(LOL thnx wink I am just in the mood for one good battle ship on ship, the big battle will come at the end of the month!)
*Michael walked over to the edge of the docks and opened the cursed book once more calling out anothe doomed name.*

Kibo: Nope. Charon's tucked away safely in this ring. Oh, and speaking of him, I found ways to manipulate him. Remind me later and I'll show you.
((She's right. I've been RP'ing here since DMC came out. Unfortunately, most other people get bored after a while, and quit in the middle of a battle, like Falchion (I forgot his username) and bunnyhiphop.))

*The crew of the Santo Columbia seemed relaxed on deck, but below deck the crew was assembling explosives. One wlaked through the ranks shouting to the others. When all was complete the explosives where moved to a small schooner tied to the Santo Columbia. Three crewmen boarded the Calchas and sailed it away from the Santo Columbia, for safe keeping until their Captain returned.*

Storm watched the ship leave, a quiet smile turning up the corner of her mouth. She could well guess what that ships particular cargo was. Her hearing was sharp enough that she heard most of the preperations. She felt slightly guilty, knowing Kibo would probably be too close for comfort to it.

* Hand grabed Storms Shoulder and spun her around. Two Crewmen held her before Michael.*
Michael: Enjoying the show? Take her aboard.
*The crewmen help Storm onto the Santo Columbia and into the Captain's office. Michael sits behind his desk.*
Michael: Ms. Storm, I know you have certain talents, and unlike the rest fo the filth on thsi island, you can put two and two together. So lets talk about keeping you quiet.

Storm grinned, competely at ease. She may be in a strange world, but knowing what she shouldn't was her element. Michael would be played like a lute under skilled hands and she would enjoy the show very much.

*Michael smirked and opened his book.*
Michael: Le Rocher Nor! I call you to service!
*In the window behind them Storm can see a magnificant ship, yet another galleon rise from the sea. This ship is unlike the others Michael has raised. It's hull is decorated with gold leaf and underneith the carvings of Lion's heads are cannons lined neatly for battle. La Rocher Nor was formerly a ship used to transport French officials until it was captured by Michael. Michael gets up from his desk.*
Michael: Do you like it? One of Frances finest and I wish to appoint you as its captain and owner. This ship has already been signed to my book so you are free from its curse. As one of my captains you would also recieve a captain's wage and a cut of my treasure. Now I don't think it should be wise to cut off all ties with Kibo Botch just yet, so here is what we will do, should you accept.
*A corpse walks in appearing from no where and stands behind Michael. As he walks he slowly returns to life. Michael removes a black locket from his coat pocket.*
Michael: When you wear this locket, this corpse is nothing more than a puppet for you to control with your mind. Such is the power fo Davy Jones, my dear. You can continue to serve Botch and in secret sail for me. When i am about to make my move, that is when you can inform mr. Botch of you change in alliance. So what do you say?
*Michael throws a sach of gold onto the table.*
Michael: Will ye be accepting your first pay or will you walk away and leave me to spend all this gold myself?

Storm kept her face a carefully schooled blank one, showing none of the thoughts that were raging a mile a minuet through her mind. She forced a smile onto her face.
"A tempting offer, my lord, but I have never been one for the french."
She crinkled her nose at the corpose returned to life, unable (or so it appared) to hide her discust for the thing.
"Or the undead. You shall have to do better then that to buy my silence."
