She wasn't so sure, knowing Zazir he had run off again to make a point that she shouldn't have abandoned him.

"CORA!" Nikke called to the cave next to her house. Nothing answered. "Oh well," she said, swimming toward the place where she and Eliz had left Zazir last night. "Cora?" she called once her head was above water, looking for any sign of the sea unicorn or the Gryphon.

Zazir Ignored the mermaid and began to preen his feathers, allowing his large wings to stretch out next to him in the sunlight.
