Seeing nobody immediately in the lobby, he shrugs and enters further, looking around curiously. In one hand, he holds a small package wrapped in tissue paper. Krista slips into GMFC pushing a stoller, she shakes the rain off her coat and growls " Why of all days does it have to rain today...." slipping off the rain coat she tosses it into the basket under the stoller. Tinania giggles and looks at the rain running off her little rain coat, first time ever seeing rain she seemed to love it. She looks up at her mother and holds her hands out " Eh....." Krista smiles and pulling the rain jacket off her, she pushes the stoller against the wall then picks Tinania up and carries her towards the seating area. Two words describe Junyi at the moment:
Completely passed out.
Okay, maybe three words.
In either case, Junyi takes up roughly four of the clinic's chairs, completely sprawled out and snoring loudly enough to wake the dead.
It appears she never did make it back from her lunch break...
Meanwhile, a tiny figure creeps under the chairs, searching for SOMEONE... While what looks to be a very large bird skitters behind it while chirping the "Mission: Impossible" theme.
"Krista! Just the person I was hoping to see, actually. Teratus said I might find you here. Looks like he was right." Prox pulls the scarf away from his face.
The Dream shifts from foot to foot on his Dreamer's shoulder and chuckles. "Always right, told you so." Krista walks over and hugs Prox then smiles to Teratus " Yes it would seem you have found me....I'm here because Tinania needs a checkup..." she rubs at Tinania's back as she holds her Tinania looked at her mother and frowns, she didn't like that word at all. She shakes her head " Ne..." she sticks her tongue at her mother then looks to the birdlike creature holding her hands out toward it " ah....." "Is she well? I've got something nice for her here. Found it in one of the shops. It just seemed to be right for her." Prox hands the small package to Krista.
Under the wrappings: 
Chee is here! How lovely. Teratus flaps down to the floor, taking care to keep his wingbeats quiet. He stalks after the younger Dream.
SSSH. Chee is on SECRET MISSION. >_> A naked chibichibi, only a few inches high, skitters up the side of Junyi's apron and perches on her shoulder, standing on his tiptoes as he struggles to reach her daisy hairclip.
Almost... there... >
Krista smiles taking the present and holding it toward Tinania. She looks to Prox and smiles "Thank you...."
Tinania looks at the strange gift and pulls at the paper, she claps her hand and holds the dragon plushie close, cooing over her new toy.
"I keep meaning to bring presents for all the new babies, but I haven't kept track quite as well as I should." He flicks one ear, embarrassed. "She's a lovely child."
Oh, a secret mission! Teratus will be as near to invisible as he can be, then!
Chee's job is to sing the secret spy music while her dreamer does his secret spy things. |3
With that, she begins whistling the "Mission: Impossible" theme again.
HA! Got it!
Junyichibichibi waves the daisy clip high above his head, letting out a quiet shriek of triumph.
Now, for the best part. |3
......Anyone got a marker?
Krista smiles and pushes some of her hair from her face then looks to Tinania "Thank you, she my little princess, so how are you and Anen?"
Tinania looked at the two dream birds as she held onto her plushie, she tilted her head to the side curious watching them.
Sensing she's being watched, Chee turns her head to glance at the strange little creature.
"Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinglet," Chee chirps quietly.
SHHHHHHHHHH!
A brief, unidentifiable expression passes across the catboy's face before he smiles. "We're talking again, thank goodness. He was withdrawing for a while, but he seems to be coming out of it again. How's Aylana doing?" He wiggles a finger at Tinania.
SPY music. Of course! Teratus will help. He clicks laughter and sings along.
JCC supposes he'll have to rummage around in Junyi's shirt, then.
With a graceful leap, he dives into the front pocket of Junyi's apron, rummaging until he finds...
Ah! TWO markers! Permanant, too. Red and black.
......Perfect.
He then begins to draw carefully on Junyi's face.
This oughta teach her for... uh... ......All that STUFF she did. Yeah, that's it.
Krista frowns and bites her lip looking around before sighing "We're not talking at all...in fact I haven't seen her since our last fight..."
Tinania giggles and takes Prox's finger in her hand looking it over she coos and holds her hands out towards him
Now that's a good idea. Why has Teratus never thought of that?
Prox pauses to shoot a look at his Dream. "I heard that. Don't you dare."
With Junyi properly scribbled on, he flips gracefully off of her and lands with a quiet thud in front of Chee, clip in hand.
"SCREEEEEEEAM."
With a grand gesture, he clips it to her wing.
THERE. Now THERE is a dream worthy of being called JCC's pet.
Chee is PRETTY now! See? See?
"I'm sure she'll be back soon," Prox sighs. "They ... seem to do that, sometimes. How long has it been?" He tickles Tinania's palm with a finger. "Hi, little cutie."
Teratus approves! How lovely.
Now all that is required of Chee is for her to learn how to FLY.
Chee's TRYING, okay?
Junyi slowly opens her eyes, grumbling incoherently.
"I'm up I'm---" A frown. "........It's...late."
Krista smiles alittle "Almost a month...she disappeared...I'm hoping she okay...." she sighs and shakes her head "Heck she okay....otherwise I would have known..."
Tinania giggles and reaches out toward Prox again "Eh....ngah" she pouts and hides her face
"Yeah. You'd know." Prox nods. He smiles at Tinania gently. "Peekaboo, kidlet."
At the sound of Junyi's voice, he turns to look .. and stares for a moment. "Oh, dear. So that's what it was."
Teratus is officially amused now. He flaps.
Neith walked into the clinic, with both girls on each side, each clutching to a hand and letting out squeals of joy when she lifted them off the ground for a few seconds each.
Winny took off at a run to skid to a stop in front of Prox, Krista and the toddler she'd never met. "Hi! I'm 'Inny, who are you?"
Elle stood back a few feet, still clinging to Neith's hand and peering around at everyone from behind the comforting bulk of her mother. And there was something really strange about that thing next to that man...
She glanced at Junyi, waving a little from her safe spot.
......So that's what what was? o_o;
Chee flaps as well, but to no avail. .........WHY CAN CHEE NOT BREAK THE BOUNDS OF GRAVITY?
.....Junyi just wants to know why there are two dwarf chocobos on the floor.
"............Wark!"
Junyi glances up at the new voice. "Hellooo?" She then blinks and turns toward Elle. "Helloooooooo!"
Krista smiles and laughs "Yea I just keep forgetting Aylana not a little kid anymore...but I can't help worrying over her..." Krista smiles when she see the little girl "This is Tinania..."
Tinania giggles at Prox and hides her face again before hearing another voice, she turns and looks at Winny and giggles clapping her hands "Inny.... "
Krista eyes widen in shock and surprise
"JCC seems to have stolen your marker." Prox tries not to smile too widely at Junyi's predicament. "Hi, Neith." At Winny's announcement, he smiles down at her, too. "Hi, there. I'm Prox. Nice to meet you."
Like this. Teratus flaps up into the air and glides a little way across the room.
"He was here?" Junyi frowns. ".....He'd better put that thing to good use. Stupid chibichibi."
SEE?! See what he has to put up with?
Chee leaps into the air, flaps her wings a few times...
...And lands flat on her face.

"I worry too," Prox answers Krista quietly. "It's a tough balance between being too close and being too far away."
Chee is not angling her wings correctly. The air has to get under them just right. Try it again. Teratus lifts his wings and holds them at the right angle to demonstrate.
"Tia...Tiana...Tia knows my name." Winny told the adults proudly, reaching up on tiptoes to gently take the toddler's hand and shake it. "Hi!"
Neith wandered over, leaving Elle standing by herself. "Hi Prox, Krista. And aww, this must be the baby I kept missing out on seeing! She's so cute!" Neith went into entuasiastic mode, reaching over to stroke Tinania's baby fine hair.
Elle wandered over to Junyi, seeing as she half knew the adult, and sat down quietly beside her. Elle asked quietly, "What are you doing?"
With a determined squeak, Chee leaps into the air, flaps her wings (Correctly this time, she hopes...) And manages to stay afloat for a whole two seconds before landing on her head.

......Chee thinks she just brained her damage
"Being very confused," Junyi explains honestly. "Is there something on my face?"

Junling fires off a rapid series of projections of recognition at Elle.
FWIEND.
"Cute little creatures you have here," Prox says to Neith, smiling.
Not much damage there to brain. Chee did better! Chee should try again.
Krista smiles and nods to Prox in agreement before looking to Winny "Tiana, that a sweet name, I'll have to give that to her as a nick name..." she looks to Neith and smiles "Yes this is Tinania...my little princess..."
Tinania squeals from all of a sudden being the center of attention, she hides her face in her mother hair, before looking at everyone and sticking her tongue out before giggling and and reaching out toward Winny.
Krista laughs "For someone who use to alot of people around the house, she freaks when we're in GMFC...."
CHEE CAN DO THIS. CHEE IS SUPER PLAYER.
She leaps into the air once more, flaps her wings FRANTICALLY....
.....
She did it! She's flying! She's FLYING! Buahahahaa! CHEE IS GENIUS CHEE IS EGGMAN CHEE IS--
WHAP!
Chee had no idea there was some kind of invisible forcefield on these windows. @________@
She would say something about losing the piano lessons... if she had taken lessons... or knew what a piano was.
Teratus is sure that Chee will get the hang of it soon. Windows usually do have force fields, though. It's called glass.
Chee twitches from her position on the floor.
...........This "glass" that Teratus speaks of...
Chee will not rest until the glass has been defeated with her Chee's whiz of fury.
Until then, she thinks she will take a little nap.
"I ... don't think so? Mommy told me it rude to stare." Elle peered up at Junyi's face for a few seconds but went red and glanced down at Junyi's stomach to say hello to the baby as best she could, projecting happy feelings towards the baby inside. Elle liked Junling lots!
Neith grinned, and shrugged, but she was a bit more proud looking now. "They're terrors really, you'd find out after a couple of days."
Winny poked her tongue out at Tinania, and then took the tiny hand. "See? I got new fwend."
"Maybe she just isn't used to so many strangers paying her attention." Neith shrugged, standing back a bit to give the baby some space.
says the Junling. Now that it has Elle's undivided attention, it simply basks in the warm, fuzzy projetions.
"Oh, I'm used to terrors. Never thought I liked children, even just last year, but it's funny what a little perspective on the matter will do." Prox watches Tinania again. "Is she being shy, or is that a clever act?" he asks teasingly, wiggling his fingers at the toddler again.
Teratus flaps up to perch on a chair. "JCC has drawn on your face," he informs Junyi solemnly. He neglects to mention that he observed and failed to stop the chibichibi.
Krista smiles and kisses Tinania forehead "She use to Nana, Craig, Lorelei, and Mirawen....so new faces shock her a bit, but she gets use to it real fast.."
Tinania looked at Winny and pout then hides her face again peeks between her fingers.
Krista smiles and pulling out her wand, she waves it so a blanket appears then places Tinania on it. "There now she'll be better" she hands the dragon plushie to Tinania who coos and cuddles the plushie.
"What?" Junyi instinctively begins rubbing at her face. "Awwwwww, man!" Being mindful not to swear in front of the child cooing at her belly, she keeps the next thought between herself and the midget chocobo.
JCC can GO TO HELL.
Teratus snickers silently to himself.
Junyi continues to scrub at her face, inwardly cursing the tiny entity known as Junyi Chibi Chibi.
Chee's a chocobo! :B WARK.
Tinania keeps hugging her plushie then looks for the person who gave it to her, she smiles spotting Prox and crawls toward him and grabs ahold of his tail.
Prox holds still, twisting around slightly to look down at Tinania. "Careful. That's attached."
Tinania looks up at Prox before sticks the tail in her mouth. Krista does everything she can not to fall out of her chair with laughter. "Tinania not a sucker...."
Tinania looks at her mother and pouts with the tail still in her mouth
"It's not the first time, and I suspect it won't be the last. Tinania, may I have my tail back, please?" He tugs his tail lightly away.
"Tail may not be sucker, person tail is attached to may be," Teratus chuckles.
"Thank you for the editorial, Ter."
Tinania looks at Prox and shakes head "No...." holds the tail in her hands.
Krista shakes her head "Tinania give the tail back...."
Tinania pout and lets the tail go and looks up at Prox holding her hands out towards him.
"Thank you." Prox flicks his tail to dry a little of the dampness off. "You want to be picked up, huh?" He glances to Krista for permission.
Krista smiles "Go ahead Prox...I don't mind..." she takes a seat again and smiles layig her hands on her stomach.
Tinania reaches her hands out towards Prox again and giggles "Up...."
Prox scoops the toddler up, careful of her wings, and bounces her. "Up, huh? You flying yet, kidlet?" He holds her up in the air, grinning at her. "Waaaay up. Can you say that? Waaay up!"
Teratus snorts, amused.
Krista smiles and giggles "Very cute Prox....but gosh help me when she does learn to fly....." remembers when Aylana took off flying to get away from her.
Tinania squeals and claps her hands together "UP!!!"
"Up! That's right." He brings Tinania down and perches her against his side. "It's a thrill, though. I was so proud ... " His eyes go distant momentarily.
"Come on, darling," Lenore calls happily behind her, wanting to get out of the rain.
Damien is walking just behind her, as though the rain doesn't bother him a bit; his hands in the pockets of his expensive pants, and Eira is under his jacket. "Coming, mum" Damien replies back, in elven.
Lenore holds the door open as Damien walks in. Immediately, his keen eyes start to study everything, as is his nature.
"'Mien play now?" Eira asks.
Damien only shakes his head. "We just got here," he explains.
Lenore waves happily to everyone, just as she taps her wand on Damien, drying his clothes in an instant.
Krista smiles and walks over placing a hand on Prox's shoulder "No matter how old Anen gets, he'll always be your baby...just don't forget that..."
Tinania smiles and giggles patting Prox's cheek lightly.
Krista smiles and waves to Lenore and Damien "Well I never suspected to see you two out in the rain...How are you?"
Tinania looks over and squeals again "Mein!!!" she giggles and claps her hand.
"I won't forget. I don't think I could," Prox answers. He bounces Tinania again. "Hi, Lenore. Is this Damien? I don't believe I've met him."
More people, some of them small enough to possibly think that pulling feathers is interesting. Teratus moves to another chair.
Lenore smiles, her mouth closed to hide her new fangs. "Are you kidding, Krista? I love the rain," she says. She leads Damien to the other people.
Eira immediately flies over to Tinania and Prox, circling them a few times to inspect them, and then flies over to rest on Damien's head.
"They fine, 'Mien," she whispers, nodding her tiny head.
Damien shakes his head, smiling a little.
"Yes, this is Damien," Lenore answers Prox. "Damien, meet Prox. He's the father of one of your sisters' friends," she explains.
Damien nods politely, although shortly so he doesn't send Eira toppling off of his head, to Prox. Then, he smiles at Tinania. "Hello 'Nania," he says, smiling at her. Then, he looks at Prox, as though remembering something. "It is nice to meet you, Mr. Prox."
Prox inclines his head to Damien. "It's nice to meet you too, Damien." His eyes flick curiously to the small creature on Damien's head.
Krista arches a brow looking at Lenore confused, why was her sister pale, she stored it in the back of her mind to ask her later "Well at least one of us likes the rain...I can't stand it....its gotta be the human in me..."
Tinania giggles and waves at Damien "Mien....up" she looks to Prox "Mien UP!!"
Jaclyn stuffed her hands into her pockets, scowling darkly as she stepped into the clinic. Damn rain... She'd given up on hiding her ears and tails in the downpour, her ears pinned flat against her head in irritation. The sky had been clear when they left..
She let her mental griping trail off as she glanced back at Cyrus.
The boy didn't seem at all bothered by the soaking he'd gotten in the rain. He glanced about the clinic curiously, flicking droplets of water from his ears and tail every now and then, but not really showing any irritation at being drenched.
Floating lazily about his line of vision was a basketball-sized orb of water with what seemed to be a fish swimming about inside.
Jaclyn sighed and toyed with a plastic bag hidden in her pocket. "Kid, are you sure you don't wanna take a break from that?"
"I'm sure, Aunt Jacky. As long as I can see it it'll stay like that." He decided not to bring up the fact that he'd only discovered this after losing sight of the orb at home. It had been quite stressful, both for him and poor Sipher, to hurriedly snatch the fish up from the kitchen floor and drop him back into the tank.
"Up?" Prox raises an eyebrow at Tinania. "Are you asking to be picked up by Damien, or are you asking me to pick him up? Because I don't think he'd like that, really."
He glances up as the doors open, taking in the people entering ... and the floating fishbowl accompanying them. An interesting trick.
Lenore chuckles and shakes her head at Krista. "The rain is the best time to go out, dear friend."
Damien shakes his head at Tinania. "I don't think Mr. Prox would like to pick me up, Nania," he says.
Eira looks around. "Look, 'Mein! Friend from before!" she says, flapping her wings excitedly.
Damien looks toward the door. His curious eyes watch the orb as it floats around. Mentally shaking himself away, he waves to Cyrus, smiling at him.
