Bam Bam was still focused on the table, so Vader shoulder-blocked Bam Bam in the back, sending him flying over the table and into the now-vacant spot where the commentators were.

Bigelow dove out of the way. causing the ring bell to knock out a man in the front row. And sitting next to that man was none other than VINCENT KENNEDY MCMAHON!

Bam Bam lifted up the little covering thing on the table, deflecting the mallot. He then tossed the covering to the floor.
