All the numbers I got out so far correspond to wrong profiles. The last line isn't a clue, just telling what you have to do, or?
Rot13-ing ''lego'' brings nothing.
''lego'' = ''oleg'' = Russian name. Russian government (.gov) is found in the Kremlin (or in the Duma. That doesn't work either as a code.). But that number's too long. (Gaia only has 5479930 users so far, even though i have found numbers beyond that. I assume it isn't a new account though.)

~<3 NO AND YES D: But this could just be me. I could just be blind to the obvious. And this makes me think of the SoUE XPP Which reminds me that I should probably read the 13th book before I forget where it left off at the end of the 12th book, if I haven't already x.x

Okay, from what I've gathered backreading, the first clue will get you the number of the profile, when you edit the profile view number. Mine is 1121157, so the account has some number we are unsure about. The first clue gets it.
That's about as far as I get staring at this clue. I think too much.
