Raj tried to struggle against help, but wasn't quite able to fend the firebender off. He just grumbled in protest while trying to keep what little substance was in his stomach where it was.

"I'll be fine...It doesn't last that long..." He said, trying to avoid anymore help than he was already getting. He relied on Rei to get a firebender to kidnap, why did he have to be forced to rely on a firebender to get to a place to sleep and recover from his own sickness now? Some god out there must've been playing cruel jokes on the earthbender by making him do everything he would refuse to do normally. If he wasn't so queasy, he would've tried hitting her to make her go away. Damn firebenders...Always...trying to prove they're better than someone... He thought bitterly.

Tsuzuki smiled to herself as she said, "Hey, I don't care if you're the Avatar, you need your sleep when you're sick. And you need medicine or else you're going to be doing the same thing on this ship that you were doing yesturday. In other words, pukeing your brains out."

Raj just groaned and attempted to glare at her. "I don't think it's brains anymore. I haven't seen rocks since we left Earth Kingdom to come...for..." He blinked and realized who he was really talking to and also who spoke to him before. "It's you! When did that idiot airhead let you go!"

Tsuzuki dug through her bag quickly and pulled out a small vial, half ignoring what he had said as she murmured, "Have this and you'll be fine. Well, if it wasn't for that airhead, I wouldn't be here in the first place. Actually," she paused, "he barely had anything to do with it. I was bored so I let him win."

Raj just frowned and ignored the vial being offered. This was supposed to be their prisoner, it was worse than he could've possibly imagined in being helped by a Firebender. "He told me he had contacts to catch one without fighting...What'd he do to screw it up this time?" He turned to look at her. "Or is he just a bad liar?"
PostPosted: Wed Jun 20, 2007 9:25 pm

Her smile grew into a grin as she realized that they weren't talking about how much he hated firebenders. She then continued, "He just asked me to pretend to be kidnapped and I'd get to go off into the world for another adventure. I don't really care how this adventure takes place as long as there is one."

Raj stared at her and pondered for a moment, then he held his hand out for what she offered. He didn't want to accept her help, but the sooner he got better, the sooner Rei was going to regret ever lying.

"If I let you help me feel better...will you pretend you don't hear or see anything while I tear the brat's head off?" He asked, meeting eyes with Tsuzuki for a moment.
PostPosted: Wed Jun 20, 2007 9:39 pm

Tsuzuki laughed, "I think that's more of a win-win situation for you. You getting healthy is not my problem and getting revenge on that airbender kid isn't my problem either."

She got up and walked towards the door, extinguishing the lantern, "I'll cook tomorrow morning and put this medicine in it along with whatever the crew has on them. Good night."

She closed the door behind her and walked towards her own room where she went to bed.

((I gotta get off for the night. xp ))

Raj nodded and shrugged. "I didn't promise you'd get anything. You should at least feel a big swell of pride for even being offered the opportunity to help." He looked away and sighed. "I hate letting others help me..."

He lay back slowly as Tsuzuki got up to leave, closing his eyes when she put the lantern out. "Err...Good night..." He mumbled, not wanting to seem like a total savage. The least he could do was try and seem better to a firebender now so that he could feel better than them. The ship rocked as it continued on its path.

When Tsuzuki had gone to sleep that night, she could still see the volcanoes of the Fire Nation in the distance. She wondered where they were going and wasn't entirely sure if they were going to the Earth Kingdom or not. But, when she awoke in the morning, large icebergs greated her through the windows.

Virgil walked down the capital streets with ginger steps. He had come back from a long night without sleep and know had bags undeer his eyes. yawning he looked for something to do.

((I have habits of making long intro posts. sorry X3))

Awaking from his slumber from a knock on the door of inn he has taken for the night, Maho stretched he softly spoke in response to the knock that stirred him "Hello..? may I help you?" "Mr.Tasuki, a strange man left for you a letter. He said nothing of the contents, and also he said it was for your eyes." a soft female voice from the other side, which Maho could only presume was a worker at the Inn. From under the door the plan envelope was slid. "Thank you miss." Maho spoke as he stood, yawning still because of his disturbed slumber as he walked to the letter, plucking it up as again sat down on the bed. He quickly opens the letter, reading the contents quickly.

With a soft sigh he saw what this mysterious benefactor, that took interest in him a few years back for whatever reason was asking him. A man who has not payed his gambling debts has left town and is hiding someplace within the Fire nation, and it was his job to eliminate him.

After closing the letter he felt a soft and slender pale hand snakes up his chest as the young woman he slept with awoken and hugged him from behind "Maho..come back to bed.." she softly spoke in her ear "Your one of the warmest men I have been with..it was amazing.." Maho seemed to softly smile and kiss the cheek of the woman that hugged him "I guess you never had a fire bender ask for your services.." he responded. The young woman nodded again "Yeah..they are always stuck up..always focused on expanding their power..they never loosen up and live a little." Maho smiled "Hmm..maybe thats why I am diffrent.." he of course knew the real reason why he bought yet another prostitute to sleep with him for the night..but she does not need to know. "Any who I am sorry..I got a job, so I need to get going." She pouted playfully, in attempt to stay with her longer, trying to milk out a few extra coins from him.