Krista looks over and waves to the newcomers "More people who wanted out of the rain...hello..I'm Krista...." she smiles and bows her head towards them.
Tinania looks at Prox then to Damien before laying her head on Prox's shoulder "No Up..." she looks to Damien again "Mein...." she holds out her plushie to show him
Cyrus blinked and waved back at Damien, remembering meeting him once before. He seemed to have grown since then... Either way, he was a boy, and that was good. Even as cool as Bronwen and Angie were, it was nice to know he wasn't the only little boy who stopped by the clinic.
Curious, he wandered closer and grinned. "Dami, right?"
Jaclyn sighed and managed a smile, nodding her head in greeting to Krista. "I'm Jaclyn. And the boy with the fish is Cyrus," she muttered, throwing her nephew a jealous look. Honestly - how could he not hate the rain? Ugh..
"No up, huh?" Prox ruffles Tinania's fine hair gently. "Just wanted to show that off?" It's been a while since any of his children were at this stage, small enough to easily hold and working on talking. He finds that he misses it.
Teratus watches the fish in the floating globe of water with interest from across the room.
Tinania looks to Prox and smiles patting his cheek before hugging her plushie again "Rox...." she shows the plushie to Prox again "Rox...."
Krista smiles watching Cryus "Interesting little boy there....way he keeping the fish up is very nicely done...." she glances back to Lenore still quite curious about Lenore new look
Damien smiles at Tinania. "That's a very nice toy, 'Nania," he says before his attention is pulled in another direction.
He looks at Cyrus and nods. "Yes, you've got it right," he agrees. "And you are. . . Cyrus?" Yes, it has been a while. But, Damien's memory is pretty good, so it really doesn't bother him. His eyes go to the orb again before he reminds himself it isn't polite to stare. And, he should know what that is like. . . .
Lenore raises her eyebrow at the woman she has considered a sister for some time now. "What?" she asks, her accent getting thicker as she grows a little self-conscious. She runs her hands over her green dreads, to make sure one of them isn't sticking up as her tail twitches irritably.
Krista eyes widen, she saw them, she shook her head, and just smiles trying to act normal "Nothing..." she runs her hand though her long hair trying not to freak out, what happen to her sister?
Tinania coos and swings the plushie around alittle then looks at Prox before looking at the ground. "Neh..." she reaches towards the ground
He grinned again, this time in relief, and nodded at the question. "Yep. Cyrus it is."
For a moment he wondered what Damien was looking at before realizing the floating orb must look rather odd to the other boy. He made a small gesture with his hand that really didn't mean much of anything, much less really do anything, but it still made it look cooler when the orb floated down to hover over his palm.
At least, Cyrus thought it did.
"I can do this usin' a spell my momma taught me. The water, I mean. The fish inside is just my pet, Sipher."
Sipher almost seemed to pause in his swimming and eye Damien warily for a moment, though that might've been his imagination.
She eyed the fish with a bit of distaste, shrugging after a moment. "He modified a spell his mother taught him... She didn't expect him to do something quite like that with it, I think." A vague shrug. "It's still impressive for someone his age, I think..." That was what Jiora had told her, anyway.
"Here, I'm going to give you back to your mama, Tinania." Prox turns to Krista. "I need to get home, anyway," he says apologetically.
Teratus glides back over to settle onto his Dreamer's shoulder again. He clicks to himself. It's probably not entirely complimentary.
Lenore eyes krista warily. "It's not nothing. Tell me," she says, tugging on her skirt.
Damien nods appreciatively. He's a bit jealous. So far, his mum has been keeping a tight lid on his magical learnings.
Eira crosses her tiny arms over her chest. "'Mien does better magic. Gave 'Nore horns and tail. Just a baby, too."
Eira, you are being rude," Damien chastizes. "I've heard the modifying a spell is sometimes tricky. My sister modofies potions all the time. You should be happy. As young as you and I are, it is a great accomplishment. Or, so my mum says," he adds, a little smile on his lips still.
Krista looks at her sister as Tinania given back to her, she bites her bottom lip before placing Tinania on the ground and waving to Prox as he left. She looks back to Lenore "When did you get those..." she points right to her mouth.
Tinania looks around before spotting her cousin and crawling towards him, she takes a seat near him and pats him on the leg holding her plushie in one hand.
He blinked a bit at Eira, one ear pinning back slightly. "'nore..?" He glanced around briefly, finally settling his gaze on the green-haired woman. He gave his momma horns and a tail? That was really cool!
He focused on Damien again after a moment, blinking a bit at the talk of modifying. His momma had mentioned that a few times when he first showed her what he'd done..but he still wasn't quite sure what it meant. Sheepishly, he rubbed at the back of his neck with his free hand. "My momma said stuff about modifying too... I dunno what she's talking about though. I thought the spell was supposed to be like this."
Lenore, not remembering the fangs for once, bites her lip. Hard. She winces a little when she feels it puncture her lip. The rims of her irises turn crimson, blending toward the pupil with the usual amber. She sucks on her bottom lip until the puncture wound is healed. Then, she looks away from Krista. "I've been like this for days now. . ." she says, smiling sheepishly when she glances back at Krista. She doesn't like it, but she has learned to live with it. . . .
"My mums, and the rest of the family, have been tutoring me non-stop," Damien explains, suddenly a bit sheepish. Was he not supposed to understand this sort of thing? Was he too young?
He pushes the thought away. "Don't think about that," he continues. "Can you show me how you did it?" he asks, hoping to take Cyrus's mind off ofthe modifying subject.
Cyrus nodded a bit, pretending to know just what tutoring meant. No need to make himself look any dumber than he'd probably already done tonight. He was going to have to ask him momma about all these new words when he got home...
He grinned a bit when the talk shifted to the spell again, letting the orb float back up to drift about again. "Sure. It's not that hard once you get the hang of it," he said.
He cupped his hands in front of him and glanced up at Damien. "First you gotta make sure that you aren't thinkin' of anything. Otherwise it won't work." He paused a moment, trying to remember the next step. "And then...you gotta think like you're holding a ball of heat, and a light should show up... My momma could tell what kinda magic I could do from that. But to do the water you gotta be thinkin' of water at the same time, and concentrate real hard." As he spoke, another orb of water formed in his open hands, slowly drifting up to merge with the one that Sipher was swimming in.
"They blew up a lot at first, but it's real easy to use 'em now that I've been practicin'."

Aylana Returns Home to Emerald Haven
Aylana lands in front of Emerald haven. Last time she had gotten into a fight with her mother and was asked to leave.
She stood there for a minute before folding a set of black wings around her shoulders and walking up to the door. Taking a breath she knocked on it and stepped back waiting.
There was running from what she heard up to the door then someone telling a kid no. She smirked and shook her head as the door open.
Nana stood there "Can I help you?" Aylana smiles and nods "Yes I'm here to see my mother...." Nana eyes grew wide as Craig stepped up, she spoke to him in a language Aylana didn't understand.
With a nod Craig ran up the stair as Nana stepped aside "Mi'lday Aylana is that really you?" Aylana laughs and smiles "Yes its really me...."
Nana smiles as a little girl peeks out from behind her, Aylana arches a brow and looks to the little one. The little one gasp and hides again. Nana laughs and picks Drac up. "Don't be scared she your mother...."
Aylana eyes widen and she shook her head "What, wait huh? When did this happen?" Nana smiles "I'll let your mother explain..."
"Explain what?" Krista was holding Tinania in her arms feeding her with a sippie cup. Virendra followed her down the stair but stopped when her grandmother did.
Krista went pale instantly and her knees grew weak. Craig with quick movement caught Krista as she fell backwards. Tinania squealed at the sudden movement. "Easy now Callista no fainting while holding Tinania..."
Krista breathed in slowly still looking at Aylana "Is that really you..." Aylana smiles and nod then looks to Virendra who was hiding behind Craig a look of fear in her eyes.
She smiles to Ren then to her mother and starts to sign as she speaks "Yes its me mother....I came back in hopes you'll let me come home..."
Virendra eyes widen and she looked her her grandmother, Krista smiles and nods to Ren. Ren giggles and runs down the stairs and toward her mother. Aylana bends down and picks up Ren and kisses her cheek missing the little girl so much.
Krista walks down the stairs then over to Aylana she smiles and touches her daugther face "You have grown and seems you have finally come to an understanding about yourself....welcome home my dear..."
Aylana smiles then laughs "I hear I have another daugther when did this happen..." Krista smiles and nods to Nana who brings Drac over "Drac was given to me by a place called the Trading Post, I have to watch over Tinania and know I have no time right now and she taken a liking to Ren so I thought you would want her for a daugther...."
Aylana looks to Drac and smiles "Yes I loved to have her as a daugther...if she'll have me as a mother...." Drac smiled and jumped into Aylana other arm. Aylana laughed taking that as a yes. Drac giggled and smiles "My new mommy...my new home.."
Aylana smiles and hugs both of them then looks to her baby sister who was looking at her strangely before looking to her mother "I believe this is Tinania?" Krista nods "Yes this is your baby sister..."
Tinania looks to her mother "ooh dat?" Krista smiles and kisses her nose "That your big sister Aylana...." Tinania looks at Aylana and flutters her wings "Ana...hi..."
Aylana smiles and looks to her mother "She's precious mother...." Aylana leans in and kisses Tinania nose. Tinania giggles and wrinkles her nose up.
Krista laughs then smiles to Aylana "Oh by the way it seems someone else is also waiting to see you..."
Aylana arched her brow then looked beyond her mother. She not only paled but her eyes widen. Lulu was sitting on the edge of the stairs. She had evolved. "Lulu?"
Lulu clicked a few times "Yes mistress it is me, I'm glad to see you are okay..." Aylana smiles to her dear friend then yawns "Well I need rest is it alright if I get some...."
Krista nods "Of course...." Aylana smiles and starts to walk up the stairs "Oh Aylana...." Aylana turns and looks to her mother "Welcome home, now go remove your makeup you look like you gonna kick someone a**..."
Aylana laughs and walks up the stairs holding her daugther, Lulu follwoing home. Krista smiles and looks to the other and nods "Yes it good to have her home....."

Lenore, clad in her usual black, hooded-cloak, walks in, holding Damien's hand.
Damien looks around, oddly alert for the time of the night. Tucked under one arm is a rather thick book. As soon as they are inside, Lenore lets go of his hand and he goes to sit on the carpet while Lenore sits in one of the chairs.
Damien promptly opens the book and starts reading.
Krista walked in holding a well covered up Tinania, she was clapping her hands and giggling like always. Krista smiles then waves to Lenore "Lenore, hey how are you?"
Tinania pushes at her mother hands as soon as she spots Damien. Krista laughs and placing Tinania down she walks slowly over to Damien and sat down next to him "Mien...hi"
Lenore looks up and smiles a little at Krista. "Hello," she says. "I'm doing . . . fairly well. How about you?"
"Hello, 'Nania," Damien smiles at the little girl. "I didn't think anyone else would be here." Of course, he always forgets he is talking to a younger person. Oh well, she will catch most of it, right? "Look, I have another book," he says, showing her the book. Maybe she would be interested again?
Krista smiled and walk over taking a seat next to Lenore "I'm good still getting over the shock of seeing Aylana....and getting use to having her back at home..."
Tinania tilted her head alittle looking at Damien alittle confused at first until he showed her the book. She smiled and points at the book "Bok....wead peas?"
"Nyoka told me about her change, briefly," Lenore smiles. "Before she left again. I seem to keep missing Aylana in the manor. How is she?"
Damien smiles a little. "Well, 'Nania. This is one of Nyoka's old books. It's about a school one of my mums graduated from, and I think your mum. But, this is the fourth in the series. You will have missed a little. No pictures either. So you still want me to read it?" he looks at her expectantly.
Krista smiles "She's good she getting use to having two daugthers now...its fun watching her take care of them...." she pushes her hair back and smiles before arching a brow "Wait where did Nyoka go?"
Tinania looked at the book she understood the word picture and no, she flutter her wings alittle then looked to Damien "yis peas..."
"Two now? Wow," Lenore smiles. "It starts that way. Before you know it, Aylana will have about five kids. . . . I am the prime example. . . ." Then, her smile falters and her hand goes to her heart - where she has always felt her link to Nyoka. But, she smiles again, concealing any concern she might have very effectively. "She's in Greece now. She has been for a while. She's only visited home twice since leaving."
Damien nods. "Alright, I will start from the beginning then," he says. He opens the book to the first chapter: The Riddle House. He lets Nania look at the little picture at the top, if she wants to, before he starts to read to her.
Krista smiles "Ah, Aylana did then but came back home and never went back.....don't know why.....she seem to like it there..." she leans back and closes her eyes. "Our oldest daugthers are all grown up, scary isn't it..."
Tinania looked at the little picture then lean close to Damien as he reads, her head touching his elbow. For a toddler she was very quiet as Damien read the story to her.
"Nyoka hasn't grown yet, and I don't want to think about it," Lenore manages a chuckle. "She's already a handful at times. Imagine her when she gets older? Maybe she'll calm down a bit?"
Damien pauses. "If you have a question for me, you can interrupt," he says. After another smile to 'Nania, he starts reading again.
Krista laughs "Yea Aylana has calm down alot, she grown...I don't know what happen to cause the change in her, but she changed alot...." she pulls out her wand then looks to Lenore "You know it strange I heard from Snape the other day...."
Tinania looks up at Damien and smiles then looks back at the book as he reads, she was happy just listening to the story.
Lenore tries not to look interested in the last bit. She's engaged, and happy. Stupid girl-hood crushes should not effect her so.
For once, she is happy she didn't feed too much tonight. There isn't enough blood in her to make her blush. "Really? What did Professor Snape want?"
Damien pauses a moment, his keen ears listening in on the conversation. Then, he starts reading, his voice a little quieter. He knows Snape, obviously. His curiousity is peaked. . . .
Krista sits up straight "Seems something bad has happen at Hogwart but he didn't tell me what.....said he tell me once he can get a chance..." she sighs "I have a feeling were gonna be hearing more and more about Hogwarts again real soon..."
Tinania looked at Damien, why did he get quiet all of a sudden. She pulled at his sleeve alittle "Mien?"
Lenore sighs and shakes her head. "That's just lovely. And what the bloody hell does he want us to do about it? You and I, we can't just pick up and leave anymore. . . ." then, she just shrugs. "Well, if you hear more, tell me. I don't read the Daily Prophet anymore. It just angers me. . . ."
Damien shakes his head. "It's nothing, 'Nania. Would you like me to continue? Or do you have a game you want to play?"
Kia ran into the clinic looking around franticaly ever sence Elliot had learned how to walk all hell broke out loose he had a passion for playing hide n' go seek. " Elliot! Come out now!" She started to look around. As the little boy hide under a near by desk.
Krista nods "Trust me I was in shock when the owl appeared.... And yes I'll keep you posted.... I think you have the right to know also whats going on...." she sighs looking over to Tinania and Damien "I hope they never have to deal with it...."
Tinania shakes her head "ory peas...." she points at the book then giggles and looks back to the book. Tinania jump and looked over and pouts at the yelling.
Krista looks over and arches a brow "Um do you need some help?"
"Well, we are protected. . . ." Lenore says, nodding firmly. Then, she raises an eyebrow. "Do you need help?" she asks the other woman.
Damien is a little startled by the yelling, but when 'Nania giggles, he just smiles and starts to read again.
"Oh yes..." She stood up and have a firm boy before standing up straight and looking around. " Seems my son has run off, Have you by chance seen a little red-headed little boy around?" She asked still looking around.
Krista shakes her head "Sorry I haven't seen him at all..." she stand and looks around "But I'll help you out if you like...."
Tinania rubs at her eyes and looks around for her mother emo bag, she knew her blanket was in it. She pout when she see it still on her mother. "anket...." she points toward her mother then looks to Damien hoping he would understand.
Kia smiled. "Thank you..." She bowed once again. And peaked around the corner. Only to see her michevious little boy crawl from underneath the table and hide next to one of the mothers chairs. " Elliot!" She frowned placing her hands on her hips.
Elliot only giggled from his hiding places.
Lenore stands and looks at the other woman. "I'm sorry, I haven't seen him either. But, I'll help, along with Krista."
Then, she sees him when the woman speaks. She grins, watching him walk to the chairs. He is an adorable little boy. . . "That's Elliot, then? He's very cute."
Damien stops reading and looks over at Tinania. "Alright. One tick," he says, makring his page in the book. He walks over to Krista and looks up at her. "Miss. Krista. Tinania would like her blanket. Is it alright if I get it while you look for the little boy?"
"Thank you." she smiled picking the boy up only only squealed and patted his mothers cheeks triumpantly. "Though you know what they say about red hair. Tend to get in more trouble then it's worth." She grinned nuzzling his nose then looked at the others children.
"Ah what a Darling boy, and girl...whats thee names?" Kia placed Elliot down who then proceeded to walk towards the other two children only ot fall on his butt half way giving off a little 'ompf'.
