The ref counted 3. as Jed kept bleeding his arms were and legs were still extend. Jed leg was infact under the bottom rope but the ref kept counting.

The ref raised Xw's arm after he said three. The bell had rang, and his theme was playing as he slowly got back up and gloated.

Jed was helped up by the ref. Jed then watched the reply. He told the ref he had his leg under the rope.
