going closed but no. He tried hard to stay awake. It was the damn ocean. It seemed to want to put him to sleep. He yawned. This battle was going to last forever. Giving up he finally closed his eyes. Just because they were closed didn't mean he couldn't stay awake. Yes...
Though, a light sleep was all that he needed anyways. Hearing everything around him was relaxing. He was completely under the spell of the beach. It didn't take much time before he was slightly snoring.
(looks like a good ending point. 8D Next one will be basket opening? And do you want to life mate them now? )
