well it really depends on the person who is playing. for me i can easily get a dps or a tank up like a bottle rocket but when it comes to being healer i get a little agitated

I belive rogues can be the hardest class to do raids and pvp with. only if you spec the right way, my friends got a good spec for pvp that he got from the chinese ppl. its hard for him to kill mages since they got that blink s**t. i think pallies are easiest to play as a ret

rogues are hard but I love mine. they are a great learning character though since you have almost every disadvantage and have to learn to survive.

for example:
Leather= squishy. so we die alot.
No healing apart from bandages
generally lower dps than say a mage (unless you already know how to play a rogue well)
our weapons like daggers are lower damage than most swords and axes and stuff ( i know we can use fist, one handed swords and axes, maces and what not but you need daggers for alot of stealth abilities)

the only advantages we have are stealth (which druids and NE's have) and lockpicking (which blacksmiths can do as well....and engineers)

so basically this is why I think its a great learning character. it teaches you how to assess a situation before you run into battle and how to plan out a fight.... anyone who knows how to use a mutilate rogue knows this haha.

thats why I think we have the hardest character but ultimately one of the most rewarding.

I hate levelling my warrior. But everything else is fun to play.

I've seen my friend play his rogue in pve, he just uses spams like 4 moves and gets a bunch of 8k crits

as far as beating mages just stun lock then he blinks then use kidney shot then dps as hard as you can, if hes still alive pop cloak of no skills

This comment or discusion subject of choisse deppends on the person. Everyone is diffrent and that mind affect everything.

Rogue: People that has trouble using stealth like me are most likely to hate and also leave the class and never return cause they cannot win or level cause of the disadvantage.

The rest you may post what you want me my worst class is defenitly the rogue.

stealth is fine and i know how to use it but its a pain at low levels when you move really slow and everything can still see you while stealthed.

PVP - any ranged DPS > healers > Melee
PVE - healers > tanks > DPS
Instances - Tanks > ranged DPS > melee DPS > healers

This is how I see it. My main is a Hunter but I have alts that are tank and heals.

Well really it depends on the player, best thing to do is try out every class and find the one that is easiest for you, I mean, I play a hunter and most people say theyre easy, and theyve never lvled or used one, and then when they try, they fail, EPICLY, I mean really, I may by no means be that great at it, but Im certainly better than a lot of people who seem to have thought it would be easy.

Wow....okay....So the first thing I want to cover is yes I agree with what has been previously stated, everyone has a different play style and thought process therefore different classes will be harder or easier for different people. But if you want an overall view on why certain classes are viewed specific ways, here goes:

Rogues are pretty much a cake walk. They have been the blessed child for so long they only just now are getting nerfed. You won't be able to raid and pull off the highest dps with a Rogue but lvling one is still cake. Solo is a challenge but I still hold to it that any physical class is going to be easier to lvl than a caster.

Shamans are my blind spot with lvling. I get so bored with them I can't get past 40.

Druids are good for an all around view of what you can do in the game. If played right they can be bad a** in all fields, tanking, healing and dps. Good well rounded class.

Paladin is another cake class. They can do it all and they can do it all with the push of basically one button.

Priest is a little bit harder to level. They usually have mana problems and are squishy so taking on too much can be bad for your health if you don't know any escape tricks. Healing with a priest takes some brain power while DPS doesn't.

Death Knights are probably the easiest class to figure out and play. Because they are a hero class you can pick one up and pwn everyone and everything in sight without trying. A 5 year old could mop the floor with much older and experienced DPSers with a DK.

Mages are similar to the Priest. As a squishy and being mana dependent its harder to level. But once you get up there, and knowing what you're doing a mage can plow through many mobs at once.

Hunters are fair enough. I think it takes a certain kind of mind to play a hunter simply because you have to think about your future plans with pet training and which pets to grab up when you can.

Warriors, now this is a class I cannot stand to play. I could not get my warrior past 34 without dropping her she was so boring. It was very easy to lvl, very little challenge at all. But you might find it interesting so don't just take my word for it.

Warlocks are great. I loved lvling my lock. They are fairly easier than the mage because they hit like the mage but have ways to regain life, a pet to tank, and ways to regain mana. Dps in a raid with a lock takes a brain now but lvling does not.

These are strictly my opinions so take them with a grain of salt. I am slowly losing interest in WoW because to be honest with you there is no class that is hard anymore. There is nothing that is truly "hard" to do or play. Blizz has really dumbed the game down and made it all far too easy especially compared to the good old days.

Shamans, warriors, and warlocks are pretty hard for me to level.

Is there any point in lvling a War now?

Mine is the Warrior you need to know how to handle one so you can lvl him fast, i know a guy who was able to lvl a warrior from 10 to 50 in only 1 week. pirate
