Hello Hello!
I just joined today! My name is Emily, but please, feel free to call me by my nickname, Ems. I am 16 and I have been a Christian for 9 1/2 years. I was saved on October 7 and baptized on October 9 during a revival at church. I love to sing. It makes me feel closer to God. I was raised in the church. My home is a Christian home. I guess I'm lucky. I hope I can help anyone who needs help and that I won't be too afraid to ask for it. (I have a pride issue)

Hi, call me Reese.
I just joined a few days ago, so I'd just like to say hi and tell you a little about myself.
My twin, Kit-Kat, and I are both Christians and love God. We are on a Christian Puppet Team called POGS, and we travel all over Maine, and even in Canada. We are 13 years old.

I'm New here also, My name is Abbie, and i'm 17 years old. I graduated highschool last year and am currently enrolled in the local community college. My family is Christian but does not attend church or anything. I have never been baptaised but i wish to be.And.......i guess thats it sweatdrop

Hi, my name is Michael, i guess ive always had this deep spiritual connection with god since as long as i can remeber and am told of when i think about it, i owe alot to god, and i continually seem to have revelations, i guess im still trying to fully accept god, but everyday i understand more about him and get one step closer to him. Im 14 and a catholic, i really look forward to my conformation, and actually got my mom to look into finding a class around me for it, im here to help my spirituality as well as help others, well thats about it for me!

Church: don't have one...
Bio: I'm the middle child in my family and I have fallen from grace. Four years ago if you met me you couldn't stop me from talking and now I'm quiet and shy away from people. I learned just a few months ago that I have hypothriodism and it has alot to do with my moods. I didn't know I had it and I tried to end my life one night...I only told a friend that I tried to and then he told my mom and my mom told the doctor. So, I got tested for thriodism and I did have it. The doctor gave me meds to help keep it balanced and I have been on the meds for almost three months. I use to go to church all the time and make fun of the people that thought life was hard and wanted to end it all....now its not so funny. My mom listens to one of those tv churches and the pastor is very good...where I didn't understand thing he made it clear. My mom listens to Pastor Hagee. She trys to get me to listen to it, but I just blow it off..maybe I need to start listening....I have read some of the Left Behind Series and their good, but even though I have read that and went to church.....I still know nothing. (sorry for writing alot..hehe)

It's all good Talka, write as much as you want. I wanted to apologize for my post in the other thread if it seemed kinda in your face or mean... Lithanus put's it best. Listen to him, I'm to tired to think straight. I wanted to let you know that if you realize that you might be left behind, try to avoid it. Once a person accepts Christ they are saved and will join Him in Heaven when either Jesus returns or they die. Either can happen at any moment and its crucial that you work this out with God. He wants you to spend eternity with Him and you can if you offer your life to Jesus. I get alot of "I like my life, I don't wanna get rid of it!" In reality, a life devoted to Christ is so much better than any life here on earth. It is hard sometimes.. but the rewards are great. I encourage you and your mother to find a good church, fellowship is important along with good teaching. God wants us to be around other christians.
