Rae smiled after she spoke. She began to wonder what their enemy's were planning, and if they had a chance to win this war.

Karjic turned to 'Tolly' and looked him over carefully, before nodding. Given the way he had phrased things as to lineage and how she talked of her son... He reached up and removed his helm revealing his draconic features which blended rather oddly with his human hair, which looked even weirder with the visible scales. "I am sorry about... bursting in like that, if I interrupted anything. I am Karjic Dirith, I am but a wanderer. I would be honored to join you in your walk and discussion, and deeply appreciative if it could shed light onto things for me."

Vrinn stood up and brushed himself off. There were no people around. Hmm... Where am I?

He thought for a bit, then started to cast a spell to locate... someone. It worked for quite a range, so he hoped he would find someone. He dug out one of his spellbooks from his bag and found the page with the right spell on it. Attempting to focus, but having trouble, he finally managed to cast the spell. What he found was interesting. There was a small cluster of people due southwest. So, Vrinn packed his numerous spell components into his magical pack, and went toward that direction. He found a small church, just about at the point where he "saw" the life. He looked inside, and saw the people inside... Who are they? Hmm... Talking to them and getting into trouble is easier than being lost.

"Um... Hello." He called weakly.

Rae looks up, sighing. She now trsusted her senses to not run or trip."I'm wondering what Laos is planning now. He must have some plan to find and destroy everyone here..."

"WHAT!" Tolly let go of Alhana taking two steps in anger wanting to crash his fist into the skull of Tairon. "Do you have any idea what Loas would do to them if he found them? They would be the perfect leverage against me, and lets not get into the fact he could acess latent magic within them. Learn it, understand it, and then use it against us making our attacks worthless."

Tolly kicked a pew in frustration cracking the wood. This displeased the priest consdierably.

"Lord Toleranth, this is a a place of worship, and destorying it in anger will only bring disfortune from the god(s) [cause i don't know if its a single or pulral religon practiced here]

"They have already shown their disfortune upon me, having my city destroyed, the world plunged into darkness, and now my family is wandering about the countryside helpless to defend itself against the swarms of demons bent of taking over all the world."

"Lord Toleranth please, restrain your tongue, you will only anger them further if you continue." The priest tried in vain to keep the dragon lord from speaking further blasphemy, much less start violence within the walls of the church.

Tolly looked at the priest with eyes of hatred; "Then I foresake them altogether, i wish not to be their pawn, their king, or to have anything to do with them. Let them protect their own house from this point on, and if this stirs their anger at me then at least they will be looking upon the world they let go to ruin."

Tolly whipped around to look at Tairon; "I'll give you a second chance to redeem yourself in my eyes. After I have informed your sister of the latest news, set out to discover any news of my children and wife, even if they are already dead I want to know about it. Name your price for this service and I shall pay it."

Tolly retook Alhana's hand his own shook with a fury, but his steps were slow and soft so as to not cause Alhana and discomfort. it took only a few steps to realize that he forgot someone else had spoken to him and he looked around and his eyes set upon Karjic, and a newcomer at the door. Tolly spoke to Karjic first his words coming out laced with anger, but that was quickly suppressed to a mere sterness. "I bid you welcome Karjic, and when I inform Tairon's sister you may listen in." His eyes drifted over to the door and his head followed to look sqaure at the newcomer at the door. "hello..." Tolly remained fixed on the newcomer, his steps smooth, straight, and slow for Alhana.

The tension level was throught he roof, and tolly looked ready to explode again with yet more violent words then the little he did just now. The priest was still shocked slightly from the blasphemous words Tolly spoke.

Alhana walked up to Toleranth, and slapped him with almost bone braking force.

"You idiot." She snarled at him. "You are being an immature self-centered b*****d. Guess what. You are in a war! Casulties WILL happen. Stop being childish and accept that they might die. As much as I want Arkayid to surivve, I know there is a good chance he won't. Hell... Auren could quite possibly blow his hidden freedom because he has dispatched an assault wing of Wyverns to kill off those attacking your children. Auren's Wyverns have your children in their care."

"Next time, Toleranth, think about the greater good here. If Auren were in charge of the Resistance, he wouldn't have any qualms about spending thousands of lives to get something accomplished. You, I don't know about you. You're too interested in saving as many lives as possible. Hell, if you eve r get into a real war, gods help your people Toleranth."

Alhana threw her head back and laughed, stopped and 'looked' at Toleranth. "That's funny, Toleranth, he was dead. About as dead as Auren was when I found him, or anybody else who was killed fighting him. His soul, if you could call it that, was not destroyed, like Auren's, or Tsuki's, or even the Priestess. I'm sure if we wanted to, we could devise a way to drag her back to Earth."
