Dread locks is a hair style, that you can get through EXTENSIONS.
Okay, I guess if Jack Sparrow isn't hygienic, I'd go for Ninja from MGS, and if that doesn't work out, I can live with Jack Sparrow being a little unhygienic.
Better still, go for Johnny Depp and buy him a pirate costume. That means he'd be hygienic, but just dressed as a pirate.