Krista laughs watching the little boy then looks to Lenore "Hey Lenore this little guy reminds me of Aylana and Nyoka at that age...." she looks down at Damien and smiles pulling out the blanket "Sure sweetie here ya go but that means I'll have to be taking her home soon, she getting tired..."
Tinania yawns again and lays on the ground closing her eyes only to open them again and looks around again.
Krista smiles toward her daugther before waving her wand and having the blanket float to her "Thats my daugther Tinania.... and the ones that just proofed that was Lenore and her son Damien..."
" Ah I see. " Kia blinked when they poofed. " must be a new type of Floo poder." she chuckled gently picking up Elliot. Waving his hand at her. " Why hello Tinania..." She smiled and elliot just pointed his fingure at her. " Gur~!" he said in his attemp at words.
Krista walks over and picks up the sleepy Tinania, she smiles and rubs her back lightly "Tinania this is Elliot....." she smiles to Elliot.
Tinania looks at him though have closed eyes and smiles alittle "Eiot...." she waves her hand then lays her head on her mother's shoulder. Krista smiles "Poor thing she tired...."
Elliot waved his little hand at her. the yawning seemed contagious. "sweep" he said waving to the little girl before leaning back into his mothers arms. " I guess thats the sign to go, so nice to meet you."
Krista nods "Yes it was nice to meet you, I hope to see you again...." she wraps the now sleeping Tinania in her blanket and with a wave of her wand they both disappear.

She is still a little uneasy over her conversation with Rinon just four days ago. And distracted. She is half-listening to the observations of Damien, and is oblivious to Krista's chatter.
"Mum," Damien says, tugging on her hand. "Isn't that the ice cream shop?"
Lenore stops, and looks back. Yes, she had passed it. Smiling appologetically at Krista, Damien, and Tinania, she says, "I'm sorry. My mind seems to have left me. Let's get out of the snow, then, shall we?" she asks, placing a hand on her son's back and ushering him forward. She looks back at Krista, waiting for her and her "neice" to follow. Krista DarkAngel Krista smiles as she walks inot the ice cream shop, pulling her hood off, she looked to the giggling Tinania " Mommy too cold..." she shivers wrapping her arms around her mother neck. Krista kisses Tinania cheek and smiles " I know sweetie, but were out of the cold so you should warm up." She takes Tinania hood off then places her in a chair before looking to Lenore " Hey Lenore are you okay.....?" Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Damien sits next to Tinania. "You want to use my cloak? It can be a blanket for you. I'm not that cold," he offers, smiling at her.
Lenore smiles a little. "I'm fine. I just have a lot on my mind. . . ." she says, looking out the window a moment.
Then, she turns back to the others. "Orders, people, so the mums can go and get your ice cream," she says, looking at Krista. The question 'Do you feel comfortable leaving Damien to watch 'Nania' clearly in her eyes.
"French vanilla, please," Damien asks, politely. Krista DarkAngel Krista arched a brow the nods looking to Tinania " You want strawberry sweetie..." she smiles and fixes Tinania hair as she looks to damien. Tinania nods " Starberry yes please..." she looks to Damien and smiles " Blanket yes please...." she holds her hands out towards her cousin. Krista stands and looks to lenore and smiles " You know Tinania gotten to the point where she understand almost everything we say..." she steps away from the table heading towards the counter only to wait for lenore. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Damien wraps his cloak around Tinania before sitting down again. "Warmer?" he asks.
Lenore smiles back at Krista. "She's getting brighter by the day, then?" she asks. "They grow far too quickly. . . ."
She looks back toward the window, more on alert this outing because Damien is with her. She sees a flash of bluish-silver hair and tenses. You're jumping to conclusions, she thinks. Rinon is not the only one with that hair in Gaia. . . .
She joins Krista at the counter, and tells the man Damien's order, eyeing the pistachio ice cream longingly. Krista DarkAngel Krista nods " That they do, hopefully Tinania won't grow as fast as Aylana did...." she orders for Tinania then looks at the ice cream " So what bugging you, and don't tell me nothing because I've lived at Emerald Haven long enough to knwo something is wrong...." she looks back up at lenore before looking back down at the ice cream Tinania hugs the cloak close and smiles " Thank you..." she looks around then back to Damien " Why so cold?" her wings her fluttering fast because she was still alittle cold. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "Here's hoping then," Lenore replies to the growing comment.
Then, she sighs. "An elf stopped me a few days ago, when I was shopping for some gifts for Nyoka.He claimed to be my brother - well, I suppose he would be my half brother. Anyway, he said that my mother wanted to see me. When I told him I wouldn't go with him, he said he would bring her to me," she shakes her head. "He's a lying idiot anyway. If someone wants to see someone, they don't wait amost twenty one years to do it, right?" she asks.
Damien looks at Tinania thoughtfully. "Well, I read that it is one of nature's ways of balancing everything out. You see, sometimes, things need to . . . sleep," he starts, thinking sleep a better word than die. "In order to survive. Winter is a season where the earth is sleeping. Then, in a few months, spring will come, and wake everything up with rain. You'llsee pretty flowers blooming, and the trees waking up." Krista DarkAngel Krista thought for a moment before turning back to her " It could be possiable, never know, I mean aren't you alittle curious about your mother...I know I would want to knwo why my mother left me with a family I hate..." her eyes flashed with angry then she shook it off as the waiter handed her Tinania " Oh peppermint for me please" the waiter nods and works on hers. Tinania thinks then smiles " I undertand, like going to bed....." she giggles and claps her hands, she seemed alittle happier now that she was warming up. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "I used to be," Lenore admits. "But I am happy now. I don't need her coming round and mucking my life up."
"Yes," Damien smiles. "You need sleep to live., and so do I and our families. So, this is nature's bed time."
Lenore smiles to the man when he hands her Damien's ice cream. "An'thin' fer you?" he asks.
"No, I'm quite alright, thank you," Lenore says.
When she turns around, her eyes fall on Rinon. She narrows her eyes at him when she sees a frail, malnourished-looking elf woman leaning heavily on him. Her pale blonde, curly locks still shine brilliantly, but her deep purple eyes seem dead. She has dark circles under her eyes, along with bags, and a sunken look to her cheeks.
There is no mistaking her for who she is, though. She has the same heavy-lidded eyes as Lenore, and the same lips. Had she been healthier, Lenore is sure that the woman would have the same facial-structure.
Clenching her teeth, she ignores the pair, and starts back for the table, not even waiting for Krista.
The woman's purple eyes follow Lenore as they fill with tears. A mixture of happiness and sorrow is found in their depths. She clings to Rinon. Krista DarkAngel Krista took her ice cream and Tinania and smiled to the waiter, as she turned around she smiled to them both before walking back over and placing Tinania ice cream. Tinania squeels and picks up her spoon and starts eatiing it slowly. Krista giggles then looks up at lenore as she eats her ice cream " Um....Lenore....." she looks back then looks back to Lenore " Hey Lenore what wrong?" Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar The muscle in Lenore's jaw tenses and untenses as she holds back her anger at Rinon following her yet again.
Damien's spoon stops midway to his mouth when he looks up at his mum. He's never seen her quite this angry. . . .
"Nothing," Lenore manges, taking a deep breath to compose herself.
Rinon, on the other hand, is helping the waif of a woman over to the table that Lenore and her family are occupying. When he reaches it, he can feel an icy sort of anger spilling out of Lenore.
"Get her away from me," Lenore says in elven, keeping her face stoic.
"She wants to see you," Rinon says, the offense on his face again. "Do you not know to respect your elders?"
She waves her hand at the last comment and looks straight at Rinon. "She has seen me, she can leave now. I am with my family, I don't need you around right now, ruining my day."
A strangled, soft sob escapes the tired woman's lips and she looks away from Lenore, clinging tighter to Rinon.
"You can appologize, right now," Rinon says.
"And you two can leave. Good-day" Lenore says, looking away from them and back at Damien, offerring him a small smile. "Eat your ice cream, Damien," she says, as though nothing has happened.
Rinon does not move. Krista DarkAngel Krista eyes widen and her jaw dropped just alittle, for once she wish she didn't understand elven. She looks to Lenore " Lenore..." Tinania keeps eating her ice cream but only stops when she looks at her auntie and her mother, she pouts looking at her auntie. " Aunie mad...." she pouts even more. Krista looks at Tinania and smooths out her hair " Its okay little princess Auntie just thinking that all..." she looks back at Lenore really concern right now as she looks at her brother. "Please.....she doesn't wish to be bothered can you just leave us alone..."Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "She needs to reselve this sooner or later," Rinon says, looking at Krista with his deep blue eyes so like a starry night sky.
Lenore simply sighs, and ignores them again. She smiles at Tinania. "Auntie isn't mad, darling. How do you like your ice cream?" she asks her.
Meanwhile, the woman is looking at Lenore again with her large purple eyes. "You've changed your hair, Lenore," she says in a soft, thin voice. "You had hair like Rinon's when you were born. It was so beautiful. . . ."
Lenore looks at the woman, but continues to remain quiet.
She studies Lenore some more. Finally, with a shuddering breath, she sys. "We are staying in Gambino, close to the bank," her english flawless. "Just ask for Mrs. Alasseo Isilme, should you wish to speak to me, Lenore." Her eyes are filled with tears again when she looks up at Rinon. "I am tired. Please take me home so that I may rest."
Rinon nods. He sends an angry glare at Lenore before helping Alasseo out of the parlor.
"Who were they, mum? They knew your name," Damien asks, setting his spoon in his dish.
"No one important," Lenore says, smiling again. "Alright, we came to have fun. Let's get to it. Eat up your ice cream, and then I can teach you to make snowmen, and angels, in the Barton feild." Krista DarkAngel Krista watched them leave then looked to Lenore, she had a sadden look in her eyes but shook it awhile as Tinania giggles. She looks over at Tinania to see not only had she finished eating, but she was covered in it. " I think you got your answer Lenore..." she laughs as she wipes Tinania face off. Krista shook her head trying to block those eyes out of her mind, she smiles and looks to lenore "So that was your brother....and your really a silver blond...."Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Damien grins at Tinania. "'Nani, how can you enjoy your ice cream if you have it all over your face," he teases, poking her noselightly.
Lenore smiles at their exchange. The smile falters a little when Krista starts to speak in elven again. "It's more like Rinon's. It's a silver, tinted blue. . . . I keep it dyed, though," she admits. "Why?" Krista DarkAngel Krista smiles at the two kids exchange then looks back to Lenore "No reason hun, just learn something that is all..." she smiles then eats some more of her ice cream. Tinania giggles and sticks her tongue at Damien " Its fun....food fun to play wih..." she looks at her messy hands then holds them out to damien. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Lenore sighs, tugging on herlong, green hair and looking down at the table top.
Damien shakes his head. "Do you want me to clen your hands, 'Nani?" he asks, grabbing up a napkin. Krista DarkAngel Tinania nods " Yes please..." she keeps them held out towards him as ice cream drips from her fingers. She giggles and smiles then hiccups. Krista smirks and bites her bottom lip and blushes before finishing her ice cream, she smiles and stands " Be right back, I'm gonna see if they have an hot chocolate...." Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "can you bring some for Damien, Krista? I'll give you the gold when you get back," Lenore calls after Krista. She frowns, wondering what that last play of facial dancing was about.
Damien moves out of the way of the dripping ice creram before it can drop on his expensive pants. Smiling crookedly, he goes about cleaning his cousin's hands. Once done, he leans back, putting on a proud face and puffing out his chest. "All clean!" he declares. Krista DarkAngel Krista walks up to the counter and orders two hot chocolate's, she hums to the music playing over the radio, as she pushes her hair back from her face. She looks over some of the bake good and smile wondering if she should get some or not. Tinania giggles and copies her cousin as she puffs her chest out and shows her auntie her hands " All cean!!!" Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Lenore smiles warmly at Tinania. "Yes, you are. You look like a little fairy princess now," she says.
Rinon comes back into the ice cream parlor, and walks purposefully to the table Lenore and co. are seated, pulling a chair along with him. He plaves it next to Lenore and sits down.
She only glances at him, her anger not rising this time. "You shouldn't be here," she says.
"What are you doing? You hurt her deeply just now," Rinon says.
"I warned you," Lenore says simply, shrugging.
It seems the calmer Lenore gets, the angrier Rinon gets. He doesn't show it though. Krista DarkAngel Krista shrugs and orders thee chocolate chip cookies. Smiling she paids for the cookies and hot chocolate. Picking up the drink she carries them in one hand and the plate of cookies in another. She stops in her tracks her eyes widens as she see Lenore brother was back again. Rolling her eyes she walks back over and places the plate down " I thought we could have some cookies also...." she hands Damien his drink " Here you go sweetie..." Tinania giggles and reaches for a cookie and hands it to her mother as Krista sits down sips her drink. She smiles to tinania and breaks off a piece of the cookie and hands it to Tinaia before looking back to Lenore and her brother listening to them. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "Thank you, Aunt Krista," Damien says, eyeing Rinon a little warily.
Seeming to calm himself, he looks across the table at Krista. "We did not meet properly before. My name is Rinon Isilme, Lenore's brother."
Lenore glances at the cookie, suddenly feeling a little hungry. She smells the blood inside Rinon, and has to shake her head to clear it of the fog. She takes hold of her senses, slips a vial out of her cloak pocket, and uncorks it. She hastily drains the contents.
When she is done, she slips the corked vial back into her cloak pocket and looks at Rinon. "I still don't believe you," she says.
"And I don't know how to prove to you that what I am saying is the truth," he says, before looking back at krista and extending his hand to accompany his introduction from earlier. Krista DarkAngel Krista smiles to Damien then her daugther before looking to Rinon as he spoke to her in elven, she pushes her hair back from her face and takes his hand "Callista DarkAngel....but everyone calls me Krista, pleasure to meet you Rinon..."Tinania looks to her mother and tilts her head alittle " Mommy who he?" Krista shakes her head and looks back to Tinania and smiles " This is Rinon..." Tinania waves her hand and smiles before going back to her cookie. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "Likewise, Krista," Rinon says. He then turns to Lenore. "Are you going to introduce me to my nephew? Your friend seems to think I am safe enough to introduce to her child."
Lenore sighs, and looks at Damien. He is staring at Rinon curiously. Shaking her head, she says, "Damien, this is Rinon."
Rinon inclines his head to Damien, just as Damien does the same."Is he a friend?" Damien asks.
"No, not really," Lenore answers.
"You'll be seeing more of me around, Damien," Rinon says.
"Not at my home we won't. You couldn't find it even if I took you there," Lenore shrugs. "I'll be back." With that, she stands and goes to the back of the parlor.
Raising his eyebrows, he looks over at Krista. "Lenore and you are married, are you not? Not to each other, I mean to men. You do not take them on family outtings?" he asks.
Damien has to hold in a laugh as he looks outside the window. Krista DarkAngel Krista eyes widen and she almost choked on her drink, she looked at Rinon and shook her head " No Sorry I'm not married....I'm too young to be married right now.....I mean I just turned 22..." she blushes and coughs alittle beat red now. Tinania looks to Damien then looks outside to see snowflakes falling. " What are those?" Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "Those are snowflakes, Nani," Damien starts. "It is a sort of. . . . ice rain."
"But, you are nottoo young for children?" Rinon asks, completely confused. In his society, this young half-elf wouldn't even be out of the home yet, let alone have children.
Lenore still stays well away. She is studying her apparent brother, though. And the reactions that her dear friend is having to him. Krista DarkAngel Krista laughs as she sips her drink " In this city the girls as young as 15 having children Rinon...." she places her drink down and brushes her hair back from her face " Okay I'm getting this hair cut after the hoilday, its driving me crazy..." Tinania looks at Damien then looks back out the window " Ice rain....oooh" Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Rinon looks truly astonished now. "Well," he manags to say after clearing his throat. "I suppose as long as society deems it appropriate. . . ."
He then looks at Krista appraisingly. "I don't think you should cut it" he says. "Longer hair is more flattering on a woman."
Rolling her eyes, Lenore walks back over to the table. Just what she needs, her best friend falling for some nut claiming to be her brother.
She looks over at Damien and Tinania, and smiles a little. "If you two get bundled up, and if Krista says it is alright, I can take the both of you out to play in the snow for a little bit," she offers. She really just wants to get away from Rinon. Krista DarkAngel Krista blushes alittle then cough as Lenore reappears, she looks to the kids then smiles " Yea you two ready to go play in the snow?" she bites her bottom lip, she was really hoping to get to know Rinon some more. Aside from Eirnae and Lenore she didn't know many other elves. Tinania claps her hand then looks to Damien " Hwlp please?" she holds her jacket sleeve out toward him. Krista smiles then looks to Rinon before sighing " Um well, I guess we will see you later....." she pulls on her own coat as she thinks to herself "Oh please come with us...."Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Damien nods and helps Tinania into her jecket. He then slips into his cloak and glances at his mum and then Rinon. "Is he coming, then?" he asks when he sees Rinon stand.
