Heather felt herself hit the sand and che coughed slightly. She did it again... She nearly passed out. She had to get stronger. Even though half of her mind wasn't on at the moment, Heather pushed herself off the sand and the brown hedgehog sat up and shook her head. Now that the water was out of the way, she could rest, but not here. She looked up at Sickle, "Thanks for the help." She said and stood up. She figured she should leave now and figure some of this out.

As Lea began to run she gave no answer, but merley gave a mischevious smirk in Bullet's direction. She laughed happily in her mind, being able to spend some quality time with her kind.
She began to sprint, not knowing where she was going or what they were racing to, but she'd have a heck of a time getting there!

Sickle sat down the way dogs normally, do, and let his tounge hand out as he cooled himself off. "No sweat." He barked, half making a joke, for the more educated mind. (Dog's can't sweat, if you caught it.) Scratching his ear with his foot, he regained his normal sitting pattern, and gave a nod to Heather. "Need anyone to accompony you? I'm a part-time bodyguard. But considering the current situation, I can make this a charity duty, no pay."

Lea was having the most awesome time ever! She was making friends, seeing her kind for almost the first time, and getting in some excersise. As she raced along the path of the road, she noticed Sickle and Heather chatting, seeming to get along just fine. She smiled inwardly, but wasn't paying attention to how near the beach was getting. Just as she opened her perverbial eyes, she tripped on the drifts of sands on the ground. Because of the great speed she was going at, it caused her to cartwheel towards the sea. Spinning out of control, she saw two blurry figures approching: it was Sickle and Heather! Fortunatly she was able to navigate between them; causing both of them to get hurled with sand. Finally, Lea felt the wet sensation of the sea imurce her. As she sank down into the depths, she looked upwards at the bright light on the surface. For a few moments, she seriously considerd putting on an airmask and swimming back home........NO.....no...she had to own up to her mistakes. She slowly rose to the surface, just enough to look over the surface at her friends faces. She figured everyone would be disapointed in her....especially Bullet....but maybe not Rune...... Wait, where was Rune?

Heather blinked once as Sickle sat down and such. She shook her head, "No that's alright. I dought anything else could happen today." She buffed. Normally, when there is one attack on the city, thinkgs get worse. And no Sonic, Tails or anyone else here, who knows what could happen? Heather heard a sound coming from her right. The brown hedgehog looked over and saw Lea tubling through the sand and going right past them. Heather covered her face with her arms as the sand blew into the air. "Spoke to soon." She said under her breath and looked at the Ocean to see Lea swiming back to shore. "Hey Lea! You alright?!" She called to the wolf.

As Lea reluctantly rose to the surface, she heard the concerned voice of the Heather. Lea drooped her ears down in embaracment as she swam toward her kindhearted friend. "Y-Yeah...I'm ok...." She stuttered as she walked clumsily out of the water, going on all fours and shaking herself dry. Lea stood up, taking her hair out of it's ponytail so it wouldn't dry funkily. As her hair kinda poofed out, she looked over to Sickle, who was still sitting in the sand. "I'm sorry about the sand you guys....You two ok?" Lea said, combing out her hair with her fingers.

Sickle sat motionsless for a moment or two, his chest not moving. Suddenly, he opened his mouth and blew out a lot of air, the sand around his mouth blowing away. He opened his eyes. He was caked with Sand. "How in the world did you manage that?" He asked, getting on his fours and shaking himslef, sand flinging everywhere around him. arly any would get on the others, as he was positioned that it flew to the sides of himself. "Sand. Equals. Bad." He muttered.

Heather looked at Sickle as he shook off the sand, then she looked at Lea and nodded, "Yeah, we're fine." She smiled. She found it strange that Lea was able to tuble like that on accident, but it happens. The hedgehog herself was considered climbsy too. She looked at the two wolfs andsmiled slightly, "Guess I'll see you both later." She said, waving slight and walked back towards the city. She had to find somewhere where she could figure some of this out for a moment.

Bullet, who had already caught up to Lea, stood back and watched the three talk. His ears twitching slowly, picking up everything they said to each other. He himself wondered how Lea could have tumbled like that, but he decided it really wasn't all that important in truth. What happened is what happened, besides, he had done something similar to that when he was younger. Unfortunately, he didn't land in the water, instead he made contact with a rock--it was a quite the painful memory. Walking over towards Lea slowly, before stopping behind him. "You need to watch you speed.." he muttered softly. Indacating that he had been watching her moves the whole time. "...If you tumble like that again, there's a chance you won't land in water, but run into something much worse."

