A microwave heats water molecules in whatever is being heated so if u heating up something with no water it won't turn out to well

MM but now-a-days they say that cooking in your microwave saves more energy than cooking in an oven (not that I'm gonna listen to them. I finally perfected my oatmeal chocolate chip cookies-No way I'm endangering my hardwon cookies)