Lenore has never wanted to yell at Damien, or glare at him at all. But, she is suddenly overwhelmed with the childish urge to do both to him. Compromising, she only shrugs. "I'll meet whomever is joining us outside," she says before throwing her cloak over her shoulders, pulling the hood down so that her face is covered in shadow, and striding out of the door.
Damien's eyes follow his mum, and he fidgets a little nervously. He then looks up at Rinon with his intelligent eyes. "Mum didn't say you couldn't come. Will you join us?" he asks.
Rinon smiles warmly to Damien. "Of course. That is, if the ladies do not object," he says respectfully, inclining his head first to Tinania, and then to Krista. Krista DarkAngel Krista picks up the giggling Tinania and places her hood over her head then looks to Rinon. She smiles " I don't see why not, if Damien is fine with it then so am I...." she looks to nephew and smiles " Would you like to take hold Tinania for me?" Tinania reaches for Damien and makes grabby hands at him " Damien!!!" Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Damien nods and happily takes Tinania off of Krista's hands. "Come on, we can go and build a little snowman. It will be fun," he says as he leaves the parlor.
Rinon bows to Krista. "After you," he says, a small smile on his lips. Krista DarkAngel Krista smiles and pulls her hood over her head as she places her hands in her pockets. She looks up at tthe snow as it snows, she felt at peace like when she was young. Tinania squeels and hugs Damien " Yay snawman!!!" Krista laughs then looks to Rinon " You have an interesting name, what does it mean if you don't mind me asking?" Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar When Damien and Tinania are outside, Lenore moves from the shadows. "Come, I'll take you to the park across the street. There is more snow over there," She grins at Tinania and hold her hands out to her. "Can I hold my neice?"
Rinon looks at Krista and smiles. "It means crown. My last name is an old one meaning moonlight. Our family is one of the oldest family. We are not royalty, or even overly rich," he looks away, his eyes following Lenore. "Does your name mean anything?" Krista DarkAngel Tinania makes grabby hands at her auntie " Aunti hold me!!!" she giggles then huggles Damiens before holding her hands out to her Auntie again. Krista looks at them then looks back to Rinon " Callista...I was never told what its meant.....I really don't know much about the elvish side of me.....I lived with my father who was human...." she looks down at the snow as the wind ruffles her hair around in her face. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Lenore plucks Tinania up and throws her up into the air, before catching her again. "Alright, then, let's get away from the rubbish and go play in the snow then." She then grabs Damien's hand and pulls him along after her as she hurries across the street. Once there, she sits right in the snow and starts to tryand teach Tinania how to roll the snow in her hands. "It's cold, mind you, Nania. But it will be fun," she warns. Damien is used to the snow by now, as thee is snow on the grounds of home, save 'round the koi pond, where the temperature is magically moderated.
Rinon nods. "I suppose that would be very different, then. But, I will not inquire after your family. I sense you might not like them very much. . . .?" Krista DarkAngel Tinania squeels and pouts pulling her hands away from the snow " Too cold..." she wrinkles her nose up and crosses her hands over her chest. Krista looks at him there was a brief sadness in her eyes that disappears. " My family...they disowned me awhile ago...but who cares I have a great family now...I don't need them..." she was lying, as much as she hated her father he was still her father. Krista holds her hand out as some snowflakes land on her fingers, she smiles then looks to Rinon, her cheeks were a rose color now. " The only thing I know about my evlish side is my name Callista, its my mother name..." Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "You get used to it, Nani," Damien says, already having made three snowballs. "It's fun."
"He's right, Nania," Lenore agrees. "After you get used to the cold, you have great fun. You can make snow balls, and then throw them at each other. It is kind of a fighting game, only no one gets hurt, because snow is so soft.
Rinon nods. "I think I understand," he says. "Well, have you ever thought of looking for your mother? Or going to learn more about your elven side?" he asks. Krista DarkAngel Tinania looks at Damien then her Aunti still pouting then places her hands in the snow and lifts some into her hands, she squeels and sends it flying right at her aunti. Krista smiles picking up some snow and packing into a snowball " Yea all the time, but I hardly have time...with Tinania....and the rest of the family....I don't even know if she's alive...." she walks up closer to Rinon and with a wicked smile and pulling at his shirt she dumps the snow foward into his shirt. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Lenore chuckles, and takes the sleeve of her cloak and wipes the snow from her face. She has abandoned her glasses, not needing them anymore, so she need not worry about them. "There's the spirit," she says, before grabbing up a handful of snow and throwing it at Damien.
Damien grins almost wickedly, a first for him, and starts to make a rather large snowball.
Rinon's dark, starry-blue eyes widen and he hastily unbuttons his tunic. He pulls at the fine, white, button-up undershirt, and starts shaking out the snow.
He shivers a little and looks over at Krista, still a bit shocked. Finally, tunic still unbuttoned, and his undershirt soaked in the front, he bends down and grabs up some snow. He doesn't bother packing it, he only throws it in Krista's direction, smiling a little wider than before. Krista DarkAngel Tinania giggles and lifting more snow with her hands she lets it fly at Damien, she giggles and claps her hands together then sticks her tongue at Damien. Krista gasps and laughs and lunges at Rinon pulling him down into the snow with herself, trying to pin him in the snow. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Damien shakes his head to get the snow out of his hair, mussing it. He then takes a little bit of snow and tosses is at Tinania, mindful of her face, and sure to only have it hit her coat. He then takes the large snowball, laughing the whole time, and smashes it on top of Lenore's head.
"Fair play, Damen," Lenore teases her son. "I have a child in my arms!"
Damien just laughs more, before going about making collecting up his snowballs.
Rinon is caught off guard, and falls back, throwing his arm out to break his fall. He lands with an oof and a gasp. He's not used to women behaving in such a way. Still, he finds his more 'childish' side coming to light, and he powders Krista with snow, in a not-so-physical attempt to get her off of him. Krista DarkAngel Tinania squeels and tosses more snow into the air with her hands then shakes her head as it all lands on herself. She looks up at her Aunti and makes a funny face at her. Krista laughs and pins him with her legs and picks up some snow and drops it on his face then leans down inches from his face " Lighten up Rinon you might find out you can learn to have fun...." she sits up and pushes her hair from her face smiles. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Lenore sticks her tongue out at Tinania, only to have her son throw a snowball in her face. She spits the snow out and grins at her son."Now you've done it. Watch this, Nania," she says. With a flourish, Lenore takes her wand from her corset and waves it at the snow. It starts balling itself up ad pelting at Damien.
"No fair, mum!" Damien exclaims, laughing all the while. "I can't do magic!"
Lenore just laughs as she sends more snow at her son, who is now rolling on the ground and giggling.
Rinon watches as Krista stands up. "I know how to have fun," he says, standing gracefully, and snapping his tunic, to shake the snow off, and to get the wrinkles out. "I just don't have the habit of rolling in the snow with women, that's all." Then, he looks at Krista appraisingly. "What is your idea of fun? I've heard human women, or those raised as human, like to shop. . . ." Krista DarkAngel Tinania giggles and reaches for her aunti wand " MINE!!!!" she reaches out with both hands trying to free herself of her aunti's hands. Krista brushes herself off then looks at him arching a brow " Maybe for some women they like shopping, but I cannot stand shopping. I like being in the forest or swimming. Sometimes just curling up by the fireplace with a book also...those are the things I like to do...." she walks up to him and brushes some of the snow out of his hair and smiles. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Lenore raises her eyebrows, and puts her wand back in her corset. "No, Nania. hat's for grown ups," Lenore says, smiling at her.
Damien watches, grinning a little. So, he isn't the only one interested in his mum's wand. . . .
Rinon is still as Krista brushes the snow off of his hair. "Thank you," he says, pushing a stray strand of his bangs out of his face. "Those are better interests, I must agree. I like swimming as well," he says. "Swimming when the moon is out. The night is my element. Are there any places to swim around Gaia?" he pauses a moment. "Let me rephrase that. Are there any places suitable for people to swim in around here?" he says, smiling in good humor. Krista DarkAngel Tinania pout and sticks her lip out then picks up more snow and tosses it at Damien. She giggles and claps her hands. She sneezes and wrinkles her nose up then looks at her aunti. Krista smiles and looks around " Yea there are some really nice places. The waterfall in the forest, then there always the beach at the edge of barton...But I don't think you would want to freeze...." she pokes him lightly in the side then smiles " Ah another night person....must run in your family....I'm a night person also....I love looking up at the sky and watchin the stars..." she looks at him and smiles then standing on her tiptoes she ruffles his hair and laughs. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "Nania, would you like to go back inside?" Lenore asks.
"I suppose I wouldn't want to freeze," Rinon smiles. He moves away fro the hand mussing his hair and starts to smooth it again, lookin at Krista out of the corner of his eyes. "The night sky is the best sky there is," he agrees. "I am more of a moon person, though. I suppose that runs in my blood," he says, pushing his blue-tinted silver hair back behind his shoulders. He looks over at Lenore, Damien, and Tinania. "How long have you known Lenore, if I might ask?" Krista DarkAngel Tinania nods and curls close to her aunti, she was shivering alittle. She wasn't use to the cold yet. She looks around and smiles " Snaw nce but cold...." Krista leans against the lightpole and smiles looking towards her family " I've known her since school, we went to the same school. We weren't close friends in school, it was when our daugther became friends that we became friends. She almost like a sister to me now..." she places her hands in her pockets and shivers alittle but brushes it off. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "Alright, up you get, both of you. Do you want to go home?" Lenore asks.
Rinon nods, watching the family with interest. "I know who her father is, and I can understand why she wouldn't want to believe me. I just want to get to know her better. And for my mother to get to know her better as well. Evenif she does not believe it, my mother loves her. The day she gave her up, I lost a large part of my mother as well. . . ." he shakes his head, smiling. "It's silly. I barely know you and I am unloadng all of this on you. . .." Krista DarkAngel Tinania nods and curls even closer to her Aunti " yes please....." she sneezes again and wrinkles her nose up. Krista smiles and blushes alittle " I seem to do that with everyone I know, I guess I'm just easy to talk to...I always listen to people..." she pushes off the light pole and looks at him " You just got to give Lenore a chance to take it all in, believe me when I say she just confused right now..." Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar "Alright, let's go and get your mum," Lenore says.
Rinon nods. He opens his mouth to say something, but it is then that Lenore appears beside them. She ignores Rinon completely. "Tinania wants to go home. I think it is a good idea, I would rather not have the kids catch their death out here," she tells Krista, in an oddly tense voice.
Finally, she looks at Rinon. "Don't bother following us. I'll be back in town later, and I will speak to you and your mother then."
She then turns to Krista expectantly.
Rinon inclines his head to Lenore, and then Krista. "I will see you then," he says, though he does not leave just yet. "It was nice meeting you, Krista, and you young Damien and Tinania." Krista DarkAngel Krista frowns at her friends then looks to Tinania and smiles " Sweetie could you go with your Aunti please, mommy hasn't finish talking to Rinon yet..." Krista looks right up at Lenore " I'll catch up to you three okay...." Tinania nods the hides her face against the wind looking up at her Aunti " We go home now?" she gives a pout looking hoping they would be going home right now. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Lenore mentally groans. Please gods, if you have ANY love for me, don't have my best friend fall in love with this fool! she prays. Rather than saying anything, she just holds Tinania tighter, grabs up Damien's hand, and then disappears with the both of them.
Rinon looks at the spot Lenore was standing, before returning his gaze to Krista. He looks at her, an eyebrow raised inquiringly as he puts his hands behind his back.

Can you believe it, Tinania had her first christmas. I have never seen her eyes light up the way they did today. She was laughing and smiling. Well the whole family was really. Yea Aylana, Virendra, Drac, and Michelle. It was the greatest feeling really. Having the whole family there on christmas day.
All the gifts were great, Aylana got a few new weapons, Ren got a new device that looks like a hand held computer, and Drac got a few new groble and wands. But the gift that surprise me was the gift from the GMFC SS. Tinania got a unicorn. She also got a dragon plushie from Yuumei, and a doll from Kaioto.
I guess I'll be teaching Tinania ho to write when she grows, she grow fast, her hair is already to her shoulder, I keep having to put it in pigtail.
It really was indeed a great year. Plus now I have a new friend, his name is Rinon....only thing that a problem is he's Lenore half brother...

Krista was seating in her bed think. She knew that if she kept seeing Rinon Lenore would find out. She didn't know what to do, part of her just wanted to give up. But then part of her wanted to have Rinon in her life. "What do I do....."
Climbing out of bed, she pulls on her robe as she steps out onto her balcony, she closes her eyes as the wind picks up her hair alittle. She felt at peace when she was out here. Opening her eyes she looked up at the stars in the sky. "I think I'm gonna follow my heart..." she turns but stops as she see a faint glowing coming from Tinania's room.
"Whats that glowing..." she steps back inside and leaves her bedroom. Slowly opening Tinania room she steps inside and goes to the child's bed. She covers her mouth to stop the scream as her eyes widen.
Tinania had grown, her little fairy wings were now big enough for her to fly with. Her hair had grown to her shoulders and was strawberry blond, with alittle bit of pink it it. Krista couldn't help but push the hair out of her daugther's face.
That when she saw it, the cursed marking, she shook her head and blinked her eyes rapidly. "No it cannot happen, not to her...." she stepped away and frowns "I will find a way to break this curse, that way Tinania will never have to go through what I did as a child." she steps out of the room and goes back to her room.
Laying in her bed she let the tears fall as she watches the sun peak over the trees that morning.

She was curious and wanted to see the place so I brought her here." she looks back to Drac "I hope that isn't a problem...." Tinania looks around before looking back at the counter, she arched a brow looking at all the strange things. She giggles seeing the small dishes "Lulu think Aylana will buy those for me if I asked her?"Draconayzia "Oh! Are you Tinania? Now I know where you get those eyes, I'm friends with your mum. Just a second please." Smiling she rooted around behind the counter before small whirring cog came tumbling over the edge to 'look' the girl straight in the face. On it wasa note from Moorgahaine, "Please give this cog to Tinanaia when she decides to come in." Krista DarkAngel Lulu watched the Fandangle come flying towards Tinania, she clicked once then looked to Drac "You have got to be kidding me....." she looked back at the cog then back to Drac "Please tell me your kidding me....." Tinania looked at the cog then looks to Drac " Is this for me?" she looks back to the cog and pokes it lightly. The cog spins around and makes a giggling noise "Hey!!" Tinania squeeks and flutters her wings "You look like a bunch of Lollipops...." The cog makes a giggling noise again "That because I'm bright....your Tinania right? I'm your cog, I've been looking for you...." the cog spin again then makes a giggling noise again. Tinania looks to Drac and giggles "Really, she mine?!?!?!" she takes the cog into her hands and hugs it "I'm gonna call you Lollipop." Lollipop makes a click noise as Lulu sighs shaking her head. Tinania looks to Lulu "Don't I need to buy her sprockets, and cleaning tools." Lulu nods "Yes so come pick them out and we'll pay for them." Tinania runs over and giggles looking everything over, as the Love sprocket flies down and rest on her shoulder, she looks at it then at Lollipop "Your friend?" Lollipop clanks the giggles "Yup, she came with me..." Tinania shrugs and looks at all the sprocket trying to decide. Draconayzia "Yup, that's what the note said. Sorry Lulu, not kidding." Drac cold see sibling rivalry spouting a mile away. Oh well. She couldn't help but smile and laugh a bit as Tinania went about finding sprockets for her new playmate. Krista DarkAngel Tinania looks the counter over again and smiles knowing some of the items. "Okay can I get the Everfull oil can, Everclean cleaning cloth, and the sonic screwdriver. Then the Cleaning and oil sprockets..." Lulu sits there gathering the infomation so she can figure out how much this will cost. Lollipop she flew around Tinania as she continued "As for the sprockets I would like. Air, Ice, Light, Psychic, Spirit, Plant, Solar, Sonic, Celestial, Lunar, Time, Data, Emotion, life, Radiation and Fire. And to put them in can I get that Pink and purple S-Tone?" she looked up at Drac and smiles. Lulu clanked a few time then walked over "Okay why do you need a Fire and Radiation sprocket?" Tinania looked her "Because their pretty? I want them so there.." Lulu looked at Drac "Could you help me out here?"Draconayzia "Umm, sweetie you have to keep in mind that the sprockets act as batteries for your Fandangle. You really ought to reconcider the Fire and Radiation ones, they may not be good for Lollipop even though they are pretty." Krista DarkAngel Tinania looked to Lollipop then back to Drac "Okay then I won't get them...." she looks back to Lulu "How much is that all together Lulu?" Lulu sighs and clanks a few times "It come out to 1k. How are you gonna pay for all of that?" Tinania smiles "Mommy gave me money before we left...." she pulls money out of her little purse and places it on the counter "Is that enough Ms. Drac?" ((Okay just so Gah knows, can I get the following items for Lollipop. Tinania's cog. Pink & Purple S-tone, Oil can, cleaning cloth, screwdriver, air, ice, light, psychic, plant, spirit, solar, cleaning, oil, sonic, celestial,lunar, time, data, emotion, and life.))Draconayzia "Looks right to me. Need a bag or a basket to get all those home?" Krista DarkAngel "Bag please" Tinania giggles then looks at her watch. "Lulu we must be going...." Lulu nods and turns walking out the door. Tinania waves to Drac then smiles before slipping out the door Lollipop following her. Draconayzia "Sure, Carda right? All tallied and taken care of. There's your bag Tinania, take care."

