hello?
hi, I'm a prospective newbie (yet to be accepted in the guild)
I was wondering if you guys have any required reading that I should look at?
I made a character for playing here, I heard you guys are low on men so I cooked up a farm boy setting out to seek his fortune, he would have just joined so I doubt he'd have his own wagon yet.
Name: Zak Wouter
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: 2/3 Irish 1/3 Native American, Don't ask how that works.
Origin: Zak has left the far to seek his fortune. he still misses his mother and the cows but figures everyone will be fine with out him.
Family consists of: his Mother, Step-Father and seven younger Half Brothers who are old enough to get by with out his help on the farm.
Hair: Reddish Brown and Curly
Eye Color: Greenish
Skin: freckled, appears like tanned until you look closely.
Height: 5'9
Weight: 180
Looks: muscular with ox lifting shoulders. Zak looks like what he is, the kind of guy who works out side all the time lifting things. his eyes crinkle up when he smiles. he is freckled where a normal person would be tan. he has good teeth and huge hands from milking cows.
History: Zak grew up on his family's farm his father left when he was little and his mother re-married soon after, his step father and he have always gotten along reasonably well even if he was stuck with babysitting his brothers for most of his life. he always has gotten along with animals with a rough "alright goat, we can do this the easy way or the hard way" sort of attitude. He has decided to hitch a ride with gypsies because it looks like a good idea at the time.
Trade: lifting heavy things, skilled farm labor, animal husbandry.

so, the noob question, can i just jump in or what should i do first?
I'm not sure how i should introduce Zak
is he unconscious in a ditch?

Welcome to the guild, RK! (And thank you to whoever it was to accept her- I didn't see the request beforehand. heart ) I've sent you a personal PM with some information, but don't hesitate to ask questions if you've got 'em! The easiest way to get me to see them is to PM them to Oqaia or Valelldia, but posting here or in the main thread will get wonderful answers from the Fortunettes Folks as well.

I think Stacy might end up sponsoring me just by default but my character is a total doufus so no matter what I know he won't be likely to change.
I think I'll be face down bruised and with out a wallet in the field where there's the open RP going on right now.
