Relm grinned & sipped her tea with a happy sigh. "Sound like a plan." She winked at her love playfully. "Perhaps we would come up with other ideas in the process."
"And if we end up spending more than our allotted funds here, I could always actually sell a painting." The pictomancer giggled, knowing that usually she only sold her paintings to people she found distasteful. Otherwise, the artist prefered to give them as gifts.

"I don't know how anyone wouldn't want your paintings, they're fantastic." he says, blushing at her. He rubs at his muzzle in embarrassment, not used to giving compliments, especially to someone he loves.

She blushed. Somehow a compliment from Keme meant so much more than anyone else saying the exact same thing. "Thanks, Keme." Love shone brightly in her eyes. "You know all you have to do is ask, and I paint anything for you. Anything at all."
Because as long as Keme was there, she knew her art would have life. She would not stuble for something to paint.

Keme looks at Relm, surprise in his eyes, but he gives her a soft, love-filled smile. It warmed his heart to know she would paint for him, whenever he wanted, but he knew he would never take advantage of that gift. "I love you Relm...." he whispers softly.

Her heart fluttered joyfully in her chest. Would it always do that? Relm hoped so. Delight filled her eyes as she smiled. "Love you too, Keme. My handsome Hummer."

"Hehe, I don't think I am handsome. But you....I've always thought you were beautiful...." he says softly, looking down at his espresso, hoping his blush isn't too bad.

She blushed crimson. Until Keme, no one had ever called her beautiful. Cute, yes. Beautiful, no. It made her feel all tingly inside & she did not care that perhaps Keme was biased. "Thank you." She got a little shy too, her eyes lowering demurely. "I don't see it... I've no special markings... no pretty colors."
Then her eyes were back up. "Not like you. Your colors are so vibrant, Keme. The way the white stands out, traveling down..." She would not think it. "How it shows the blush on your cheeks so well." Relm smiled coyly at him, knowing she must be blushing nearly as much as he was. "Your blue, your green, your black boots & the almost red color leading to your nose..." Reaching over Relm lovingly stroked said patch, blushing furiously as she caught herself in the act. She tried to shift the conversation a little. "Not to mention the wonderful play of your musculature."
Light green eyes widened in horror & the artist froze. Had she really just said that?

Keme's blush grows even more as she starts to describe him, quite intimately!! He didn't think she paid any attention to his colors. And she called him muscular!! He chuckled nervously, his entire face now totally red and he looks down, coming off as quite shy and a shy smile on his face.

Touching the side of his mouth with a feather-light caress Relm lowered herself back in her seat. She too could only blush as she held the warm glass between her paws, sipping occationally. She could not retract what she had said, & possibly would not if she could. But in her mind's eye her hands were once again massaging the length of Keme's back, and she could not decide whether to bless or curse her memory for details.

Keme sipped at his drink, staring down at the dark liquid, the blush on his face, but not as apparent, "You don't need to have vibrant markings to be beautiful, Relm. I love how your hair always seems to look curly and soft and I always wanted to run my fingers through them. You have a talent and a drive I have never seen in anyone else before and that is why I always wanted you to always to do the best in it. You've never been afraid to speak what is on your mind and I have always admired that. So you are beautiful, Relm, inside and out." he says, looking to her, but once he is done, he looks down at his cup, blushing brightly again.

She was very, very tempted to climb over the table, straddle Keme's lap, & kiss him right there -with the added implication that he could run his hands through her hair all he wants. Clasping her drink tightly Relm resisted, reminding herself that she will not behave like her sister -no matter what!
However she was very glad that she had looked up as Keme started talking, loving simply to gaze into his brown eyes. An amuzed grin curved her lips. "With all the problems it causes... you like when I speak out?" Forcing herself not to hurry so they could get out of there, find somewhere secluded or otherwise out of the public eye, Relm casually as she could nibbled at her bread.

Keme nodded as he finished off his espresso and then eats up his piece of bread, "Well, yes...it makes you who you are, and I really do love everything about you." he says with a blush, but alot of love shining in his eyes.

Her eyes are thankful as she blushes while eating her bread & drinking her tea. For a while she says nothing, simply eating & drinking as her thoughts tormented her. When she finished & wiped her hands clean on a napkin she set them nervously in her lap. "Keme..." She started slowly, her voice cracking slightly. "What if I didn't always speak my mind? What if I told you... sometimes I am afraid to say things?"
She was not worried about his love changing. The question plagued her since even after Keme had said so she had not said what was really on her mind and the knowledge of that pained her.

Keme pushes his mug away since it was empty and he looks up at Relm when she says that. He smiles lightly though, "Well, no one can say everything that is on their mind. I'm afraid to say things to you, especially when I wanted to tell you I loved you. You're still you though..." he says.

Relm looked at him with such love, such adoration that she felt she would burst. "I was scared to tell you too. So scared, I wouldn't even let myself think it. But I'm very glad we did. And I do love you." She smiled brightly at Keme, basking in being together with him.
"So you don't mind if I... hold back?"