Standing he began to get dressed "I wish I could stay, but I need to leave." he spoke. The young woman nodded nodded as she got up and began to dressed also. When he fully dressed, he looked back to the woman for a moment, contemplating on if he needs to pay her off for seeing this. Give a prostitute enough, they would tell their life story, and he did not want to get his benefactor connected with this hit. But after thought, he pushed the worry from his mind. She did not read the contents of the letter, and it could be a summon from his fire bending master for all he knows. "When your fire bending teacher lets you go travel for a bit, come back and visit me ok?" she spoke with a purr and a wink. "I will see what I can do." Maho responded with a soft smile. She didn't know anything..thats good. After getting all his things he took the letter and placed it within his sack of goods he carries before placing the money he owes for the womans time. "Here..the money is on the table, plus a bit extra. "Well aren't you a sweetheart?" she spoke. placing a kiss on his cheek as she left the room.

Following suit, Maho walked out from the inn, going to the front desk paying for the room as he began to walk in the city, plucking out the letter and having it burn in a flash of fire to get rid of all the evidence as he began to make his way through the city, looking to buy a few supplies first before he leaves.

Within a few hours, he gathered enough supplies to make a long trip. He walked through the capital, making his way towards one of the many cities taverns. Silently walking in he sat down at the bar, looking towards the bartender "Hello sir." he spoke, his face reverting from a thinking to a respectful smile "I would like something light for the road, going to travel soon." The grizzled bartender, a large man, sporting bronze colored skin nodded as he went behind the bar to fix Maho the drink "Here ya go." the bartender spoke, his voice like gravel. Taking the drip and sipping from it, Maho nodded in response "Thank you sir." he said paying for the drink as he then sat in thought:

"Hmm..I was on the run to get out of the nation as I am presuming, I would first go through the forest of the great falme. It is huge, and only fire benders go through there. A random out of place traveler could be overlooked. But..their may be fire benders training now, So I am presuming that I can't make my move to kill him. Well he may not know a fire bender is going to be after him, so I could possibly blend in. From there, the town of Shizu'Agara. If I don't get a clue where he is going if he gets that far, I am not sure if I am going to get that hit. The fire bender population there is high, and some are easily better then I am. So I take him out on the way there..or at least get a clue where he is going..."

As he thought he sipped that drink, seeming to softly nurse it. As he finished it, he stood up as he began to walk out from his seat, leaving the grizzled bartender a tip. From there he made his way to the gates, The forest of the great falme his next destination. He possibly could be lucky enough to make it into the woods when the fire benders are taking a break from training.

The Fire Lord sat apprehensively in his throne watching the wall of flame billow in front of him.
He was aware that an air bender was currently burring himself in books in the royal library looking for information on the very subject that he, the fire lord, was about to speak to his guests about. He was also aware that a second airbender had entered the library with the purpose of finding the other aribender. He knew that one of his guests had gone through the trouble of dressing new clothes and fixing her hair in an attempt to make a good impression, and he felt a pang of guilt at the fact that he couldn't have cared less. HE had been told a few seconds ago by a little bird that one of his guests had decided to leave the city and lock himself in a cave to practice fire bending. One of his guards had told him that his final guest had brought several of his pupils with him.
Still Kuzon felt it impossible to focus on any of this information as the withdraw hit him.

A man stood in the standard style of a Fire Soldier, taking in a slow breath as he closed his eyes. He suddenly jumped forward and swung his left leg over his head before smacking the inside of the whole foot on the ground, a jet of flame shooting out and spreading to about two and a half times the size of his foot at the end. He gave a slight frown as he concentrated again, planting his left foot onto the ground firmly before lashing out with his right and creating a small line of fire that didn't exceed a meter away from him. The frown faded a bit as he gave a wavering nod. "Little better..." He mumbled, waving his arms and gathering chi to his fingertips before thrusting his right fist, then his left outward and created two fireballs that barely exceeded the size of his fists.

"Much better...Now for the fun part." Meran remarked with a goofy grin. "Maybe I'll wrestle myself better this time." He added, stroking his chin. It was a difficult form of training. He was forcing himself to downsize the amount of power he was releasing and, while maintaining that focus, he would be working on forcing himself to create stronger flame with less chi actually getting through. It would help to manage that for more devastating attacks when he was at full stamina and also to still hit with a decent amount of force if he was exhausted. Frankly, just practicing this was exhausting. The hard part was making you weaken yourself while also forcing your body and energy to produce more than it normally did. It hurt too, it wouldn't be the first time if fire exploded out without his releasing it.
