Shorty-Nymph SirSquintus Shorty-Nymph I want to start learning Bass clarinet, but my parents don't want to pay for one and I'm pretty poor right now. Can't blame them though, since my clarinet cost $2 100........ sweatdrop Does your school have any? I graduated from High School last year, so I'm at uni now. And my school didn't have a band program anyway....... Daw.. That really sucks ~_~;; Makes me think about next year... When I graduate... NO!!!!!

We usually spend over half an hour on one piece. Our weekly practices last two hours, so we only get to play at least 3 songs, 4 if we're lucky. sweatdrop If we're practicing for a competition, like the State Band Chamopinships, then my conductor will spend an hour on one song instead.....

I play the clarinet and I have since 5th grade! It is a cool insturment and I love how in a lot of the music we play the clarinet has some of the most important parts in the song! biggrin

Anyway, good news! My teacher is looking for a Bass Clarinet for a cheap price and he may have just found one.....YAY! biggrin It might take a few weeks before I can actually start playing but at least I'll get to play one soon.