A few things have been happening. Aylana, Nana, and Craig have taught me how to write and read better. So now I can write and people will understand me.
Oh and mum went on a vacation. Aylana says she'll be back soon. I also have this strange marking that appear over my eye. When I asked Aylana about it, well she said she couldn't tell me anything.
Oh I got a fandangle. I have always wanted one since I saw Lulu. Now I have my own. Her name is Lollipop. She looks like a big Lollipop. She very fun to have around. Without mommie being around Lollipop here to make me laugh.

Tinania sat playing with Lollipop, she was giggling watching the sprockets whizz around her and Lollipop in bright colors. Aylana walked down the stairs and smiles, Lulu was right behind her. She took a seat next to Aylana's legs and clicked watching Lollipop.
Drac and Virendra who were in there mothers arms watched the fandangle. Drac giggles and looks to her mother. "Mommy can we play please?"
Tinania looks up and smiles "Ren! Drac! OOOh play with me!!!" she giggles and runs over to her sister. Aylana smiles and nods "Yes they can play with you" Drac smiles and jumps out of her mother's arm. Aylana places Ren down and signs to her go play.
Aylana smiles and watches the little girls. Virendra was leaping into the air trying to caytch the spockets. Drac was chasing Lollipop around, and Tinania was dancing with the water spocket.
Aylana looks to Lulu "Shall we go and fix some lunch while we let them play?" Lulu nodded and followed Aylana. The laughter was something that filled the rest of the afternoon as the kids played.

The centaur child trotted in, Swift perched precariously on his back, though seemingly happier for it. Trio Maxwell-Chang The star had been floating for some time. The passage of hours and minutes meant little to it as it floated along the ground, its reactions slowed but not stopped completely. It was still able to make its way without causing a stir - so many Gaians were used to strange happenings that few paid attention to the six-pointed star that had made its slow, jerky way toward Moorgahaine's Emporium and Forge. The glittering blue coregem phased through the outer door, keeping low to the ground where others wouldn't notice. It was apparently successful - no one stopped to pay attention to its casual flight forward, or the way it paused in the hall beyond the front room for a moment, debating which door to go through. Finally, it chose, making its way forward again until it phased completely through its chosen portal. The closed door it passed through read, "Classified". Draconayzia " Moorigah? You here?" Devi trotted about the interior of the shop, looking for his uncle or any of the fa'e he knew. It had been far too long since he'd been in here. Maybe he should bug his mum for some new sprockets for Swift. The fandangle whirred and chirped happily on Devi's back. Now that he was back to normal, or as normal as he ever got, she was feeling much better. Jiora Cyrus grumbled as he finally made it into the core room of the shop, frowning over his shoulder at the literal maze of halls and rooms he'd just escaped from. That was the last time he tried to find the bathroom in this place. He was sure the place next door had one just as good..
He sighed and glanced around desperately for Aana, praying the fandangle hadn't done anything crazy while he'd been lost in the shop. Everything seemed to be in order...and Aana was innocently floating near a tube of water sprockets... He sighed in relief - it seemed his job was safe for another day.
His attention shifted to Devmani and his mother as the boy spoke up, and he blinked a bit. Well.. That wasn't something he saw every day.. He shrugged off the boy's odd appearance, reaching back to rub at the back of his head. "Er.. Can I help you?" Draconayzia Cocking an ear Devi turned to face the, boy? Weird he looked kinda like his mum with the ears and tail. " Just looking for my uncle. You seen him anywhere? He owns the shop." Jiora He shrugged a bit, throwing a glance around the room as if to make sure Moor wasn't lurking about somewhere. "If he's been around, I haven't seen him." He eyed Devi curiously for a moment. The boy didn't really look like Moorgahaine... "He's really your uncle?" Krista DarkAngel Lulu grumbles as she Tinania, and Lollipop walk into the store. So far she couldn't stand this little bugger. She walks up to the counter too look at the sprockets. She click as she see a few new sprockets then looks to the two little kids. Tinania giggles as Lollipop flies around her, she jumps up trying to catch her. " No fair Lollipop!! Your too high!!!" Lollipop giggles and flies pass her then back up into the air. maskedquerade Ravi drifted into the shop from a different door, holding it open for her newly evolved cog. She'd actually finally decided that it was a he, and Aionios had taken it onto himself to change his voice to something slightly deeper, but still adolescent. In fact, he had taken it upon himself to affect an adolescent's breaking voice. There were people! She looked around, and noted there was another employee there. Good, she could relax and socialize. Well, once she figured out who everyone was. ChibiSchuldig Satoshi entered the shop just a little behind Ravi, his ears flicking back when he saw the number of people here. Guess I picked a busy time to come, he thought, glancing around for other people he knew. Tadashi floated upwards over his head, but stayed close to Satoshi. Draconayzia " Yup! That's what he and Mumm say anyway." He pointed to his mother across the room, trying to deal with a stray herd of sprockets. Considering her purpletinter silver fox ears and tail it didn't seem like they should be related either. Zero Dream Unlike earlier, Zero didn't find herself lost, which was a good thing. She stepped in, Wren following closely. She had no work so she figured she'd go for a walk. Why did she come here especially, she had no idea. Jiora Cyrus shifted his attention briefly to the young girl that'd just entered. Wasn't that..whatsherface? Tin-something... From the clinic. He pricked an ear toward her curiously and glanced toward the door again as still more people stepped in. Oi... He supposed it was a good thing that they were only showing up after he'd found his way into the core room though.
His gaze moved to Drac when Devi pointed her out, and he blinked yet again. ..well.. Um... ..maybe he was just adopted. His mom took in kids at random.. It was probably best not to ask about it in any case. "Well, if I see him I'll let him know you're here, okay?" maskedquerade "Hi!" Ravi waved to Satoshi and Zero, and indicated Aionios, who was staying quite close to her. "He evolved!" Zero Dream "Wow, congrats !" Zero grinned. "Yes, congratulations." Draconayzia " Ok, thanks." Devi trotted deeper into the store, following only the halls and doors he knew from previous visits. Swift wobbled and chirped happily on his back. She didn't really care where they went so long as she wasn't left behind again. maskedquerade Ravi trotted over to Zero, grinning from ear to ear. Aionios trailed behind, but stopped as it passed one of the glass counters. It looked curiously at its reflection. It seemed... off... dark. "How are you?" she asked Zero brightly. ChibiSchuldig Satoshi smiled at Ravi. "Congratulations," he said. Tadashi floated closer to Aionios, the balls in his face whirling. "You look different," he said. Zero Dream "Pretty good." She grinned. "Not being run over by anything that walks does that to someone." Wren nested herself over the counter, and watched as well, visibly catching the differences in the reflections as well. maskedquerade "Thanks! I think I look odd, though, see?" Aionios dipped toward the reflective counter, where it appeared to be greenish, rather than orange. Krista DarkAngel Tinania giggles and keep jumping into the air, Lollipop just dodge her left and right until she finally gave up. Lollipop clicked and giggles again. Lulu growls alittle then sits there. " Why me....why couldn't Aylana come.." ChibiSchuldig Tadashi tilted over the reflection. "Yes, you do....why?" maskedquerade "And you?" Ravi asked Satoshi. "I mean, my day's been completely changed by what happened to Aionios. I was squeeing so loudly I think I scared the sprockets." "Don't know," Aionios said quizzically, moving closer and tapping at the counter. "I'm not that color." Jiora He nodded a bit as Devi wandered off into the halls, briefly toying with the idea of following him. His boss probably wouldn't like it much if his nephew got lost...but if Devi really was Moor's nephew, he probably knew his way around better than Cy..
Cyrus shrugged and slipped behind the counter instead, throwing a brief glance at Aana to make sure she was staying out of trouble. He sighed softly and leaned on the counter, watching the people around with a vaguely bored look. "If any of you need anything, I'll be right here."
He blinked and perked an ear in Lulu's direction, leaning over the counter a bit to get a better look at the fandangle. That name was familiar... Wasn't Aylana the name of the winged woman that his mother had spoken of..? "You know Aylana?" Zero Dream "...It kind of look like an opposite..." Wren stated. ChibiSchuldig Satoshi smiled. "Well, as you can see, Tadashi is still the same as he ever was." There was a shadow in his eyes, however. Something was different, ever since that odd...number thing. It wasn't anything he could put a finger on, and he chalked it up to his own nervousness over the responsibility of taking care of something so important. Tadashi pondered the reflection. "Maybe there's a colour in this surface," he suggested. "Or is it always like this?" maskedquerade "Maybe..." The beads inside the evolved cog flashed. The reflection's flashed. "Maybe it's the counter? But you look normal." It floated over Wren; but the reflection passed in front of Wren's. Draconayzia " Moorigah? Where are you?" Devi slowly walked the halls back and forth. He had been fairly sure that his uncle was in. He really wanted to see him, especially since that whole human disaster. Maybe he'd know what had happened and how to fix it. Drac was still trying to wrangle the sprockets out of the foot path so no one would get a crunched bit of metal under foot. That never helped anyone. Zero Dream Wren tensed a little, did... Did she see right ? "...It passed in front of mine..." Krista DarkAngel Lulu looked at Cyrus and nod " She is my familiar, and I am hers. That bugger is Tinania, her baby sister. And that Lollipop." she swishes her tail and nod " How do you know Aylana?" she tilts her head alittle. Tinania giggles then walks over and stands next to Lulu, she looks at the boy and smiles. Why did he look so familiar to her. She giggles as Lollipop pulls at her jeans then pushes at her pink halter top. " Lollipop that tickles!!!" she giggles. maskedquerade "It did? Did not see..." Aionios passed back over, and the reflection acted normally. Zero Dream "...Maybe its just me... But... I swear I saw it..." Wren was trying to make some sense out of this. ChibiSchuldig "It's not doing it now!" Tadashi said, sounding frustrated. "Your reflection is misbehaving, Aionios." Moorgahaine (( RP Announcement:
The lights flickered for a few moments in ME&F, and every non-Fandangle/Sprocket machine gave a very slight static noise. This event lasted approximately five seconds, and then everything went back to normal.)) karma_k A rusted and bedraggled-looking cog paused at the entryway, regarding the current shopgoers nervously. He hadn't known there would be so many....in what Scrap could remember of the forge, it had always been a quiet place with one or two people filtering about.
The devolved cog rolled backwards slightly, trembling. Do it... he urged himself, trying to gather his nerve. If you're too pathetic to do it for yourself, do it for Aadil. Aadil....if no one else could make the skittish fandangle do such nerve-addling things, his fa'e owner could. There was no measure of the danger he would undergo if it vaguely promised Dil's approval in the end.
Starting forward, he rolled carefully and briskly across the floor of the forge, avoiding legs, sprockets, cogs, and any other manner of inhabitant. When he'd reached the sales counter, Scrap paused a moment and then shot across the floor toward a welcomingly-dark hallway that led to several supply closets.
At the end of said hallway was a door reading Employees Only which had been left slightly ajar. Scrap couldn't help but think it was almost as though some force had anticipated his journey and was aiding him....and perhaps one had. Reaching the door, he wriggled and muscled his way inside. The door concealed a small, plain-looking lounge where a microwave, refrigerator, and several other lunchbreak essentials were arranged.
Beyond here was another door. One marked simply and ominously: CLASSIFIED.
It was just as Morningstar had said....he hadn't lied to him after all. Without further ado, Scrap started toward the door. It seemed to be firmly closed...he had no clue how it was he was going to wrestle it open...perhaps it could be propped...or maybe--
With a snick of an unseen latch, the door yawned open invitingly at the devolved cog. Scrap hesitated, not liking this in the least. It couldn't be that easy, could it...? Surely it would have been better-protected...surely--
Stop asking questions. he chided himself as he hovered forth and into the now-open doorway.
maskedquerade "Hm." Aionios floated over Tadashi, all three of them watching very closely. This time, the reflection indulged Tadashi, and passed in front of its reflection, doing a slightly wiggle, much like a wave. ChibiSchuldig Tadashi hesitated nervously at the odd static sounds, then was distracted by the behavior of the reflection. "That's...really odd," he said. Zero Dream "See, I didn't dream i- The lights went off. Then they came back. Wren perked. ...FFFRRRRRR... Zero cringed at the sound, almost motioning to plug her ears, but when she did, it didn't stop. The static... came from herself. Herself, everything all around. Then it stopped... leaving her confused. Confused, and very scared.... Jiora "Um. I don't, really. I think I saw her once...but my mom knows her more. I think she's supposed to be good friends with this winged unicorn my mom has.." He tilted his head at Lulu, eyeing her curiously. He hadn't ever seen a fandangle as evolved as her.. He shrugged a bit and glanced at Tinania, chuckling softly as Lollipop poked and prodded at her. "I remember you.. I saw you at the clinic on-."
He froze suddenly, glancing up in confusion as the lights flickered. That was rather odd... He shook his head a bit when the lights came back, glancing back at Tinania and Lulu again. "Maybe Moor's doing some weird experiments in one of those classified rooms," he said with a casual shrug.
Aana, meanwhile, had darted to a tube of light sprockets when the lights flickered. As they came back on she let out a nervous titter, bobbing in place as though nothing had happened. Draconayzia Devi started, rearing a little at the sudden darkness and crackling sounds. Swift barely managed to stay on his back. When the lights came on he moved quickly through the corridors, now worried about what might have happened to his uncle. The static from the machines made Drac's fur puff up. " Dragna!" She tried to pat it down but it was no use. She was stuck puffed until she ran out of charge. Whenever that was. maskedquerade Ravi looked around wildly as the lights flickered. "This place never has any sorts of malfunctions... something's really wrong... are you okay, Zero?" she asked, putting a hand on Zero's shoulder. Over at the counter, Aionios drew up very close to the reflection and peered at it. ".olleH" Did he... hear... something? Moorgahaine ((This reflects the environment of the Classified room Scrap just entered.)) The room is filled with vats, equipment, and creations forged from the highest forms of science and magic known to Gealdritcheans. Upon closer inspection, some of the lifeless creations floating in the vats look disturbingly similar to various ME&F customers. Others look like they should have never been created in the first place. In the center of the room lays a blue gem, shaped like a star. It glows brilliantly, and seems to be waiting for something, or someone. The room is quiet, and still- only the occasional gurgle of a vat or whirr of a machine can be heard. Krista DarkAngel Lulu jumped and made a few clicking noise, she didn't like that noise, it been haunting her and Aylana for awhile now. " Okay what was that...." she looks around the room. Lollipop didn't seem to like it either for the cog was now hiding between Tinania fairy wings. Tinania looks to Lulu " Lulu what wrong? Why did the room go dark then turn back on?" she looked around then back to Lulu. Tinania looks to Cryus again and smiles " Yea that was me, you've grown....." she kept looking around the room her wings fluttering alittle in fear. Zero Dream Zero almost jumped a mile, but calmed down and sighed. "...I just... started making static all of sudden. I-I-It stopped now..." Wren was too focused at trying to make sure her caretaker was okay to hear the voice. ChibiSchuldig Tadashi moved back to Satoshi, who had come up behind the cogs. "What's going on?" Satoshi shook his head, his ears flattened against his head. "I don't know...I'm not familiar with machines. I don't know anything about this sort of thing, Tada." Jiora He ran a hand through his hair sheepishly, swallowing nervously as he threw a glance around the room. Even if he really did think it was probably an effect of something Moor was doing elsewhere in the building...it'd still been rather unsettling. None of the other people in the room seemed too happy with the odd event either... He glanced at Tinania again and smiled reassuringly. "Hey.. Don't worry. I'm sure it was just a little surge in power or something.. Nothing to really get nervous about. And yeah, I only grew a little bit ago," he said. maskedquerade "Hello. I'm Aionios," the evolved cog said, someone inanely. ".aionioS ma I .soinoiA olleH" "Um..." ".emoc I" "What?" Aionios backed away slowly, but the reflection got... bigger. Aionios, spooked, darted away and hid, shivering, behind Ravi. "Wha--! Aio, what's wrong?" The reflection, blue and green, drew itself out of the counter and into real space. What appears to be tiny, bouncing, cheerful orbs of liquid light have begun to emerge from the air vents. Within a few minutes, there's a few dozen happily frolicking around the shop, and generally acting playful and cute. They are cool to the touch, and will make chiming and purring sounds when petted.)) Zero Dream From her end of the counter, Wren JUMPED. When something felt on her nose and bounced, Zero followed that notion, latching herself on Ravi... Then realizing her utter stupidity and let go. "What... the ********..." She glanced down at the little ball that bounced on her foot, trying to gain the reploid's attention. ChibiSchuldig While Tadashi watched the odd conversation between Aionios and his reflection, his spheres whirling with confusion, Satoshi reached out towards one of the orbs of light. He touched one and pulled back at the cool touch, but as it purred, he reached out again and petted it, his eyes widening. Krista DarkAngel Tinania looks to Cryus and pouts alittle then nods. She holds Lollipop close to her then sniffs. " Okay I believe you, I just don't want it to happen again." she stop talking when she saw the orbs. At this point she wasn't happy at all, she stepped away and ran to hide behind Cryus. Lulu looks at the orbs she clicks a few times " Tinania I think were okay, these orbs don't look bad at all." She lightly touches one with her tail to prove it to Tinania. Tinania shakes her head " No....this not nice anymore...I'm not going anywhere nears those thing...." She hide her face behind Lollipop who makes a few clicking noise and trys to help Tinania calm down. Orasteele Steele walked in bringing the Cypris and Aureli with her. She promised Brit that she would bring the two of them and their fandangles to the shop. The challenge of it all she could deal with, it was the practical part of keeping track of everyone that would give her a head ache. But then again she promised. Zero Dream Sending a glance at Satoshi, Zero scooped the one that seemed to have "adopted" her, and it started to purr audibly as well, bouncing in her hand until she started to pet it. "...Anyone familiar with crazy bouncing balls ?" So much for SANITY. Britain Cypris followed Steele into the Forge carefully, glancing around with curiosity. Ailes floated behind him; they'd never been to the Forge with the other mama before. There were lots of people there...he stepped up next to Steele and glanced in her direction.
