Kouzin was astounded that he was dodging so effectively....but he was determined to hit Ken. He struck towards Ken's side, using the rotation to send an elbow towards Ken's stomach, followed by a palm strike which went over Kouzin's shoulder towards Ken's face.

Ken again dodge the blows with what looked like no effort as he knocks the blow heading for his head away circlering around him striking at his jugular but stopping just before he hit his other hand mean while he held his other arm in place staring into his eyes the dull in his eyes became much more aware as he then lowers his stance "this jutsu lowers the Byakugan's ability to see long range and instead focuses it into the ability to see at all angles allowing your vision to become slow motion allowing you to dodge most attacks with little effort"

Kouzin stood up straight as he listened. "So....I can dodge pretty much anything with ease....." he repeated, wanting to put it in his own words.

"yes but some things are to large to dodge but this will also allow you to put up a defense faster" he lets his Byakugan down and then sits down breathing heavily "but this is a kinjutsu so there are significant ramifications to using this jutsu" he stops to breath "by slowing down time your chakra absorbs the chronogens in your real cells and by doing so your body starts to rapidly age and become damaged" he says coughing before catching his breath "as you can see my over use of the kinjutsu has made me rather sickly so use it wisely"
((note: even though this is an S rank jutsu you can learn and use it now it coasts 50 cp to activate then 15 cp per post to keep it active to use this jutsu you must have Byakugan activated))

"I..I thank you...for showing me this...I'll use it carefully..." he said, memorizing in his head exactly what Ken did to utilize the technique.

Kouzin started to feel very differently towards ken...but he couldn't tell why.
"Ken-sempai.....can...can I ask you something?" he asked hesitantly.

Kankuro walks in and smiles. "O my thats a sweet sentiment i think Kaze is gonna Cry." I hand Kaze a tissue and he holds it to hsi face i giggle. "How you doing Kouzin?" I bow to Ken and Kaze hops down and does the same.