Heather walk past Bullet as he walked past her. She nodded slightly and walked down the beach and back to the city. Heather entered the city again and walked down the street, seeing people once again as they saw that the water was gone. Maybe while the brown hedgehog walk through the street, she'll find Sickles friend. She'll just keep her eyes open. Heather took out the white Chaos Emerald in her pocket. Lea had one too. And those robots were not from Eggman, which was good. But why did GUN send out those things?

Lea nodded in embaracment at Bullet's comment. "Y-Yeah...probably..." Why the heck was she so clumsy all of the sudden? Lea trained every day in an obsticle course made specifically to excersise her skill, speed, indurence, and cordination. Why the heck was it when she was around other people, all of that training suddenly disapeared? As Bullet walked towards Lea's direction, she noticed Heather going in the opposite. "Take care ok?" Lea said towards Heather, giving her a goodbye wave. "I hope she's gonna be ok...." Lea thought wearily..... Although Lea was the only one that knew the specific reason that those robots came after them, maybe GUN had it in their heads that Heather was some sort of accomplice in this whole deal. "Maybe I should go with Heather....." Lea said, almost to herself. "It's gonna get dark soon....." Lea thought she remebered a similar conversation with Sickle and Heather, but Heather had earlier refused his help. "Well....she's heading the same I would, maybe I could just fly around to keep an eye on her..." As Lea began to deploy her jetpack, she noticed that....well.....NOTHING happend. She pressed the button again: nothing. "Great." Lea sighed in egsasperation. "Water damage must have short-circuited my jetpack. Guess I'm hoofin' it." "Hey Heather, wait up!" Lea said, jogging towards her hedgehog friend. At first Heather looked at her questioningly. "No, I go home this way, seriously." Lea said, raising her hands up as if Heather was going to punch her in the face.

Heather stopped as she heard Lea's voice following her. She turned and looked back at the wolf, "I already said I can go on my own." She said before Lea could say anything, but found out that Lea goes home this way. "Oh." Heather said and shrugged, "Alright." She said but really didn't want any company for the moment. The brown hedgehog normally thought aloud, but now she would have to keep her thoughts to herself. She began to walk again as she returned to her thoughts, giving her eyes a small dazed look, but she wouldn't care if anyone noticed. She was just confused for the moment on the situation that had ended.

Sickle stood up and watched the girls go, before he turned to Bullet. He raised his eyebrows. "You didn't try to kill anyone. I'm impressed." He said, walking by the other wolf. "And now your probably scowling and calling me annoying in your head." He smirked, even though the wolf couldn't see it.

Lea smiled as Heather agreed, but she seemed to hesitate. Feeling unwanted, Lea put her heads behind her head as she walked along side her hedgehog companion. Heather seemd to be in a daze, but Lea was unconserned. They had all been through a lot that day; Heather probably wanted to sort out things... Lea kind of did too. So, to give both of them a bit of preverbial personal space, Lea put on a pair of little ear-peices that were in her pocket. (They were water-proof, so they still worked hopefully.) She adjusted the volume enough so that if Heather was to say something, Lea couldn't hear it, but not loud enough so that Heather couldn't hear herself think. Maybe this would be a subtle way of telling Heather that she could think aloud or do whatever she wanted to...

Bullet sent a glare towards Sickle, the black wolf was right. Inside of his mind, he was mumbling all kind of insults that he couldn't hear. However, all of negative thoughts were quickly erased as his mind switched do a different issue. "..dark..?" he asked, and looked up at the sky, before cursing. Lea was right, it was going to be dark soon, which meant he had to find a place to stay for the night, or allow Moonshot to take control--which he had no plan on doing. He had finally got a free time to himself, and he really didn't want his other half to cause him anymore trouble with the goverment. Looking in the direction that Lea had went, he let out a sigh and slowly began to walk away from Sickle, going off to search for a safe place for the night. Now..where's the safest place from the moon... he thought to himself, as he continued to walk about, trying to find the perfect--or at least as close as perfect could get--place to stay. However, his mind seemed to be somewhere else, it was on Lea. Shaking his head, he slapped his hand against his forehead, before cursing. "What's wrong with me!! I don't give a care about anyone else usually and here I am suddenly caring about the well being of that stupid white wolf!!!" He continued to whack himself in the head, trying his best to get his mind back on track. Looking back over towards Sickle, he let out a sigh, and headed back over towards the black wolf. "...if that white wolf comes back." he said, refering to lea. "Tell her I said goodbye." With that said, he turned and dashed away from the beach as quickly as possible--adventually zooming past Lea and Heather on the way, but not looking back. If he did, he'd feel regret and want to stay--at least, that was what he feared he would feel.