"Mama Steele? May I go see what is new in the shop?" maskedquerade Ravi, for her part, and immediately counter-latched onto Zero. Both were sheepish when they let go of the other. Aionios was hiding behind one of Ravija's hair "wings", shivering violently. "They're nothing to be afraid of," Ravi said, mistaking the source of Aionios's distress. "See, they're cute!" She giggled as she cupped one in both hands. "Not... n-not..." The green and blue cog was floating up behind Ravi silently, orbs flashing with suppressed fandangle laughter. ".ooB" "Oob?" Ravi said, confused, then turned to look. And opened her mouth, but no further sound came out. Jiora Cyrus paused and glanced at a strange..bouncy....thing that suddenly ricocheted off the countertop. Pinning his ears reflexively he followed the things motion around the room, stopping his gaze on one of the air vents. ...what...? "What the ********..." he mumbled, forgetting himself for once. He didn't even have the decency to look ashamed at the moment - just what the hell was going on? What was Moor doing..?
Aana squealed in delight, darting away from the sprocket tubes to prod excitedly at the odd little things. She only seemed to become even more pleased with the sounds they made and was soon darting about the room, poking and nudging the strange orbs eagerly.
Cyrus glanced back at Tinania; smiling wearily down at her. "I don't think they're dangerous... Moorgahaine wouldn't let anything dangerous in here, I think. You don't have to go near them if you don't want though." karma_k Scrap's immediate reaction was one of terror as he regarded the creatures in the vats. It was not because their existence disturbed him, merely because he had not been aware that they were dead and had, for a moment, mistaken them as an ambush.
As he hung on the air, petrified with fear and awaiting the onslaught, it became apparent that these creatures were, in fact, quite deceased. Or perhaps, that they had never lived to begin with. The fandangle cast a longing look at the blue gem and then, almost against his will, allowed curiosity to momentarily get the best of him as he neared one of the vats where a creature about three feet in size was huddled.
The grotesque being inside stared back with milky unseeing eyes. There was something....strange about it. As hideous as it was, it was likewise familiar. The fandangle hovered a bit to the left...then a bit to the right. It had a long wavy black mane of hair, crowned with a bit at the top that wouldn't stay down. On either side of its head was a small white horn and in the center of its forehead, a long blue unicorn-like one.
Its build was spindly with high boyish cheekbones, and in its mouth were sharp teeth. It looked, for all intents and purposes, as though Talonfaust, Globin, and S-D had been pulled apart into pieces and then put back together with cruel hands.
Shuddering, Scrap turned away and eagerly approached the gem. Giving it a cursory look over, and satisfying himself that the star-shaped object was not attached to any sort of alarm system, the fandangle remembered the details of his task.
The fandangle backed off a bit, almost as though he meant to retreat, and then charged the blue gem, slamming himself against it full force. There was a resounding CRACK and for a moment, Scrap's visual sensors scrambled. Something within him rattled as it had been jarred loose and it was hard to tell whether he had done more damage to himself or to the gem.
Backing off again, Scrap examined his adversary, finding that a fault had appeared on its surface. Something within him swelled with gratification at the sight of destruction. All of his life, he had been the object of it...of abuse, of being called names, of the constant onslaught of rust and decay that assaulted him daily....
....for ONCE he was the one dealing destruction. And he found that it was a nice feeling indeed. Rearing back, Scrap charged the gem again.
And again.
And again.
Pieces began to ping off for parts unknown....the cog was unsure if they were parts of the gem or if they were parts of himself, and likewise found that he was beyond caring about it. Only one thing mattered now -- destroying it beyond repair.
Gearing up for another charge, Scrap struck the gem dead-center and, with a sound like someone had dropped a tray of glasses to the floor, it shattered into countless shards of azure.
For once, Scrap had actually succeeded in something he had set out to do. Draconayzia " What in the..?" Drac batted at a few of the orbs that strayed close to her face, ears perking at the chiming noises. What the hades was going on? When Devi turned to find bouncing orbs of light in front of him he literally jumped a foot in the air. Swift didn't stay on that time, making whirs and clangs of protest as she tumbled about. Quickly picking his armature back up he cantered the other way, looking over his should warily at the strange lights. Where was his uncle during all of this? Zero Dream Wren was silent, trying to ignore the ball that had chosen herself as a jungle gym, and listened. She was a sonic fandangle, maybe... Then it hit her. "...It's talking in reverse, Aionios ! Its saying the words in reverse !" Orasteele "You know you don't have to ask me. Just let me know where you'll be, and I'll watch you," Steele said motioning at the counters. Aureli giggled at the floating orbs of liquid and reached out towards them. Atratus floated beside Steele's heals watching the small child carefully.

ChibiSchuldig Satoshi turned to Tadashi. "What..." Then he realized that Tadashi was already staring at the ball of light. "First light..." the Fandangle whispered. Then louder. "It's First Light!" Britain "Yes Mama," the cat boy replied politely, and blinked at the little orb. "That is not something I have seen before...."
He moved off a little ways, watching the strangeness of the shop from a distance, and pulled himself up to sit on the counter with difficulty. One of the little orbs was stuck in a paperclip container; Cypris reached over to tug it loose, petting it gently. "So strange. What is it, Ailes?"
"A creature of light," the fandangle replied, with the little sound that Cypris had come to associate with a shrug. "Perhaps it is something new Master Moorgahaine has invented...?" Zero Dream "First light ? Tadashi... What ARE those things... ?" Wren asked, turning herself to the other fandangle. "They're not going to hurt anyone, are they ?" Krista DarkAngel Tinania sniff a few times and continues to pout she nods to Cryus not saying a word and just watches the orbs. Lollipop clicks a few more times " Nina everything okay...." Tinania shakes her head and pouts even more. Lulu looks to Cryus " I don't know much about kids, but is she gonna breakdown or something?" she watches Tinania alittle uneasy then swats at one of the orbs with her tail. She giggles alittle and pokes at it again. Lulu looks over at the fandangle and clicks " First Light?" maskedquerade "Not care. It's not right. Not right." ",ecin ton s'taht woN" the reflection cog said disapprovingly in a voice that had shifted to distinctly feminine. ",uoy ton ,uoy ekil ma I .thgir ton ,gnorw ton ,em ma I" The ball of light bounced in Ravija's hands, but it when unheeded. "Hi... what's your name," Ravija said breathlessly. ".aionioS" "Aionios?" The fandangle made a sound like an inhalation: a reversed sigh. ".yaw rehto ehT" "Soinoia?" ".seY" ChibiSchuldig "What's First Light?" Satoshi asked, as mystified as Wren. Tadashi floated nearer to the one Satoshi was petting, his voice reverent. "I'm not sure exactly what it IS. It doesn't act like normal light. It's something incredibly ancient, called the First Light." He made a frustrated noise. "But I don't know much more than that." Moorgahaine (( The Classified Room - No one may exit or enter this room as of this post, until said otherwise.)) At the center of each fragmented piece came a wave of energy. The energy filled the room, and began to compact. The energy compacted so much, it became solid, freezing everything within like a giant piece of amber. The entirety of the room could be seen with crystal clarity from the doorway, like a moment of time frozen. The door is open. Draconayzia Devi saw the strange room and the light coming from it. He couldn't enter it, that much was obvious from the energy coming out of it. Keeping careful hold of Swift he slowly wandered closer. Jiora Cyrus frowned worriedly at Tinania, crouching down a bit so he was on eye level with her. "I promise it'll be okay, alright? I won't let anything happen to you."
He swiveled an ear toward Lulu, flicking it just a bit as he peered over the counter at her again. "I don't think so.. She's just a little scared right now." Zero Dream That sound... Barely perceptible... Wren turned... then First Light went to the back of her mind. "...Guys... That room..." Orasteele "Perhaps it would be better if my young mistress does not touch the light," Atratus suggested, concern was held in his voice as Aureli clung to one of the globes. "You think so huh?" Steele took the light-thing away from her toddler. "Don't touch it Cypris, it may not be safe. Besides that, you know your mother will fry me if I don't take good care of you." Britain With the cute little orb cradled close to his body, Cypris looked up at Steele with some amount of alarm. "Mama...did you see?! That room, it is...almost frightening."
Ailes spun slightly, sending out a message in binary to Atratus. "What is that room? I have not seen it before, should we tell them to leave...?" ChibiSchuldig Satoshi removed his hand from the ball of light, putting it on Tadashi to calm the Fandangle. His ear swiveled, picking up the talk of a room and he glanced around to see what people were talking about. Moorgahaine (( RP Announcement:
You may come up with any sort of freakish creation your character sees within the room. Mergers of your favorite customers, combinations of animals that should never be attempted, etc. Have a ball, and let your imagination explore the worst/most horrific/funniest/freakiest possible mergers.)) Zero Dream Zero found herself squinting... and there found herself wishing she HADN'T. "What... the... ********..." That thing, in one of the tube... Oh my god. Draconayzia Devi's eyes settled on one particular vat in the room. It couldn't be. It looked like him! Parts of it anyway. The other half looked familiar but he couldn't place it. He was shaking. Taking a tentative step forward he called out to the room. " Moorigah?" Swift didn't like this. Her Bond was scared and there was just something not right about all of this. " Little Bond, what can I do?" ChibiSchuldig It didn't take long before Satoshi found the room and moved closer to the doorway. Abruptly, he let out a hiss, spitting angrily as the fur puffed up all the way down his tail. In one of the tanks floated Aishiki, a waxy pale, bloated version of his sister, her beautiful fur replaced by the spines and scales of some kind of reptile. Orasteele I think to say that they should remain well away from it. I would not risk them, Atratus responded. "What on earth..." Steele had seen portals open and close, but the room now open was almost like a nightmare. "Cypris get away from the door. That's not... not safe." Aureli began to cry in Steele's arms. Steele wasn't scared of anything really, but water and fire don't mix. The creature of flames in reflected off the amber terrified her. It moved unnaturally, as if its bone broke the wrong way, and yet it walked. Zero Dream In despise this, Zero found herself looking closer. It looked like an half-skeleton, metal where bones should be. The half-face was not familiar, and she sure was glad it wasn't. Even trough she was no cat, Zero followed with a small hiss of her own. Krista DarkAngel Lulu looks to Zero, she remember her from Aylana talking about her. She looks back to Tinania then clicking she looks to Lollipop. Lollipop clicks as Lulu turns and walks toward the other to listen to them. She needed to know what was going on. Tinania sniff again and nod " Okay, but no more scary stuff..." she wraps her arms around his neck and hugs him. Lollipop clicks a few times "Hey I'm being squished here!!!" Tinania giggles and step away from Cryus before she see her mother only not her mother in front of her with black eyes. Lollipop flies to Tinania and tries to get Tinania to stop crying. Tinania continues to cry her wings fluttering. She screams and leaving Lollipop behind she takes off running to the other side of the room to hide. Lulu looks back and shakes her head as she see Aylana explosion again. Lulu growls and covers her eyes with her paws hitting the ground " STOP IT!!!!" Britain Cypris' eyes had gone very, very wide, and he whimpered slightly. The hand that didn't hold the orb tangled almost brutally in his cross, and he whispered a tiny prayer under his breath. "Mama!! That- it was a man, but skinned- where did his skin go, Mama? Why did he have no skin?!"
"This is most definitely not good," Ailes told Atratus. "Cypris is terrified- but as long as nothing in THERE comes out HERE, I think we will be alright." He floated closer to his bond...but Cypris didn't seem to see him at all. maskedquerade "Nice to me...." Ravi's words died on her lips, and she took several steps toward the open door way. She could see.... something... In one of the tubes was her, but not her... she could see feathers like her tail wafted out like a fan out of a creature, horribly malformed.... viscera exposed and pulsing inside a cage of ribs exploded outward... an arm reaching, twitching, from the pelvis... legs on backwards.... a shock of hair colored like vomit and bile... all with the graceful pink feathery tail. "Look at me!" Aionios, his own fear forgotten, had placed himself directly in front of her face. "Look at me!" Ravija's eyes were vacant and her lip was trembling. Draconayzia Deciding that even if Devi had found his uncle he probably needed his mum she followed the others towards the glowing room. "What's the problem, what's everyone staring..." Drac's jaw dropped when she saw the creature half her true form and half her son. Finding Devi amid the throng she pulled him to her. "Devi come away from there, it's not right." Zero Dream "G-Guys... We should... get the kids out of here... In case something happens..." Zero said without really thinking, without being able to break her gaze from the many attrocities that where in that room.... Jiora Cyrus frowned at the room, only truly noticing it after hearing a few customers talking about it. What was happening now? He slipped out from behind the counter and wandered closer. "I'll be right back," he called to Tinania over his shoulder.
He frowned hesitantly into the room, frowning deeper as he noticed a strange ..thing.. in one of the vats. He turned to see what it was, his jaw dropping at the sight. Was...? That couldn't be... It..looked oddly like some..strange combination of a lizard and a squid... His ears twitched for a moment, as though unable to decide whether to p***k forward curiously or pin back in horror - something like that simply should not exist!
[Edit] He glanced over his shoulder at Tinania's crying, pinning his ears back again. "Tin?" Tail bristling in a blend of fear and agitation, he hurried over to the girl and crouched beside her. "Tinania?" Orasteele Steele grabbed Cypris, "Get behind me! Now! I don't know what kind of illusion this is or if this is real, but we see different things. Just don't look!" Atratus floated in front of Aureli, the child seemed not to notice as she continued crying at whatever it was that scared her. "Steele, please turn away. The little mistress can't help but look if you face the door." Atratus said as loudly as he could to be heard over the child. We must keep them away from it. Britain It wasn't a zombie. It wasn't a zombie. It wasn't one...but Mama Steele was scared. That was not a good sign. Cypris caught his breath in a short set of gasps, clinging to Steele and the little orb, still. He wondered vaguely if it were frightened. "I can hold Aureli, Mama Steele, if you would like to have your hands free..."
"Master Moorgahaine is known for his strange creations," Ailes told Steele, his voice deliberately soothing. "Not everything here or there is terrifying...that is why it is classified. Nothing is attacking, only causing fear. Everything will be alright." Krista DarkAngel Tinania stayed hidden in the corner, she hiding her face behind her hand " MAKE IT GO AWAY LOLLIPOP!!" she was crying behind her hands. Lollipop looks around then huddles close to Tinania trying to stop the crying child. Lulu stayed low to the ground growling loud enough showing she was angry and was ready to strike if touched. maskedquerade "Look at me!" Aionios was practically crying, and would be if he had tear ducts. ",mih ta kooL" Sionoia said from behind Ravija's head. She repeated herself, and, finding there was no response, whacked Ravi on the back of the head with one of her orbs. "Ow! Hey!" Aionios attached himself to her chest, as the love sprocket was wont to do, and Ravija hugged him tightly. "?em rof evol oN" Soinoia asked sarcastically, but she too was yanked by Ravi into a swift and fierce hug. Zero Dream Zero's hand was hovering beside her belt. Her saber was there... Good... If those things where gonna come out, she wasn't about to let them hurt anything. Orasteele "Everything's going to be alright Cypris." Steele handed Aureli over to him, pulling a stilleto dagger from her boot. "Perhaps not everything is Ailes, but I won't take chances with my family. Should it come at us I want to be at least armed." I'm going in there Ailes, someone has to stop whatever is causing this. Draconayzia "Somebody take the children back away from here. Now." Her voice was low, rumbling with a growl. She could feel the changes, feet creaking at they lengthened, the scales on her back itching and shifting, wings threatening to burst out. Jiora Cyrus glanced between Tinania and the crowd of people around the room, biting his lip as he reached out to hesitantly touch the girl's shoulder. "Tinny? Tin, it's okay.. Nothing.. There's nothing to be afraid of... It's just...just one of Moor's...things..." he murmured lamely.
