Taking notice of his expression she felt defensive,something close to second nature for her in mostly horrible cases."I must admit it would be refreshing for a change to do so...But I can't ignore the fact of what i've done in my life...It's only a habit or should I say natural of me to assume the worst..."A most malicious smile claimed her lips,she could barely hold back the amused laugh that wanted to tear up through her throat.

Watching the two converse she noticed how Naoki became amused by what expressions Crow showed and how secretive Crow was all together.Tugging lightly on Crows jacket sleeve she could only help but notice the change in her mood. "Uhm,Crow?...What did you do in your life that would make you this way?How come you don't trust anyone,some one close hurt you or something?"She kept her hand on Crows,afraid if she were to remove the woman would disappear.Then carefully she looked to Naoki,a hopeful look on her face that someone could answer her truthfully.

Heh he smiled at her actions"heh i guess i had that comming, i should have known better, Crow, your way to cold"he said laughing as he nodded his head"But still, i wouldnt mind seeing alittle change either, from the looks of me and the little girl, do you really have to assume the worst ?"he said with a smirk"He then glanced down at the girl looking at him"Heh, thas a easy answer, but ill leave that answer for Crow to say."

Glancing down at the young girl she was reluctant to let Raven touch her,looking back at Naoki she gave a simple shrug with a small smirk. "Honestly....the girl could assume worse than you..She is still a child after all..."Raising a brow at Ravens questions she could almost feel the blood in her veins run cold and stop abruptly,a coldness that could only be described as death forming in the pit of her stomach as she looked down at the young girl."...some things are better left unspoken little one.....no need to corrupt your mind with my dark tales"Looking away from the girl she felt terrible,her face showing such sorrow.The emotion itself so raw on her face she couldn't bare to look at anyone,it was weak and she hated that a child could make her feel this way.

"No!!I don't understand but I can try,why won't you let me try!!I've been through some hard times,maybe worse than you Crow and I-!!...I think you need to let someone help you..."Her hands trembled with coldness,Crows skin was unbareable to touch.Her words that were but a loud yell suddenly gone to a whisper.Letting her small hand uncurl from Crows she was confident in her own mind that she was right.

Turning slowly to look down at Raven,she let her face slip back to it's usual pleasant blankness but this time there was something dark and cold about it."Child,you may ask questions and receive answers but you do not truly understand them...your mind is weak and foolish but your form is strong..you have asked about my life,my story of existance in this wretched world that I so loathe the beings who live in it..."Her words harsh and bitter,such rage could drown any man.Raising her left hand up and around as she emphasized world,a cruelty she had never shown before emerging before their eyes. "I have lived a long tiring existance and through half of it I suffered horrors beyond imagination...I don't let anyone into this curse that is my life...I corrupt people,don't you understand?..Her words had softened,the cruelty and rage melting away like water.One could say it was frightening how fast she could change her emotions,how odd it was that she could switch personalities.

He put his hands up in a whatever gesture"your way to over the top, sometimes i just think you like to dramatize things to much Crow"he said chuckling. He looked down at Raven seeing how her reaction would be to Crow's response.

Shaking her head stubbornly she gave a sour pout,unhappy with not getting her way "I'm just curious,your just being mean and not sharing!!I gotta know more about you, I don't see how you could corrupt people.You seem too calm and collected to be anything demented or tormented,almost like an angel or something good.It's not like you watched loved ones die or anything or even be tortured,it's probably all mental right?She had a large amount of hope in those words,there was no way that someone could be so hollow,empty of life and warmth because it was just not possible in her child like mind.

Her shoulders shook with silent laughter before an erupt harsh laugh escaped her lips,pure glee in her eyes as she heaved the young Raven up into the air infront of her in just a blur of speed.A tender smile gracing her lips as she examined the girl carefully,her words but a soft whisper."Ah such sweet words little Raven but it is only a pretty thought i'm afraid...I've killed countless people my dear of all races,wiether they be man,woman or child.Twas my duty to do so as a corrupt damaged thing of angels and just as they sought for my power,I corrupted their very future.."Slowly setting the girl back down she crouched before her,plucking a blade of grass at her feet before revealing it to sight.The end shriviling slowly in black ash,lingering in her palm before lifting up into the wind."If I am to tell you everything Raven,you must understand that you will lose something to me..."A small grin replacing her smile,much of a cat like grin if anything.

His arms crossed he rolled his eyes at hearing Crow say she'll lose something."Why do you always have to do all this detour crap, why can you just tell the girl jeez"he said nodding his head.

Craning her head back at a supposed painful angle,she gave the same grin. "Habit Naoki,nothing more....It's not like I will collect her soul,more so her sotry for mine.You can't deny how odd it is for a child to come here...Obviously this one has had a rough beginning..."Moving her head back to it's original state she noted something beneath Ravens facade,possible personality of an altered mind.
