as he successfuly prefoms the hand seals he he soon realizes how fast he has healed he feels like he can take on an army of ninja, and he also feels a strang amount of energy in his body but he ignores it and continues his hand seal training

Shou was actually feeling a little drained but he just brushed it off and keeps gong on and preformed the hand signs once again with determination

shou was on his last step of training for the hand signs then he would begin the actual jutsu just one more time. he then preformed the hand signs once more

Agito looks at Shou their u go but ur missing some things like ur train,
done looks like this Train:0/10, THe 0 reps how many u have done and the 10 is ur limit and ur done also when u get lower than 10 u lose 2 hp and if u rest for a post u gain that 2 hp back