He glanced back at the throng huddled near the room. "I think everyone needs to come away from that room now," he called, not that he was very loud. With all these strange occurrences, he was feeling rather unsure of things. Maybe they needed to stay there afterall... Even so, he continued, "It's not doing anyone any good to keep looking.." Britain "You cannot," Ailes told Atratus, serene. "You will leave your bond defenseless. You must stay to protect her...if Orasteele dies, we are in severe trouble, mon amie."
Cypruis took his baby sister carefully, hugging her tightly and rocking her gently. He sang very softly to her, French prayers falling from his lips as if he thought they would save them. From him, maybe they would. ChibiSchuldig It wasn't recognizable at first. The eyes were too pale, the skin warped with the water and glass of the tanks. And pale - too pale, with blue veins etched against the dirty-white of the tissue. The face was otherwise untouched, but without the fox ears, it still took a minute. Especially with the slimy-yellow of the hair floating around the head like a sick nimbus. Her arms floated by her side, but it was the stomach where the damage lay, three lifeless mouths open wide as though begging for treats. Razor-sharp teeth glinted in each, metallic silver and deadly. And around one leg curled a metallic tail, long and thin and dangerous-looking somehow. Another shocked glance up at the face was required before the image clicked into place. Trio... Sickened, Satoshi turned away, his ears still flat against his head and his tail still puffed up with fear and anger. He saw people around him beginning to draw weapons and he raised a hand, keeping the other tight around his equally-frightened Fandangle. If someone attacked them, he'd be ready to blind them. Orasteele Atratus heard the wisdom in Ailes' words. I know, but we must to something to help. I don't want to sit by and do nothing while my young mistress screams in terror! Fear ran through Steele, but poised to fight she could at least concentrate on something besides what her eyes showed her. Moorgahaine (( RP Announcement:
You know the first gnawing ache of getting sick? That first full body shudder that feels like your far too cold, and someone is setting sandpaper against your skin? Every Fandangle and Sprocket participating in the metaplot should feel that right now. A single shudder, with the slightest hint of pain, and far too much cold to be natural.)) maskedquerade Ravi resolutely set the cogs aside. "Wait here," she said, an unpleasant frown on her face. She turned and approached the door, determined to discover what, precisely, was in that tube that she was deliberately avoiding looking at. She got up to the door, and... stopped. It was like pushing against nothing, but everything was pushing back, like it was going to swallow her at any moment, a void like a snake that would swallow her whole and Aionios wouldn't be there... She continued pushing, wanting desperately to get inside, but getting nowhere. Aionios and Soinoia shuddered, much like Ravi did when her fingernails brushed up against the nylon of her backpack, a shiver of cold up a nonexistent spine. Britain "Everyone needs to calm down," Ailes said, loud enough to be heard over the general babble. "It is jsut a room, full of frightening things...they are not here, or hurting you. You MUST regain your calm!"
He shuddered suddenly, hit by something so strange that he wasn't even certain he'd felt it. Something...wasn't right...why had the temperature of the room dropped?
Cypris took a deep breath, and made himself peek around his mama again. "Mama Steele...look there, a butterfly/spider/rabbit thing. It is still scary, but...not so frightening. Please...perhaps...we should step farther back and try to help the others?" Zero Dream Zero was still staring, but Wren HAD to look away... But then suddently, she felt... cold. So cold.. way too cool... Hurting... Unable to take it anymore, she dashed to Zero, burying herself in her bond's arms, seeking whatever comfort she could find. Whatever it was, Zero was powerless to stop it... and it annoyed her. Draconayzia Swift shook in Devi's arms, whimpering in only the way a machine could. " Little Bond, please let's leave?" Devi nodded, tearing his eyes away from the room. Seeing the girl crying he moved over the kneel next to her. "Get on, we're leaving the room, ok?" He motioned for the other kids to follow. The look in his mum's eyes was familiar, and dangerous. Orasteele Steele nodded and moved her family further away from the door. "Yes, you are right Cypris. Let's get everyone to another room. You lead on, I'll watch our back." Atratus shivered. Not right. I feel wrong. What...what is going on? Cold. It should not be cold. ChibiSchuldig Tadashi let out a soft cry of distress. Between how tightly Satoshi was holding him, the rampant emotions both in his bonded and in the room in general, and the sudden cold, horrible shuddery feeling that wracked his frame... he was losing his cool. "Satoshi!" he cried. The feline looked down at Tadashi, his eyes widening as he felt Tadashi shudder in his hand. "What's wrong? Tadashi?!" Jiora Aana drifted toward Cyrus, tilting from side to side ever so slightly. "Cyrus~" she whined, "I'm cold~!" She emphasized the point by diving into the large, front pocket on Cy's sweatshirt, shivering even in the warm pocket. "Cold..." she whined again.
Cyrus could only look on in confusion as the cog shifted about, trying to find the warmest possible spot. Krista DarkAngel Tinania looks at Cryus and wraps her arms around his neck crying. Lollipop looks at Tinania and spins hoping it would make the little girl laugh, but it didn't work. Just outside the store there was a loud crack as Aylana appear. She looked at the store, she knew something was wrong she could feel it from Lulu. Stepping inside she gasp as she see her nightmare, she closes her eyes and breaths " Its okay Aylana there not real...." she opens her eyes then walks over to where Lulu is " Lulu....Lulu....its Aylana, you need to calm down...." she looks around looking for her sister but saw she was okay with the young man she saw not to long ago, she looks back to Lulu. Lulu growls even louder her tail whipping back and forth, Aylana frowns and breaths slowly as she touches Lulu. At the same point, Lulu felt pain that was so cold she lashes out and tackles Aylana to the floor. Her claw was in Aylana face. Aylana sat there not moving just looking at Lulu. maskedquerade "You will let me in," Ravija said, voice guttural with determination. She pounded against the nonexistent wall. It was cold, but she was much, much warmer. Waves of heat began to radiate from her body, but it wasn't enough, all being swallowed by the cold and the void and the terrible, contagious nothing. You know that feeling of "omg, I'm getting sick" and shudder the Fandangles and Sprockets just went through? Every participating bonded (read: owner) is feeling that right now. One solitary, slightly painful shiver, and an unnatural cold feeling.)) Zero Dream "...Right... We should... get the hell away from here, guys..." She finally managed to detach her glance from the room, a look of pure disgust on her face. "...Where to go... ?" Wren was still shaking, shivering, unable to feel the small warmth Zero usually emanated. Draconayzia Devi yelped, falling from his kneel into a full equine bellyflop on the floor, Swift still held tight. What was that? It felt like the beginnings of when he'd been forced human! Dear gods don't let that be happening again! Shivering Devi wobbled back to his feet, gritting his teeth in determination. He put Swift on his back and grabbed Tinania an Cyrus by an arm each and attempted to drag them away from the room. Britain The little angel moved closer to the far doorway, trying to catch the attention of any others as he moved and get them out of harm's way. his little glowy orb squirmed a little in his hand, but he couldn't do much about it...Aureli was heavy. With a painful shiver, he stopped...glancing up again with wide eyes. "Mama...I do not feel very well, and it is cold so suddenly..."
"St-stay calm," Ailes told Atratus, sounding as if he were gritting his teeth. "We must stay calm. Humans are...ill-illogical. We must aintiain order." maskedquerade Ravija felt a wave of nausea that roiled up from her toes, followed by a feeling of intense, painful cold. Oh no... That's not going to dissuade me... She was going to do something. Aionios and Soinoia were huddled close together next to Zero, having taken to heart Ravi's instructions to stay. Zero Dream She barely stopped talking that Zero felt a tinge trough her metal spine... and the sensation of cold took her over as well. "Misteress... P-Please make it stop..." She was powerless to do a thing. Jiora He sighed and pulled the girl into a soothing hug, rubbing her back and taking care to avoid her wings. "It'll be okay. Promise." For just a moment, he toyed with the idea of carrying her further from the room so she wouldn't see.. That idea was cut short by a sudden feeling of nausea though. He shivered and winced in pain, his ears pinning back in confusion and more than a little fear as all the heat seemed to drain away from him.
He glanced at Devi and released Tinania, though left a hand on her shoulder. "We.. We need to get away from this room now, Tinny," he said, trying to help Devi guide her away from the strange tube-filled room. He through a concerned glance at the boy, his expression silently asking if he was okay. ChibiSchuldig No sooner had Satoshi recognized the problem with Tadashi, but he felt the same shivery, cold feeling convulse through him. "Oh..." he moaned, his eyes closing. What is going ON?

Atratus floated next to Aureli unable to keep still. Draconayzia Drac saw what happened to Devi and growled, low pitched, loud and threatening. No one messed with her family. Once Devi had pulled the children from sight she allowed the reversion to happen. She grew in height as her feet lengthened, sharp talons clicking into place. Her wings tore through the back of her shirt, large and draconic, light gleaming off a few scales. Her eyes glowed soft white in the semidarkness. Whatever happened she was not going to stand idly by. Moorgahaine (( RP Announcement: The energy waves feel completely unnatural and wrong. It will feel like the wind got knocked out of you with each wave. This will last for a few very uncomfortable moments, and then only the lingering feeling of something very bad having just happened will be left as the energy moves on. The Classified Room- )) The solid energy just kept building and compacting, over and over and over. Finally, something deep within the room made a resounding cracking noise, and the solid crystalline substance became a wave of energy, washing over everything within ME&F, and then heading out even further. This energy would not stop until it had washed over every Fandangle, Sprocket, and Bonded in the multiverse. Wave after wave hit, relentless. ChibiSchuldig The first wave forced Satoshi to his knees. Sensitive to all types of energy, he whimpered and shut his eyes, clutching Tadashi to his chest as he tried to ride it out. Periodically, he blinked out of view, going invisible as though that could shield him from the horrible feelings washing over him. Of course, it couldn't. Britain Loosed from his sister's light burden, Cypris stepped close to Satoshi and tugged on him. He was shivering a bit, still, and his eyes were wide. "Monsieur? Please..." his teeth were chattering, and it hurt a little. "Please, we should try to get out of here..."
Ailes hovered between him and Steele anxiously, trying to observe the entire situation. "Lady Steele, you are alright...?"
The two cried out suddenly, and Cypris found himself leaning hard on Satoshi, crying quietly, wishing it would just STOP. Draconayzia With a draconic cry Drac fell over before her breath was gone. She laid there on the floor, watching the waves pass, growling as much as she could. Trying to claw her way closer to the source to attempt to stop it. Just as Devi looked over his shoulder to see what had made that sound he was knocked off his hoofed feet. He felt Swift tumble off and hit his human back when he fell. What was going on? Why couldn't he breathe? maskedquerade Ravi stumbled backwards, doubled over and gasping, as the energy surged through her. It was like being punched repeatedly in the stomach and then splashed with a slightly sticky, lukewarm liquid. The girl tripped over the carpet and fell hard, curled up in a ball with a large pink, feathered tail until the feeling passed. Zero Dream Zero"s eyes whided. "GUYS ! WATCH OUT !" CRACK. Before Zero would dart off, the resulting wave scooped her. ...Oh, heavens, what was this... This... wasn't.... good. She felt like she was being battered each time her body came in contact with the wave, trying to sheild Wren, but finding herself unable to do so. It was only a minute at most, but it felt like forever. When the wave was finally behind her, Zero collapsed on her knees, dropping an equally disturbed Wren in the process. Krista DarkAngel Tinania nods and follows Cryus looking at Devi " What going on why you look like your gonna be sick?" she looks to Cryus and frowns seeing he was the same way. Lollipop look between them all and click. What was going on? Aylana closed her eyes and tried not to be sick as she felt cold and sickness come over her. She looks at Lulu and speaks to her again " Lulu please calm down I'm right here...." Lulu looked at her then shook her head snapping out of it and looked at Aylana " Mistress?" Aylana sat there feeling like she couldn't breath as Lulu moved away from her, she sat up slowly and shivered then looked to Lulu " What the hell has happened?" she look around the room her anger building she wanted something to pay for whatever she just went through karma_k As the energy that had settled over Scrap, encasing him and entrapping him, burst forth and outward at all of the gathered denizens of the forge, the devolved fandangle followed the first wave out of the room without further ado, near-panicked and feeling strangely charged. Morningstar had simply said to break the gem, he had not said what breaking the gem might do...
....and what HAD it done, he wondered as he exited the forge over the heads of all of the gathered people and fandangles? He was so accustomed to being the one who was weak and the one who lagged behind everyone else like an antelope with a gimped leg. He saw the tight looks of discomfort and pain among the other faces...whatever they were feeling, Scrap did not experience it.
Scrap, in fact, felt wonderful. Powerful. For the first time in a long while, alive. Orasteele Aureli screamed in Steele's ear as Atratus screamed fell to the floor as the waves hit. Steele had no clue what was happening to her kids or their familiars. All she could do was keep them close, and wait for whatever it was to let go of the hold it had on them. Jiora Cyrus grunted, falling to his knees as the first wave of energy hit. What the hell had that been?! The second sent the teen down on all fours, supporting himself on shaky hands and knees. And they just..kept..coming... The feeling lessened with each wave before finally stopping...but holy hell! What was going on?! He struggled to catch his breath, slowly pushing himself up to his knees and glancing between Devi and Tinania. "You... Are you two..alright..?" Krista DarkAngel Aylana was about to say something when she felt the first wave in engulf her, she fell to the floor and gasped for air as Lulu hit the floor with a loud crack. Tinania looks to Devi and screams as she falls to the floor her hands over her chest trying to breath. Lollipop was on the ground also not moving. Draconayzia Clutching his chest he slowly moved until he was resting on his equine half, giving a small nod to Cyrus to show he was ok. Seeing Tinania all curled up he pulled her a bit closer so she was resting against his side. Maybe that would calm her down. He flicked his tail around so it was nesting Swift. maskedquerade Ravija regained her breath and crawled her way over to where Aionios and his reflection had dropped to the carpet. She curled up around them, ignoring the discomfort of poking gearteeth. "That was... unpleasant...." the girl said wetting her lips. "Sorry..." ChibiSchuldig As the waves began to diminish, Satoshi sucked in a ragged breath, opening his eyes. "Tadashi," he whispered, caressing the Fandangle's knobbly surface. "Are you all right?" "I...I think so," Tadashi replied softly, his voice uncertain and still nervous. "I mean, yes, I'm OK." Neith-Kia Kia stumbled into teh shop, with Cog under one of her arms. She looked pretty distressed, as anyone would be when they felt that, the other hand clentched around her stomach as if it'd protect her precious babies as well. "What the... I mean, what's going on?" Moorgahaine (( RP Announcement: Anyone can join at any time- this is only the first of several "Virus Storm" events. And to those of you who are on the list? Aw man, I just rolled the dice for a few of you, and... XD!!!!! Let's just say I'm going to have a long To Do list after those rolls. The waves have now gone beyond ME&F. The "omg, something bad on a -cosmic- level has just happened, and now I'm a part of it" feeling should be setting in now.)) Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Nyoka was in the middle of training with Ihpigenia when she felt it. Bane had been floating at the sidelines, and the cog was the first, apparently.
She whipped her head around when she heard him hit the wood bench over which he was floating. Holding her hand up to Iphigenia, she was about to slither to Bane, when she felt the wave. She fell as well, gasping. Iphigenia was at her side in a moment, asking her what was wrong.
She couldn't answer, not right away. Not until she got her breath back. But, even then she didn't answer. She slowly went to Bane, grabbed him up, and blinked out of the training feild.
And to ME&F. She flops down right away, her bladed cog in her hands, and looks around, bewildered. maskedquerade Ravi began to laugh, a loud and tinny sound. "No one..." she gasped between gales of laughter, "...has any idea!" The idea seemed abnormally funny to the girl, curled on the carpet as she was. Zero Dream Zero gave out a loud groan, visibly finally managing to get herself on her feet, scooping up Wren in the process. "Mistress, are you all right ?!?" "I... Think I am... You... ?" "I believe so..." Jiora He winced when he realized Tinania had curled up, deciding that that answered part of his question.. He seemed relieved to see Devi was still able to move, at least... Whatever that strange wave was couldn't have been good.. He reached into the pocket of his sweatshirt to stroke Aana's core gem, wincing sympathetically when the cog gave a frightened whimper.
