Rayne_Perrin is right. I dont play vincent much but my bro dose. we talked about it about a month ago. you have to play vincent at serten time to get this event.

Anywho, this is getting confusing, Just head off to ffcompendium if you wanna look up the story of FF7.
A lot of the FF games are confuzzling until viewed on one long story/page.My brain hurts.
But that first post went really well to the tune of "Sephiroth","J-E-N-O-V-A"
or "one winged angel".

The_True_Nightmare Jenova is a pain in the a** when you fight it. what are you talking about? that boss is so easy. I recommend slash all and double cut, have all of you party's final weapons, and the boss is no problem. the most annoying boss is the emerald and ruby weapon.

kasdon im pretty sure JENOVA come on the meteor it showes it in advent children In AC, a lot is inaccurate and nothing is really identical to the game. However, it never showed Jenova on the meteor, and Jenova was on the planet before the meteor was summoned. Jenova may have arrived on an earlier meteor (as the game's side quests hinted), but the game simply refers to 'her' as a being that came from the skies and threatened the ancients. The ancients were from the planet, but Jenova may not have been from it, so Jenova's truely a mystery. However, I believe Jenova came to the planet (somehow), tried to wipe out all intelligent life (the ancients), failed, was experimented on much later, was accidentally revived due to cloning experiments and a weird security breech, and eventually summoned its clones to a reunion and died before it. That's where AC would take off. The clones want their mother's remains, in a strange twist, a clone gets the remains and somehow becomes Sephiroth, and the clones eventually realise their true mother was Aeris. (Yeah, that part of my theory is a little iffy, but it makes sense if you think about it.)

The meteor in AC was the one summoned by the Black Materia from the game itself. Just a flashback, nothing more. Nothing to do with Jenovas arrival on the planet.
Other than that, I can agree for the most part with fjgamer up until the AC section. Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz are, in my understanding, parts of Sephiroths personality that were split apart after his defeat at the end of the game. They were searching for Jenova because theyre werent real clones and had no Jenova in them whatsoever and wanted to have that feeling that their original, connected form had since birth. When Kadaj gets Jenovas neck and absorbs it, he is able to transform into Sephiroth due to the reintroduction of Jenova cells into a part of Sephiroths will. Kadaj represents Sephiroths power and strong will and thats why the Sephiroth we see fight is so powerful. Yazoo is the calm, collected part of Sephiroth and Loz is the more human and emotional part of him.
Anyway, I dont know how you came to the conclusion that Aeris was their true mother...and i dont think its true at all...but id still like to hear how you came to that conclusion.

If you want to know what really happened in that event that leveled nibelheim go to WWW.keiichianimeforever.com Click on the anime list when the list comes up scroll down and click on FINAL FANTASY VII: last order. This Anime answeres the question"What are Zach and Cloud doing in that truck in the flashbackin FFVII AC" as well as giving a better grasp of what really happened in nibleheim. HOWEVER, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRY THIS ON A DIAL UP CONNECTIO IT WILL TAKE FOREVER. ANOTHER SUGGESTION IS TO NOT TRY GOING ON AT SCHOOL, AS IT WILL NOT LOAD AT ALL.

Isn't it easier to learn about the Nibelheim event if you just play through that part in the game? And I agree that dressing as Jenova seems hard...
