Torvil had chased quickly after Morgana, and noticed the total cars too. "Oh wow..." He gasped, moving over quickly to comfort Morgana, wrapping an arm around her shoulder. "Well at least Krista is okay..." He said to her softly.
Frankly, he was about ready to wet himself. There had never been a time before today that he was actually as scared as he was now, and that was saying a lot. Torvil had fought in battles, and he'd seen his fair share of fighting, but there was nothing like the terror of seeing someone he cared about in an accdient. Or possibly being in one. From what he saw of the cars, if Krista had been in that car she would have been dead, but she wasn't. Slowly he nudged Morgana towards Krista as he walked towards her slowly, waiting for her to finish talking to the cop.

Morgana seem to be frozen on the spot, she actually jumped when Torvil place his arms around her. Breathing in slowly she turns in his arms for a moment trying to breath before she move towards her sister with him.
Krista looks over at her sister then Torvil, she was trembling as the police officer walks away "I...if I had still been in that car I wouldn't be alive right now. The man in the other car is dead. He was throw from his seat and hit the window." shaking her head she frowns "What is happening? Its like being under my father ruling all over again."
Morgana hand move instantly to the necklace, none of this happen before she found it. And now it seems like everyone bad karma or sins were coming back to haunt them.

Torvil moved a bit, and wrapped his arm around Krista too. "It's alright, everything's fine, the other guy might not be as lucky as you are, but you're alive, calm down," He said gently, at both of them, wanting them to breath.
"You just had a run of bad luck, that's all..." Try to be objective and don't give into supersitions, doing so only lead to mistakes. "Obviously we're just having a run of bad luck..."
That's right, keep repeating it...

Krista trembles as her hand move to her stomach, she was sure the child within her was afe. Nodding alittle she pulls away slighty "Yea just bad luck, that is all it is." she looks at her sister hoping to get her to calm down. In truth she was scared shitless right now, she knew it wasn't bad luck, it was something else. Something far greater then any of them can know.
Mogana was still very pale as she looks over at the other car, the man was dead. She could hear the words over and over again. This wasn't a dream, it was very real. Her stomach was in knots as she shook her head, no matter what Torvil said, she knew it wasn't true. The necklace had something to do with this, and she needed to know how.

Torvil didn't want focus on the bad things, so he started to stear them towards the apratment, to get them away from the scene, he didn't know if Krista was cleared yet, but he knew that it was effecting them bad. He looked to Morgana, and was suprised that she was having so much trouble dealing with this situation, though in a way, she had been very tense for days, and this could be the straw that could snap her now fragile mind.
Torvil didn't want that.
Disengaging from Krista a bit, he pulled Morgana close.
And he kissed her.
Hope was his aim, hope that she would stop thinking if only for a little.

Morgana actually tried to pull away from Torvil until he kissed her. Letting her eyes, tears slipping from her eyes as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Pulling back she bites her bottom lip before looking down at the ground, she had been broken.
The accident and knowing someone had died, as well as someone close to her nearly was hurt broke her. Shaking her head she looks up at him "Please can we go home.."
Krista look at her baby sister wanting so much to comfort, but she had a feeling she couldn't even if she wanted to. From what she could gather Morgana life wasn't a happy one, and this didn't help at all.

Torvil nodded, "Let's go, we need to all unwind from this..." He kept Morgana close and started walking, then rethought it, and picked her up, carrying her down the street as they went, not caring if people stared at him, since he didn't care about other people.
He wanted to get Morgana home as fast as possible.

Morgana didn't say anything she just hid her face as she was carried. She couldn't beileve this was happening, first the murder and now her sister, what else could happen. What if someone close to her actually did get killed? The thought scare her far more then anything else.
Krista follow after Torvil, she remain quiet as she kept up with him. She would have to call husband once she get to the apartment and let him knwo she was okay.

It didn't take long for Torvil to get Morgana home, and when he did, he quickly got her tucked in bed, even if she didn't want to be in there. He moved to the kitchen, and started to make food and coffee for three, since he figured Krista would want to stay for a little while.
"So... What did the cops say caused the crash?"

