Plus I'm really warm because I'm in a long-sleeve shirt and the living room is really warm 'cause my mom had the slow-cooker on all day. I can't pull my sleeves up either.

That sucks. I hate to be over-heated. >.< But, luck me. My dad's cold-nature and turns the thermostat up every now and then. asthma and a hormone inbalance are not a good combination in that situation.
