If you've ever heard of Vocaloid, you'll understand this slightly.

It's a video of a Cell-Shaded 3D Miku Hatsune. Completely fanmade. It's really good, the music is from/made in Vocaloid 2. Sung by Miku Hatsune, the voice synth.
