Shigure got on his horse as well and followed Steffan. I hope we make it on time. I will not forgive them if Lord Joshua is dead. he thought angerly.

Steffan frowned when they reached the enemy base. Joshua layed there motionlessly, except for his light breathing. Steffan rode up to him, un-mounted his horse, and turned him over, on his back. Steffan didnt care if he was caught by enemy soldiers. Something was wrong with Joshua.
Joshua opened his eyes, that of which were nearly completely lifeless. He frowned, " ....You......guys came?...." He coughed. " ....Idiots....coming rig...ht...to th..e.....enemys base is.....suicidal..... " He coughed again, but this time blood came out.
Steffan stared at Joshua, until he saw Joshua's shoulder, Joshua's shoulder had a hole in it, and blood was spilling from it madly. Steffan's face was now filled with complete worry, " He was shot! " He stared at Joshua, who's eyes seemed to get dimmer and dimmer, " Hold on. We'll get you healed right up, you just have to hold on... " Tears began to fill Steffan's eyes. Who in the hell did this? To the prince, his friend. He'd kill them.

Shigure eyes grew wide. To many emtions where going through him. He was angry for letting te prince go and for whoever hurt him. Sad that he was hurt and about to die. Shigure wanted to cry but held his tears in. He jumped off his horse an dran over to him. "You shouldn't talk.You'll only make your wonds worse." His voice was shaking with fear and anger. He wanted to kill whoever hurt him.

Matthew came up behind Shigure and Steffan. "Boy... you guys don't... play fair! You had horses, and I... had to run to keep up with...you two!" He said between pants, still holding the silver compass out infront of him. "I smell fresh blood." He looked up at Joshua, snapping shut the silver compass. "Well, now I play my part." The mage took the staff from between his hip and belt, and held it close to Joshua. "Diety, please...." Matthew whispered.
As the red gem glowed subtly, a thin golden light came fro mteh stave. It landed on the ground by Joshua, then made a ring around the prince.
Matthed dropped the staff. "Well, there goes the rest of my energy." He sat down on the ground. "I'm of no use anymore. Lord Joshua won't be fully healed on the outside, but on the inside he shall. His shoulder wound will still bleed a little...."

Joshua, as stubborn as he was, tried to stand but nearly fell straight back down. But he stayed standing, although he was a little wobbly. " ...I just feel a little tired... " He mummbled, " Stop worrying about me so much. Besides, we've got company. " And almost right after he'd said that two arrows flew past them. And everyone turned around to noticed they were surrounded by soldiers, " Idiots. " Joshua mummbled, " ...This is why you shouldn't have come at all. "
Steffan glared at Joshua, " We'd be idiots if we just left you here to die. " He drew his blade, smiriking a bit he said, " Lets teach these fools not to mess with Regincinan soldiers. "

Shigure let out a sigh of relief. He was glad to see Matthew here to help the prince. He watched as Joshua was healed and was happy he was his old stubborn self. "We had no choice but to help you. I could not let you die." He unsheathed his sword and nodded. He charged at soldier and thrusted his sword in his chest, killing him instantly. He drew his blade back out of the soldiler blood dripping from the blade.
