What do you think are Al's best qualities?
A: He's Hot. He's sweet, dedicated to his brother, innocent, and mature.
What do you think would be different about the series if Al was the only main character (no Ed)?
A: He'd be a motherless EMO child.
What do you think would have happened if Ed would have died the night the brothers tried to transmute their mother?
A: Poor Al would be left lost and alone.
Who do you think Al will/should be paired up with in the anime and manga?
A: no one. He is taken.

A: Both.
Will Al get his body back in the manga?
A: yes

What do you think are Al's best qualities?
His l heart v for cats (>^.^<), kindness, reasonableness, pretty much everything
What do you think would be different about the series if Al was the only main character (no Ed)?
(OH NO!! But there CAN'T be no Ed! crying )) The human transmutation wouldn't have happened, so Al would keep his body. Al would be more depressed but then might get over it. Oh yeah he also probably wouldn't have been caught up with the Homunculi taking over the world (or island, whatever) plot, but would probably be a innocent bystander helping out with stuff, maybe running a shop? or helping Winry and Grandma Pinako? or have a kitty kennel! Oh yeah and he would still have his house (a terribly lonely house) But then he can pick up stray cats as friends!
What do you think would have happened if Ed would have died the night the brothers tried to transmute their mother?
(I would throw a tantrum, that's what would happen.) Either Al would've died to because no one was there to bind him....unless Pinako or Winry happened by and magically learned alchemy there and then and bound him....Or could be wandering around in limbo, stuck in front of the gate.... That's depressing to think about.....

Both...their personalities are the same. Grrr but now I'm mad at the anime!Al (or at least the movie one) He stole Ed's coat!

Bigger/more complex, because basically all he did was fiddle with the suits of armor, cry over a squished girl (or guy), and went with Ed to the other world.
