The moment instant he took a step out the door, she waved her hand again. This time the door slammed shut with such a force that it would certainly cause the wind from the force to be felt along Yawgmoth's back. What she didn't consider was the possibility of where his tail may have been resting when shutting the door, but all things considered, she could care less.

A soft greenish blueish glow started forming in the night air in front of Ziven's door. A small electrical snap and crackle and there stood the seven foot, eight inch tall Phyrexian Preator. Gix. The towering metal man stood upright like a humanoid and was ..pretty hideous by human standards for looks. Gix was here on personal business. As preator it was his duty to watch over Yawgmoth his patron, god and leader. Ziven was for some reason or another an interest of Lord Yawgmoth's, and the preator intended to find out why. Besides, fleshy things interested him. And if this particular one had peaked a being like Yawgmoth's interest. Gix was sure to find something fun inside. His 'naked' body moved up to the door and he placed the side of his head against the door frame listening for movement. He stood straight up and knocked three times loudly on the door with his phyrexian alloy coated knuckles. "Hello, is there a Miss Ziven present within the vicinity of this home?" a deep hallow robotic voice called out.

Hhearing someone outside, she rose from her chair where she was reading, book still in hand. Crossing the room to the door, she opened it, lifting her eyes from the reading the moment she opened the door, she greeted his abdomen at first. "Hello .... er." she paused, slowly letting her eyes trail another two feet up to meet his eyes. A slight smile played at her lips and she snapped her book shut. "Mr Gix, what a surprise. To what do I owe the honor?" she said softly, bowing respectfully.

Gix bowed not so much in respect but common courtesy to speak eye to eye. "Personal interest, business perhaps. If I would be allowed in I will be more than happy to explain the reasons behind my visit" The preator finished, a smile on his face as well. Though, with the structure of his face it was hard to keep his smiles from looking evil in intention. Perhaps it was just the way Yawgmoth had designed his metallic creatures of war.

"Yes, of course. Please .. er, one moment." she looked at Gix once more, again sizing up his height, in comparison to the door. She knew that once he were inside, there would be no trouble for him, however the door was .. not quite the right height to allow for a comfortable entrance. Placing her free hand on the frame of the door, she concentrated for a moment, asking the wood to do her the favor of changing its shape to allow her guest to enter. Saying the necessary words to ask the door to expand, the top of the door rose until it was suitable for Gix. She then continued cheerfully. "Forgive my poor manners, please come in."

Gix's metal eyebrow above his gleaming yellow eyes arched upward in curiosity. "It would have been no trouble to duck but thank you. The gesture is appreciated." the preator said walking through her home's entrance into her house. "Are you the only one inhabiting the place currently? Or do you have something of a room mate here? Perhaps a lover? A boyfriend?" Gix quickly put one of his hands on his upper lip and made a slight cough. "Ahem. I apologize. My reasons for visiting are merely to observe you myself. Forgive my curious nature. If anything I ask offends or does merit an answer. Simply decline to answer. I will understand" He said peering about at the home she had.

Silently she closed the door, to which the frame shrunk around it to it's original size. "It would be rude of me not to accommodate such a simple need for my guests." she said, bobbing her head again. She then listened to her guest, she slowly crossed the room to return the book to its place on the shelf. With a somber, almost sad looking smile, she replied. "Just my books and I." she was very close to letting a sigh slip past her lips when the sound of loud purring descended from the stairs. A moment later, a dark cat wearing a mask was seen, but meowed loudly at the sight of Giz and in one mighty leap, landed on Zivens shoulder and curled around the back of her neck. "My apologies Mask. Please meet our guest, Gix, Phyrexian Preator. Unfortunately it is easy for me to forget that Mask is my guest also. An acquaintance from town has left him in my care indefinitely it seems." she said with a bright smile.

Gix chuckled at the sight of the cat. "So just you and a pet it would seem. No bipedal sentient creatures?" He inquired. "In phyrexian methodology cats and dogs are not considered sentient to us for they think in only a few dimensions. If you believe them to be sentient by fleshy creature definition then my apologizes." Gix added since he had not meant it to sound like the cat wasn't intelligent. To Phyrexians sentient and intelligent were two very different concepts.

"Indeed, I am the only bipedal sentient creature, as you would say, residing in my home." reaching her hand up to Mask's face, she scratched his cheeks. The feline did not seem to trust Gix, his eyes never left him, even as she moved about the room. "Though animals may not be sentient, they are resourceful and make for good company I suppose. Mask is the first animal I have had that would be defined as a pet, I have only had him in my company for a week and would not technically consider he to be 'mine' by definition either as he was given to me by an aquaintence. Can .. I offer you anything? Would you like to sit? Something to drink or eat?"

