Roy looked to Kinami and smiled a bit. "Big family. I thought might was pretty big. Yea, tell me more." he said as he got comfortable. He slowly moved closer to her, inch by inch. He was snuggling in with her and smiled gently as he waited for ehr to answer.

Kinami laughed. "My dad was one of...fifteen or so. My mom was only slightly less, at a round dozen. My granparents had fewer siblings- four or five each. Added with the fact that each aunt and uncle has at least two children that I know of, and each are married, and some of those children have children and are married...." She quickly added it in her head. "Probably just over three hundred," she said in a matter-of-fact manner. "I'm sure there are more that I can't recall, or have forgotten because they were kicked out of the village."

She pursed her lips in thought. "At least half of my living family doesn't live in Iwa anymore. They've scattered for fear of inbreeding," she said with a smile and a wrinkle of her nose. "A good quarter of the rest are dead, and at least one third of the remainder are missing or displaced."

"How about your family?" she asked.

"Navalie looked back to roy and she then replied "I know I can't depend on some stranger.. And I am not high enough to pay my own way.." she said and paused to listen to the rest. "I say, yes but I will need to do my own things and be alone for most of the time and No fatty meal's" she said as she sticked her tongue out. "I aint much of a meat type either!" she added. She Also added.. "And it will only be for a short while!, Which means no bugging me!" she stated and she waited.

Kinami clammed up. How much should she say? How much could she say? Would he understand if she told him? Did she want someone to understand? Him? Would it dredge up the memories, call her back into the dark, dragging her like a ball and chain into the depths of her concious and keep her shackled there?

"It's a piece to a rather large and complicated puzzle," she said. "My father...was the Tsuchikage before me." Her voice was hardly over a whisper. "He was killed, he and his guards, all of them but me. By the time people got there...I wish that they had killed me." She heard her voice sort of die on her, but pretended not to care. "I came back, was put in this room, and they tried to make me better. It didn't work."

"I don't know how long I was here, but the next thing I knew, I was watching someone try to kill my mother in the kage melee. I jumped in, fought the person back, and that was the end. My mother had beaten every other person but that one, and she backed down right away. I became the kage."

Once more, just as it had come only a few days before, the shadowed from of a person, bound in a dust cloak, come to the front door of the hospital. He face could not be made out from under the cowl of the hood that hung out over the wearer's face. The only hint as to an identity was that of the almost sinister glint of two drops of rich blue cobalt that shone in the dark recesses of the cloth hood. The figure drew up to a doctor at random, and after a soft voice, one who's melodic tone was more like that of an oracle and not of a hardened sojourner. After a moment of repeated denial to know anything a hand slipped from under the clock and the eyes of the man turned to ones of both utter confusion and shock at what he had seen. Not soon long after the ward door to the room Kinami was staying in, and the cloaked Ya'sudryu entered only lowering his hood once the door was shut. His eyes first went to his older sister, still a deep cobalt.
" And drew many an eye from from these walls" He added in reference to how he had found out that his father was at long last dead.

Roy looked to the figure and instantly rolled off the bed and got in front of Kinami. He didn't even stop to think that this may be a friendly or a foe. All he knew was that this guy gave him some serious willies. "Who the duce do you think you are buddy? And what's witht he cryptic words. Care to explain yourself?

Kinami looked over, pushing back emotions and locking them away again. "Who are you, and why do you seem familiar?" She pursed her lips. "And why is it that I feel like I know you from somewhere?" He had the same feeling as someone else, but she couldn't quite place it....