He sighed and crawled closer to Devi and Tinania, not trusting himself to stand or even sit just yet, and reached out to touch the girl's shoulder again. "Tinania..I think it's okay now.. Just try to breathe, okay?" He shifted his gaze to Devi then, addressing both of them now. "I think it's over," he murmured hesitantly, as though expecting something else to happen to prove him wrong. Draconayzia Devi shivered a bit and felt just ... wrong. What the hades had happened? Why wouldn't this feeling go away? Looking to Cyrus and Tinania he tried to see if they were feeling the same way. Swift huddled in Devi's tail and quaked. Friskit_Geeba It shook Friskit out of her nightly wandering making her squeal and growl looking about, feeling sick as something hit her. ...but there was nothing there... the cold.. It had been warm just seconds before but now it felt cold and wrong.. Bedessy and the others were pressed against her shivering the bonded sprockets crying. ...something had hurt them? Then it was like something had switched gears inside of Friskit's little gook-filled noggin. Something had hurt her little ones... she didn't know who but she had an idea of who to ask as she barreled into the emporium and froze as there were other bonded ones crying and shivering. Krista DarkAngel Tinania cries as soon as she catches her breath and the waves stop. She curls close to devi and looks around the room. She see her sister laying on the ground and looks at Devi " Aylana...." she point towards her sister. Aylana was still on the ground, she was able to breath as she sat u, she winces then looks to Lulu " You okay?" she smiles as Lulu nods and moves alittle but doesn't try to get up. Aylana looks over when she hears her name and smiles " Tinania, Devi, you two okay?" Tinania nod and pulls Lollipop to her and sniffles again trying to stop crying. Aylana smiles and looks to Lulu, Lulu didn't say a word, they both new something just bad happened and they both knew they were apart of it. Neith-Kia The second Kia saw Nyoka pop in, she was making her way over to her and clung to one of Nyoka's arms. She'd forgotten Nyoka's threat about what she'd do if Kia got up. But Kia NEEDED a double cherry and strawberry milkshake with grapes and almonds and ketchup and fries! She had to go get it, when everyone else paled and refused. That was why she was nearby, the hunt for a willing shop was taking a while. "What's going on, Oka?" Kia asked, clutching hard to Cog with her other arm. Orasteele Atratus floated back up after the waves had passed. Odd...Felt odd. Are our bonded alright? He floated over to Aureli. "Shhh... Don't cry, all is okay little mistress." Steele clutched her children to her, tears still ran down her baby's face, but she was no longer screaming. That, at least, was some comfort. "You alright Cypris? I think it's over." Moorgahaine (( RP Announcement: For those who want to (and really, who wouldn't? /sarcasm)- you can now enter the Classified room and poke around the vats. Everything there is brainless tissue, for those that examine it close enough. No souls, spirits, brain activity- just tissue growing.)) maskedquerade Ravi drew herself up off the ground, giggling to herself and swaying on her feet. "Dunno about you guys," she said loudly, stumbling forward, "but I'm curious." Her posture was odd, with her head and one arm swaying limply, the other arm clutching her cog and its reflection as she walked determinedly into the room. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Nyoka would have glared at Kia, has she not felt so. . . . She shivers a little, and puts an arm around Kia. She looks down at Bane, who's core is blinking ever so slightly, but he isn't making his usual, almost sarcastic remarks to her. She runs a clawed finger over him, almost feeling sorry for the abomination. . . .
"I don't know, that's why I am here," she says softly, spotting Aylana, Devi, and Tinania.
EDIT: Nyoka actually looks at the woman as though she is mad. These . . . THINGS . . . are strange enough, and the man who forced the abomination on her is just as frikkin strange.
For once, her warrior heart is not willing to go there. She stays planted where she is, not willing to find out for herself what happened to cause her and Bane to react the way they are now. Zero Dream "Im not." Zero mumbled, still fighting to remain up. But she realized she was fighting a losing battle... It was too much. So SMACK back on the ground she went. "..Ow..." She mumbled. Britain "Mon Deu," Cypris whispered, staggering back over to his mama. AIles spun slightly, very relieved about that, but terribly uneasy about the situation. "Mama, is Aureli alright? Something very bad has happened...I am afraid..." ChibiSchuldig Satoshi felt the weight leave his back and realized belatedly that Cypris had been leaning on him during the onslaught. Oops... In all the confusion and his own discomfort, he hadn't even noticed. Inle-roo Tama had been outside training with the Blade and Combat sprockets. He had been in the middle of an aerial dive when something literally pushed him out of the air. He lost control of his flight, hitting the ground hard and skidding in the dirt. Instinctively, the winged Banthi popped up, paws splayed wide as he searched for his unseen assailant. He was just in time to get hit by the second wave of pure energy, and he wobbled on his paws, feeling the breath crushed out of him. Inside, Inle and Eki were somewhat luckier. They had been sitting at the table, where Inle was teaching the newly grown Eki how to read. The Lunar and Music sprockets had been rotating over their heads, watching the proceedings silently, when suddenly, they crashed onto the table. At once, Inle and Eki felt the same thing Tama had. Wave after wave of violent discomfort passed over them both, but finally, it abated. They found themselves stunned, and even moreso when Tama bounded in, growling and snarling his large-horned head off. The sprockets were orbiting in tight circles around their respective bondeds, and Inle, Eki, and Tama shared a look. Immediately, Inle was running for the door, Eki at her heels with the Lunar and Music sprockets in his hand. Tama brought up the rear. He was no equine, but once outside, he found himself with his guardian and her son upon his back. In an instant, he had lifted off the ground, his endless training serving him well as Inle directed him to the Forge. Minutes later, they landed at the Forge's door. Inle and Eki scrambled off of Tama and through the door. The Banthi, not to be left behind, nudged the door open and came in as well. Under normal circumstances, Inle would have shooed him out, but these were certainly not normal circumstances. Once in the shop, Inle asked the obvious question. "What the ******** just happened?" Jiora Cyrus simply gazed blankly around the room for several long moments, taking in the number of people who were about. Still no sign of Moor... All.. All of this going on...and the shopkeeper was nowhere in sight..? It was all very strange...
He swiveled an ear toward the tube-filled room but did not look. He'd seen quite enough of that already. Chances were he'd get sick if he had another look... Orasteele "I think Aureli is going to be okay. She's mostly stopped crying now...how are you holding up?" She just hoped whatever it was that just happened didn't leave a lasting scar on her daughter. Steele turned to look where everyone was going. "Oh my.." Just the look of the growing material made her stomach turn. "Let's stay away from there. Alright?" maskedquerade Ravija wandered around the room, heading straight for the tube that had drawn her eye initially. She stood there, looking at it, her left hand resting limply against the glass. Draconayzia Growling Drac moved to her feet, unwilling to relinquish her true form yet. Slowly she padded into the room to look at the thing in the vat that was half her and half Devi. What the hades was Gah playing at? Devi nodded absently to Aylana. He didn't really feel up to words just yet. From the way Swift was quaking, neither was she. Krista DarkAngel Aylana looks at the woman and shakes her head " I'm sorry but there is no way in hell I'm going anywhere near that room....." she runs her hand though her hair then spots Nyoka and Kia " When the hell did you two get here?" Tinania gasp and looked at Aylana as she holds Lollipop " AYLANA BAD WORD!!!!" Aylana looks at her sister and frown " Sorry..." Lulu didn't say anything she just looked around the room. Tinania smiles then looks to Devi and Cryus "You okay?" she sits up then tilts her head to the side hoping they were both okay, she still felt scared but not as much as before now that it was all over, and that her sisters were there. Zero Dream Zero muttered something not pretty all of sudden... Of course, her systems where spazzing... After that THING... She needed to get out of here. Scooping Wren again, Zero finally managed to get back on her feet, and, ignoring her protesting body, left, and hoped she would make her way home. Friskit_Geeba Everyone ...everyone who was sick anyway.. looked like they were trying to get AWAY from somewhere... that meant whatever had hurt them was THAT way and it was likely that what had hurt them had hurt her little pets as well. The young woman let out a rather unsettled growl from the back of her throat and stalked forward into the classified room.... ...Then she saw IT. Her entire body just froze, all her hairs standing on pin-point ends in fear, her own lungs refusing to take in air. ...A body in a vat like the other.. horribly mixed ones around her. It looked like it's.. no HER body had been used like sausage casing, except over filled and bulging horribly. that wasn't what was most disturbing. The three faces with useless, yellow, white and grey eyes that stared back at her, each one... looked like it could have been her. One with green blister-covered skin on it's face, mouth open like it was snarling, glared out with milky yellow eyes. Another, skin near transparent enough for her to see the flesh and blood vessels underneath pulse and move, mouth open tongue lolling and staring out with clouded grey eyes. The last almost human if you forgot that most human had flesh covering their jaws and they weren't lined with shark-like teeth leered out at the world. Moorgahaine (( RP Announcement: There's no core gem fragments left in the Classified Room. Neith-Kia Kia clung to Nyoka with one arm, deciding that if her warrior sister was there, then she'd be all right. And Mr. Moorgahine was probably trying to fix what was wrong, so that was all right too. But that didn't change how horrible she currently felt. "Hey, no hell words in front of twinnies!" Kia snapped at Aylana, but she grinned weakly anyway. "Um, just then. What is going on, do you know?" She was a bit comforted to see Aylana, Devi and Drac there as well. ChibiSchuldig Slowly, Satoshi rose to his feet again. He glanced towards the room and saw that people were entering it now. For a moment, he shuddered and turned away, the idea of going in there making his stomach roil. Then he clenched a fist, his other hand still wrapped around Tadashi. I am a Royal. I rule an entire world. I can't back down in the face of some...some freaks in bottles! Turning resolutely, he marched towards the room. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar Nyoka looks over at Aylana. "A moment ago. I felt sick, and since Bane isn't being. . . . himself," she says, looking down at Bane again. "I thought this would be a good place to start asking questions. . . ."
EDIT: Feeling stupid now, she pries herself out of Kia's grasp. "I'll be back," she mumbles. Apparently, other people going into the room and not being bothered has heartened her, just a bit. She clutches the bladed cog in her hand, carefully, as she slithers toward the room. Jiora His gaze snapped back to Tinania at her outburst, ears pinning back for the millionth time that night. For a moment he'd thought something else had happened... Sighing, he sat back on his heals and managed a weak smile. "I'm fine," he lied, not wanting to worry the girl further. "Are you alright now..?" Britain "Mama...." Cypris whispered, hugging her tight. "I want to go home. Please? Aureli should not be here anymore."
Ailes hovered close by, needing the contact. "Indeed. This is not a good place for children to be." maskedquerade For Ravi, it didn't bother her. It didn't seem to solicit any sort of emotional reaction. She stood there quietly, her small hand on the glass of the tube, while the cogs whined that they wished to go home. That didn't get any sort of reaction. "It's me," she said dreamily. "But it's not me. Who is it?" ChibiSchuldig Satoshi couldn't make himself look at the horrible monstrosity of his sister, nor of his friend Trio, but he took a good look around the room before backing out again. "No indication of what HAPPENED in there," he growled, still petting his Fandangle. Tadashi's spheres whirled as one of the First Lights settled on Satoshi's shoulder with a chiming purr. "No," he agreed. "Do you think...maybe...this has been enough excitement for one night?" Inle-roo Inle glanced quickly around the shop as her question wasn't answered, deciding to see for herself. The place looked messier than normal, to be certain, and all manner of creature seemed to populate the building, but other than that, nothing seemed any different. She noticed people wandering towards a room in the back and headed that way herself. Eki followed her, looking vaguely detached, as if he was watching it all with vague amusement. Tama followed as well, completely ignoring Inle's comment to stay put. The Banthi tucked his wings close to his body, tail lashed and hackles raised. Neith-Kia "No, I want to come." Kia said, efeling more and more curious. It was like a red button that said 'Do not push', she wanted to see what it was. "Maybe it's really sparkly." And maybe she could find a kitchen or something, and make her drink. Cog finally started to move then, earlier he'd just given up and let Kia take him. He didn't like these feelings, and flopping seemed better at that moment. Once out of Kia's grasp, he hovered to a chair and perched on the back of it, using the claws for balance. Krista DarkAngel Aylana smiles and somehow manages to crawl over to her sisters. She hugs them both " I just got here moment before you did.....I have no clue as to what has happen...." she looks back to Lulu who was finally moving. Lulu walks slowly to Tinania and the other and sits with them, she was very quiet. She was processing everything that just happen. Tinania nod to Cryus " Yea I'm okay now that all the bad stuff has stop." she wasn't telling the whole truth she was shaking inside and wanted to run, but knew she couldn't. Lollipop flies into the air and whizzes around them. Lulu looks up at the cog and growls alittle wishing she could swat it out of the air. Orasteele Steele nodded. "It's more than time to leave. I think next time Brit can bring you. This has been an experience I never want to repeat." Aureli giggled again, all tears gone from her eyes as she clung to one of the bubbles that had been around her earlier. "Let her keep it Steele, I think it is better that she has something to keep her happy." Atratus said before Steele could object. If it comforted her it made him feel better. "Alright, let's go then." Steele quickly took her children and their fandangles home. Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar She hugged Aylana, best she could with cog in her hand, and nodded her understanding to her.
Nyoka had reached out her hand to one of the lights, finding it oddly comforting, when she hears the noise. Face scrunched up, she looks around. "Gods," she mutters, her snakes hissing and hiding in her hair.
Bane seems to awaken when the light touches Nyoka's clawed hand. He doesn't speak, though, merely shutters in her hand, as though trying to move.
Nyoka's sensitive ears are twitching at the noise. "What is going on with her?" she asks to no one in particular as she watches the woman fall over. "Is she possessed?" her eyes widen at the thought, and she moves a little forward to the woman, holding onto Kia's hand now. ChibiSchuldig Satoshi nodded, his fur beginning to smooth as he moved through the crowd towards the exit. It seemed as though half of the people in the shop were leaving, and half had just arrived and were moving towards the room in the back that he hoped he'd never have to go into again. "Definitely time to leave." And to make sure Aishiki and Trio are all right, he added silently. Make SURE that wasn't them! Jiora Cyrus eyed the girl suspiciously for a moment. Was she really alright..? "If you say so," he murmured. He smiled a bit brighter and reached out to give her an affectionate pat on the head, doing his best to look reassuring once more. "I've gotta get home now, but I'm sure you'll be alright now that your sister is here," he said, nodding in Aylana's direction.
He pulled himself to his feet, slipping his hands into the pocket of his sweatshirt to make sure Aana was still secreted away there. "Maybe I'll see you at the clinic soon," he said with a little wave. He gave the room one last glance before slipping out the door, hurrying quick as he could to get home. Inle-roo Tama's ears pinned back to his skull at the sound of the woman's keening, and he emitted an irritated chuff. He padded towards her fallen form, more curious about her state than the vats the room held. He dipped his head, blinking down at her, nose twitching as he sniffed at her. Idly, he wondered what caused this. Inle gave the seizuring woman a careless glance before moving closer to the vats. She peered at their contents, eyes widening at what she saw. It was...her, in a sense, only mangled and twisted, and possibly crossbred with something one might see in a bad sci-fi movie. "Awesome," she whispered. Eki's glance at the woman was a little longer, but no less curious than the Banthi's. He followed his mother, however, also peering at the vats. He saw himself as well, but he looked almost human. "Mom," he said quietly, tugging at the hem of Inle's shirt, "got cam'ra?" The two sprockets wiggled their way from Eki's grasp, and he let them go; what he was looking at was much more interesting to him. The sprockets whizzed around the room, taking interest in absolutely anything before seeing a jello-like blob of light. They focused their attentions on this, orbiting around it. The blob chimed at them, and the Music sprocket chimed back while the Lunar sprocket shone its light at it. Draconayzia Satisfied that nothing in the tubes, disturbing as they were was going to pop out and attack she let her form slide back to the bipedal one most people knew her for. Walking back into the main room she didn't even notice the other fa'e, rather just rushing to Devi and scooping him up, craddling the boy in her lap as she hugged him. Neith-Kia Kia stared at the light, before reaching out and gently taking it. "Hello." She whispered to it, when it comforted her somehow. "You could be Bunny's friend." Kia clung to Nyoka's hand, and she jumped when the clawed hands of Cog suddenly landed on her shoulder as he hovered over to stick close to her. "I don't know..." Friskit_Geeba Friskit's body heaved and bucked limbs flailing as just about every major system in her body crapped itself, almost literally in some cases. Her eyed rolled back into her head the screaming changing to strangled gurgles and growls, almost breaking her cast open. Her nose was starting to bleed of it's own accord as she seized on the floor. Her sprockets were terrified, soon clustering around the warm bird woman and the snake lady like frightened children whose mother had just had a heart attack. The lunar one was the first to speak. "Friskiee not again nonono not again not hurt again.." Krista DarkAngel Tinania watches as Cryus leaves and starts to think that not a bad idea as she walks over to Aylana. Lulu and Lollipop following her. She wraps her arms around Aylana's neck and pouts " I wanna go home now please..." Aylana smiles and hold her sister before watching Nyoka then smiles to Kia " Let Nyoka know I headed home Kia...Tinania doesn't seem to like it here right now. I'll talk to you both later...." standing slowly she carries Tinania out of the shop. Lollipop following behind. Lulu follows them but stops at the door and looks back, she knew that the next time she see this shop that there was going to be alot of changes. She turned and left