Morgana lay in bed tears running down her face as she tremble under the sheets. This wasn't right, not in her eyes. Everyone close to her was getting hurt, who was next. Emma, or Torvil. Shaking her head she pulls the covers over her head.
Krista sat at the table shaking her head "They don't have a clue. From what they can tell the man wasn't drunk. And anyone who saw the accident said the same thing. They don't understand what happen, he seem to have lost control." looking down at her lap for a moment she glance towards her sister.
She couldn't help but wonder now, was it something about that necklace.

Torvil nodded slowly, trying to think this out logically, he was not normally superstious, his own past non-withstanding it wasn't that he didn't believe in higher powers, because he did know they existed, it was just... at this point, he'd rather think that these powers didn't interfere with the day to day life of such small insignificant beings as humans.
Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, he sat down across from Krista, before following her eyes to Morgana. Morgana had him worried, and he himself wasn't worried at all for his safety, since after all, he had been through worse things than this before.
"Krista, if you don't mind me asking, though I'm sure you're still rather shaken up from the accident... What do you think caused it? Since the cops and all the witnesses say the man just randomly lost control, do you think his car had been sabotaged? Or perhaps he was suicidal, and felt like taking someone out with him. Fate after all is rather fickle."
The fact that Krista's near death and the potential loss of her new child were doing little more than phasing him suprised, and even sickened him. His worry was not for Krista, it was for Morgana, who seemed to be losing her connection with the world around her, and sinking deeper and deeper into despair, and perhaps even insanity. An emotional breakdown at best, a mental at worst. This worried Torvil, because he had just spent a good deal of time, getting over such a potential situation, and he really didn't want to deal with it all over again.
He wasn't about to kick Morgana out, that would definatly drive her over the edge, and it would be on his hands, and he couldn't deal with that either. Sighing a little, he let his head rest on the table and waved his hand. "Nevermind," He muttered, and then got up, grabbing the food and placing it on the table, suddenly not hungry at all. He was beginning to realize things about himself that he really didn't like. He had actually contimplated kicking Morgana out when she needed him most. What kind of man was he?!
Then he realized that he was asking the wrong type of question. It wasn't the kind of man he was, he was just that, a man. He erred and he had the potential to make good and bad decsisions, and the fact that he was logically and objectively going over those choices made him much better in the long run. Right now he knew, that to Morgana, he was very important, and that, if he were to send her away, it would only validate everything he was trying to prove to her was wrong. It would, if anything, void all the help he'd given her so far. Not to mention, they had gotten very close, but he wasn't allowing emotion or physical attraction/attachment to muck with the mental equation of his descision sturctures.
Cold logic had gripped him, for better or for worse. He had no idea what was going on, no idea where to begin, or wonder if there was magic involved, or any sort or curse. He saw no connection between the events that were spooking Morgana, the murder or this current crash. Both tragdies yes, but only one really directly affected them, and in that case, there were no serious injuries, and from what he could tell, Krista hadn't lost the baby from shock or stress, so all was well and good, and they should be happy that Krista was alright. The other man, well, it was unfortunate he was dead, but he was nobody Torvil knew, and he was sure that the man's family would miss him, but his death did nothing for Torvil, for death was just the natural part of life, and for Torvil, just, there.
Still, he was trying to work the problem out, but he could find no connection, and he knew nothing of Krista's thoughts, and if he did, he would have probably denounced them. While he did not like the necklace Morgana wore - it was pretty and it made her look lovely, but she'd been obsession over the damn thing so much she was having trouble sleeping, and she couldn't seem to be apart from it for even a second! - he would do nothing against her wearing it, since that was her choice and not his. Torvil had learned a long time ago that it wasn't his place to order around those he cared about. Advise and suggest, sure, tell and order, no. So if Morgana wanted to wear that gods-damned necklace, let her, it was her choice, and he wasn't about to stop her from going through with it. Even if he disliked it. She wasn't doing it to spite him, and he knew it, and that was enough for him.
He moved to the bed, sliding off his shoes before sitting on it near the hump that was Morgana. He laid his hand gently on her, and ran it softly down the side of her body, petting her much like a cat. The irony was not lost on him, but he chuckled anyway, softly, to himself, his sense of humor slightly warped. But then, Torvil probably wasn't all that sane to begin with, so it really would come to no suprise that he was a lover of puns and irony. He did not know she was crying, but in the way she was, but he knew she was shaking, so he made soothing noises as best he could. Since they had a guest, and he wanted to wait for someone to come pick Kirsta up before letting her leave, he forced himself to keep from crawling under the sheets and holding Morgana close, as much as he wanted to.
While he was set on not allowing emotions and attachments to muddy up his descisions right now, he would let them have full reign on his actions at the current instance, since he tended to be a rather passionate person, and right now, his feelings towards Morgana's current perdicament/ailment, were rather strong, and he knew, that if he were queried on it, he would comment that he would do everything in his power to see that she was better, even to the point of selling his soul to the devil him/her/it/etc. self. Regardless, he knew that he needed to get Morgana to calm down and relax, because this stress was worse on her for her lack of sleep.
He was half tempted to do something he swore he'd never do.
He was half tempted... To use what little knowledge he had on potions and drug her, let her sleep for a good day or so, to try and get this sleeplessness out of her system. But he knew he wouldn't, he couldn't do that to her. And for the most part... He...
He really didn't remember how to do it anymore.
The day he'd left the house... He'd locked up the lab, burned all his notes... And let the place melt-down. He was sure that if someone were to enter that room now, it woudl be a terrible mess, but by what it sounded like, the house, and the area around it had been abandoned, all for the better he was sure.
That house was likely to catch flame any day now at this rate, he'd left a lot of volitle chemicals behind. His wards were shacked up in another place in the city, he'd set them free to do as they wished, they had probably gone to where it was safest for them.
Regardless of the past, Torvil was more concerned about the future, about Morgana. He'd let a few words slip about his plans, and the last thing he wanted was for Mrogana to be lost.
Yes, the last thing he wanted.

