Talon sighed and looked to the door. He was thankful, for Severus' sake, that he was unconscious and that he'd finished stitching him up. He took one of the clean white sheets and put it over the wolf, even though he'd have to take it back off to clean away the blood. He went to the door and opened it, expecting to see Sirius. He blinked and looked down at Remus.

Sirius didn't move. He let out a silent sigh and continued to gaze at the door, eyebrows dipped a little as he chewed uneasily on his bottom lip. God, he hoped he was alright.

Remus wasted no time on pleasantries. "What happened to him?" he asked Talon automatically, his mind fearing the worst.

Nothing like being straight to the point. Talon motioned for the two of them to come in. "The needle part is over, Sirius," he said. Closing the door behind them, he went over to Severus and picked up a small cloth, dipping it into some water. He wasn't sure how to answer. "Severus would explain it better... But from what I gathered, somehow, people got into the castle without anyone knowing, and... did this to him."

"Did what to him?" Remus asked, fighting the snarl in his voice. He was trying to be civil, but at the same time... couldn't they just spit it out already?

"Shoved the handle of a whip up his arse,"Sirius murmered, moving over to him and stroking his hair lightly. Usually he'd feel uncomfortable about showing affection openly, but he didn't even think it over this time."Is he alright? Atleast a little?"

Talon was used to telling people bad news... But for some reason, he just couldn't this time... The incubbus took the sheet off of Severus, showing Remus the stitched lashes across his back, and the blood that had made its way down the wolf's legs and into the fur on his tail.
"He'll tell you when he wakes up in a few minutes..."

That DID cause Remus to snarl a little, moving carefully to hold Severus' hand. "We're going to figure out who did this," he murmured to Sirius softly. "But how?"

Sirius winced when Talon pulled the sheet back, but didn't move away. He looked to Remus, some unreadable emotion flashing over his face."I don't know." They were going to find out though. Sirius didn't snarl or anything, not wanting to incase Severus woke up and saw. He didn't want to make him even more upset.

Who could it have been? Who would've done such a thing to Severus? Where was Nykol? Remus gently squeezed the wolf's hand while his mind raced, trying to stave off the helpless feeling rising to grip at his heart.

Talon started washing away the blood. "Nykol and I will be hunting down those who did this. She'll personally want to kill them."
Severus winced slightly, slowly opening his eyes. He blinked a few times, looking at the werewolf, a bit surprised to see him. "Remus..?" he asked softly, hoping his mind wasn't tricking him again. "W-what are you doing here?"

"What if I want to kill them?" Sirius said dully, moving away again and leaning against the wall, giving Remus the chance to talk to Severus without Sirius getting in the way."Why should she do it?"

"I was worried about you... I'm sorry I wasn't here sooner, Severus..." Remus murmured, giving the wolf's hand a soft kiss, even though there were other people (okay, so mainly just Talon) around.

Talon shrugged. "According to him, there were three of them. So you, Nykol, and Remus should be able to decide who gets who."
Severus watched him for a few moments, then squeezed his hand lightly. "Thank you... For being here with me..." he said quietly. He winced as he tried to move, only to get scolded by Talon.
"Stay still, Severus. The last thing any of us need is you ripping out your stitches."

Sirius nodded, seeming satisfied with that. He was started to feel bad about having 'punished' Severus that time. Having hurt and scared him. He couldn't bring himself to even look at him right now. First, he'd felt guilty about letting this happen, and now he was feeling guilty for unrelated reasons.