"I do not require sustaining foods and drinks as you fleshy creatures do. But I am not opposed to consuming such things either. Whatever you offer is fine." Gix said turning his eye onto the cat who was eyeing him. "You know they say cats especially, because of their supposed perceptive abilities, are able to stare into the soul of a being with eye contact. What would Mask see staring into me then? I am without such things for I am..how do you say it, artificially created. Given life by another creature other than a supreme deity" Gix chuckled slightly looking around for a place to sit down and converse. Gix would need a strong couch or metal chairs anything less would crush under his great mass. "I would like not to damage anything so to sit, I will require a sturdy couch or a metal chair. I do not look like much but due to my being mostly metal I weight a great deal and would surely crush wooden furniture under my weight." he said scanning with his yellow eyes always returning to the cat. That thing too interested Gix.

"All furniture in the living room is rather .. antique, however I can accomidate your needs." she said, waving her hand and creating a chair that would be comfortable and functional for him. She bobbed her head again to show she meant this respectfully and was not performing all this magic to show off. She then seated herself on a chair across from the one she conjured for him. Though she did not speak further, she looked upon him gently, curious about why he was had called.

Gix blinked his metallic eyelids shut once and smirked a little "Quite adept in the arts of mana use aren't we?" he asked Ziven sitting in the chair she had conjured for his use. "Well now that I am seated I will explain further my reasons for being here" Gix said taking a small breath. It was interesting to see his chest plate inflate despite it being made of metal. There was apparently more flesh on him than appeared. "I am here as an ambassador of sorts. Since Phyrexia is currently not engaged in war time with Earth I come as that functionality. More importantly, I am here to observe you Miss Ziven. My job as preator is to ensure the survival and well being of our god and patron Yawgmoth. Yawgmoth has desires we Phyrexian's do not. These desires, such as the desire to replicate by mating, cloud his judgmental abilities and that is where we come in. Since Phyrexians are mechanoid by classification we do not suffer from these judgmental flaws. So you could say, I am here to ensure you plan no assassination on Yawgmoth. No harm to our patron god. Despite his enormous power for anyone who notes the method with which he carries himself, it is quite easy to find a weak point and use these judgmental errors he makes to exploit them to a victory." Gix paused and put a finger to his lips before he held it up like he'd just got the light bulb to click on inside his head "So if would not mind for my own purposes, answering the following questions. What does Yawgmoth desire from or with you? Do you intend to comply with his request? Why or why not? If Yawgmoth is denied and attempts to forcefully grasp or acquire whatever he is after do you intend on harming him to avoid this acquisition?"

Ziven lowered her head slightly to acknowledge his comment about her use of magic. Though it was a very large part of her life, she did not wish to flaunt it. She gave him her full attention as he spoke, tilting her head when he mentioned his mission was to observe her specifically. Though he had explained that Yawgmoth was considered to be their god before, she had forgotten this and again was reminded of the complicated past that he was involved with. When he began speaking about the 'mating' and such, she shifted in her seat and smoothed her hair over with her right hand once before resuming her calm composure again. When he finished speaking, she began answering as best she could.
"Though he does not hesitate when he desires to harm me, I have no desire to harm him. What exactly does Mr Yawgmoth desire from me .. I am not entirely certain at all times, though he has said he wishes to take my virginity from me, but I have no desire to let him. I believe that act should occur only when both involved give their consent. And I do not for I am not attracted to him. I honestly am not sure what I would do if he tried to force this from me."

The metal man tilted his head to one side while she spoke. His gleaming yellow orbs of eyes scanned her up and down and he nodded solemnly. "I see. Yawgmoth believes you are inferior then. More so than your abstinence from mating rituals. Yawgmoth finds you flawed, weak if I may clarify." He said "To Lord Yawgmoth those who have such weaknesses should not be aloud to live around him, so he either kills them off or attempts to correct what he feels these weaknesses are. Perhaps, in that twisted mind of his, he feels that taking that which makes you pure, he will corrupt you into being stronger than you are now. But to me, I see no changes I would make. Your adeptness with the magical arts is not easy to come by anymore. And between us, the thought of fleshy creatures mating is one I do not wish to squeeze onto my brain." The preator finished with a light smile on his ugly metal face. "However, I do believe that if you resist, he will attempt to force it on you. I do not recommend fighting back, but I also do not recommend giving up. Giving up to him is another sign of weakness and I've no doubt that should you submit and give up, after he gets what he wants he will kill you. The solution is not easy, but as Titus has already stated to you. Boredom is Yawgmoth's greatest weakness. Continually having to play games with you will bore him soon enough. I do suppose you have lasted this long. Maybe he will let you off of the hook."

Shifting in her seat, she listened to all he had to say before replying
"This is all confusing for me. We have different logic, a different way of looking at things. Neither is wrong. When explained .. I can understand where one is coming from, for example with the idea of corrupting a person to make them stronger. I see the logic when presented that way but I do not agree that to corrupt someone is the only way to achieve greater strength. I know there is much I can learn. What I do not know is why everyone concerns themselves with my shortcomings."