Krista watches the two of them remembering very well what it was like when she was first with her husband. She was in the Dark Eaters at the time. It was their honeymoon when she told him she had to leave him. She didn't know if she would be coming back to him because anyone who left the Death Eaters didn't live. She knew the pain of being scared and she knew what her husabdn went through because he wasn't able to help her.
Jumping when her phone buzzed against her hip she took in a deep breath before she answered it "Krista speaking...." she didn't say another word after that, but the look on her face as her eyes widen could tell anyone that the poilce were on the phone with her.
Morgana turn the moment she felt Torvil's hand on her side. Pushing the covers from her head she wipes at the tears before she sat up. She seem to be calming down some as she just needed to actually get rid of the stress that was building. Glancing over at her sister she tilts her head arching a brow as Krista seem to pale on them all.
Closing the phone Krista's lips moved for a moment but no words would form at first. Shaking her head she took a deep breath before she look back up at them "The man who died, they identify him as the man sleeping with the woman who was killed." she couldn't speak anymore, she just sat there.
Morgana eyes widen before she look down at the necklace around her neck, swallowing she shook her head. If everythign that had happen hadn't made her fearful it did now. Untieing the necklace from around her neck she sat it dwn on the bed just staring at it. She could feel the pulsing still even if she wasn't wearing it.
She had to find out what it was soon, she didn't want anyone else hurt.

Torvil nodded slowly. Okay, so there was a connection. Torvil filed that away in his head, an intereseting connection at that.
He wrapped his arms around Morgana though, when she sat up, and when she took of the necklace, he nodded his head. He knew she wouldn't kee it off long, she ddn't seem able to not wear it for long, but he knew that if anything, it was a good sign.
He was silent and looking at Kirsta, seeing if she had anything, he was still stumped.
This was so far out of his league.

Krista watches Morgana as she removes the necklace, like Torvil she beileve this to be a good sign. Shaking her head she sighs "That all the poilce told me, is that the two cases had a connection." looking down at the necklace she frowns "Morgana I hate to admit this, but I think there might be a curse on that necklace."
Morgana looks up before she looks at Torvil nodding slighty "I think you might be right, but I can't get rid of it. I don't know how to explain it, but its binded to me. Its pulses like a human heart beat. And if I were to just rid myself of it I know I will never forgive myself." she pauses wondering if she sounded crazy yet "I have to find out what this necklace really is."

Torvil wracked his brain, trying to see if he'd heard of anything remotely like this in his studies, unfortunatly, there wasn't, at least to his knowledged.
He started to curse the fact he'd burned his notes, but he was starting anew, and that had been part of the process. So he nodded.
"I think... That it's understandable..." He said, hugging Morgana tighter.
Hell if she was crazy, she was in good company with him.
