Kara set down her plate to go after the two, especially Miyu before they accidently hurt themselves. Miyu especially was prone to well... being quite a mouse at times.

"Miyu, please come back here," Kara went after them.


She skittered into the kitchen accidently running into Ulani's legs, which only caused her to eep more and send her running in the other direction. The little Second angel skittered back before Kara even made it anywhere close and wondered how the little thing could move so fast.

Ulani jumped a bit as her leg was (seemingly) attacked, but by the time she had moved the tray so that she could look at the floor, whatever it was that had hit her was gone again.

"What in the Four Lands ... ?" she murmured, setting the tray of food down on the counter and looking out the kitchen door.

Daeron's eyes grew wide. "I have cousins?" he breathed, his tone awe-filled. Then he blinked. "Why my cousins? I've never met them ..."

Ulrich raised one eyebrow. "So the blue one ... is Elnara's?" he asked Donovan. "What's her name again?"

Miyu fell and took a tumble down as she rolled about with an eep, ending up in a sitting position where she had a good view of the other people in the room. With another eep she was off running again before Kara could do anything, which just ran smack into Ulrich's legs while she was at it.

Kara rubbed her temples as she dealt with Skye first, picking the poor girl up to smooth out her feathers, "Miyu...." she murmured at the poor little girl who seemed at a lost of where to run... too many big people.

Ulrich took the opportunity to reach down and seize the tiny angel gently and pick her up.

"There, there, little one," he said in a soothing voice, rubbing her back, "it's all right, there's nothing to be afraid of here."

Beside him, Ruel folded his arms across his chest and stared at the child.

"Well, except maybe him," Ulrich chuckled, and turned Miyu to face away from Ruel, towards Donovan.

Daeron's eyes were glowing with excitement. "Can I hold her? Please?" he begged Kara.

His only experience with children the size of Skye was with normal children - thus to him she was smaller than a newborn baby and in turn was to be treated as such. Hence, the 'can I hold her' question.

Kara chuckled at Daeron's response, "I don't think she should mind overly that much, she really likes contact with other people," she squated a bit to carefully put Skye into Daeron's arms, "Skye," she pointed to Skye, "Daeron," she showed Skye Daeron.


She gave a happy eeping sound as she saw Donovan, who was labeled in her mind, grandfather, and she held out her arms to him and frailed a bit. Not that she didn't mind this one, he gave good back rubs but the other one was staring at her so....

Skye blinked as she was passed off, and looked up at the boy whose arms she was now in. He looked a lot like her big brother, but there were several things wrong ... his hair, for one. It was completely the wrong colour. Though the eyes were the same.

And he was a little bigger. And he smelled different. And he was looking at her funny.

She cocked her head and pointed up at his nose and asked, "Ce'bor?"

She looked to Kara for confirmation.

Kara smiled, though a bit sadly, "You look a lot like Celebor, and... you have to be patience with Skye, she's deaf, so she doesn't hear things the way you do, she's a very tactical person," she carefully took Skye's hand and getting closer put it close to her throat, she didn't know why Skye seemed to learn this way, she just did.

"Daeron," she pointed to the boy, she petted him on the head, "Daeron."


Miyu stared after the angry figure, cuddling close to Donovan, Donovan would keep her safe, she liked his coat, a lot of good places to hide. She buried her face into his chest making eeping sounds.

Skye's eyes were focused on Kara's lips, and she repeated the movements a few times before she tried to say it.

"Dae ... won ..." she murmured; then, more strongly, "Daewon!"

She fluttered her wings excitedly and looked up at Kara for confirmation.
