"Wow Shedy boy! You must have hit your head on the way over that bridge last night, and pretty hard I may add. It's me; Crimson Shadow. We went on a date last night, you got drunk, and next thing I know we're in the cold river below? You don't remember any of that?" Crimson asked with a long sigh.
It seemed he would have to do something to jog Shedoe's memory, but what?

Shedoe growled slightly. "Don't you dare use that name like you know what that wolf means to me. Too many times people abuse my-" He was cut off as he turned around, his eyes glowing that feirce red again. "Oh. You really are Crimson. What am I doing in your house? Wait... River..?" The quick flash in his memory reminded him.
"Holy... why aren't I dead then... I can't swim."

"I tried to save you, but I guess the current pulled you to the shore. You were lucky, as was I since I am not that good of a swimmer myself," Crimson replied truthfully.
At first, he thought about telling a little white lie and say that he dragged him to the shore, but he knew it would be better to come out with the truth because if Shedoe had to find out otherwise from another way, Crimson would have lost him.

"Ah... No wonder my mouth tastes like swamp then..." He muttered, turning away and rinsing his mouth out with water. "Thanks for trying to save me, though, realistically, in the real world, you can't be that kind've hero if you can't swim." He turned around and hit him lightly on the head.
"Gao..." he said, in a strange tone and blinked, then looked slightly sad, maybe a little ashamed as he sipped his water. The way he said the word was almost like a childish roar that some strange imaginative creature would make.

"Oh well, it was better that I tried then to just give up and lett you drown. I may not have been able to, but thank the gods you are still alicve." Crimson said before playfully slapping Shedoe on the back. "I care a lot about you, and I hope nothing can come in between us."

Shedoe nodded weakly, downing his water and moving to go back to the couch, sitting down. "You'll bring back old habbits, you know." He told him as he sighed and leaned back. "Some not even mine."

Crimson chuckled a bit as he sat down next to Shedoe. He slipped his arms around him and gave him a light pat on the shoulder.
"Old habits do die hard, and when they revive, they're even harder to kill off because they bring in more." Crimson said with much wisdom in his voice.

Shedoe nodded, before sighing sadly. "Gao..." He said quietly, leaning against Crimson. "I remember when you cried that day... it scared the crap out've me...I wonder why.."

"That day I cried, I wasn't myself. I don't even know what came over me that day," Crimson calmly stated.

"You have deep emotional issues. that's what came over you." He stated, just as calmly. "It dosn't matter if that's you or not. Cause... I dunno... It felt kinda nice that you kinda broke down like that."

Crimson was stunned that anyone would appreciate the fact that a tough guy like he was supposed to be would be caught crying like a baby. He really didn't know what else to say or do, so he just hugged Shedoe and whispered a silent thank you into his ear. Before he knew it, he once again went to sobbing a little as his emotionless wall came tumbling down.

Shedoe blinked softly as he heard the sobs, before wrapping his arms around Crimson and rubbing his back, holding him close. "See? It's okay to cry sometimes. You can always cry on me, if you need to. I don't mind... It's weird, but... I kinda feel... needed. It's nice..."

"But I'm supposed to be tough. If people see me crying, they won't understand. How do I keep my image up if I cry." Crimson said in between sobs. "I'm supposed to be the strong one, and strong men don't cry. Do they?"
He held on tight to Shedoe as more and more of his tough exterior melted away and he began to feel like a small child in the arms of his daddy. Suddenly he had a flashback of his parents death.
"Daddy! Mommy! Don't weave me!" he cried out suddenly.

Shedoe shook his head. "You don't have to cry in public. Just here, with me. If you don't let it out, you can seriously ******** up your head..." He said softly, before flinching slightly at the male's cry. Seemed it definatly had already done that...
"Hey... Crimson.... Shh... It's okay. They're here, they never left you. They still are around hm?" He was awkward saying things like that, but, he had heard other people say it before to children to those he had killed before. It seemed to be slightly helpfull.

"Where have I heard that before?" Crimson thought suddenly snapping back to the present.
"Shedoe, I don't think I ever told you how my parents died, but I think I should. Know this though. I find it very ironic that you call yourself a killer when I have seen what a killer really is and can do," he began. "My parents were killed by someone who just loved torture. One night he broke into our house, and he didn't steal anything. Instead he gutted my parents while they were tied to a chair, and I was forced to watch. He knew what he was doing, but you, you're different. You don't know what comes over you at the time. At least I hope that is the case.
