((Continued from BF Thread))
~As the two of them started into the traffic of the city Leadstorm veered the bike left into the oncoming lane. 'the bike or the pavement, one of them's going to be your new best friend' he told himself, dodging the oncoming vehicles. 'I wonder if Trau's back there following me or just watching from the right side' he thought as he nearly got clipped by some corpie in a Mitsu-Ferrari. it didn't matter to him really, they were coming up on the offramp they wanted, and Leadstorm pulled back across the median just in time to make the exit.~

"Frack," Trau mumbled to himself, "This dude moves like he was born on a bike." He pulled to the right and checked his internal monitors. He went fuzzy and felt the cold fingers of a distant line. He knew what it was to be a book for just a moment- someone opening him up and reading him. Extracting data. Closing. The fuzziness went away, and gave him a low, dull throbbing sensation in the back of his neck. He shook it off and squeezed on the throttle as they took off onto the exit.

He kicked the kickstand down and jumped off the bike, leaving it running. "If anyone touches the bike, don't leave them enough limbs to operate it!" He shouted as he ran into the building ((Continued in Scarab's Pad))

Directions started running across the times square Marquee at the bottom of his feild of vision. "Allright, follow me." he said as he dropped the bike into first and wheelied out onto the main road~

Trau watched him for a moment, and then shrugged. What was he getting himself into now? Who was this guy, and what exactly is he looking for? Trau considered for a moment just letting him go...just turning away. He did his good deed. He helped out a roughed-up man, evened a few odds, and...well, he didn't settle anything. That's probably why he climbed back onto his bike and followed behind Leadstorm.
Maybe he'd be able to get the tangled web of his brain cleared up with a little help. Maybe he could find out just what...or who...was mucking around in there.

The soft crunch of gravel seemed thunderous in the dead silent ruins of The Twisted Blade. Threl made his way to what used to be the back alley to the dump and headed straight for where he hid his bike. It had been 3 weeks since he hid it here and Threl would be very lucky if it remained there. He spent the better part of an hour until he found it on its side and under some rubble. Quite happy with his find he mounted his bike and headed back to the Butcher fields. As he turned onto the road he stopped, heading back there made him feel like he turning his back on his friend... The one thing he really couldn't afford to lose at this point. So he headed back to the damn club that got him into all this, hoping to find some sort of clue as to who was after them or where Alister had gone too.

(( Continued from here. )) As Eseen fell to the ground, tunnel vision set in and a general feeling of relaxation overcame her. Her eyes closed involuntarily and her senses dulled out while she let the darkness consume her. She snapped out of the fading once she was picked up, half opening her eyes to spot who was handling her. This continued, fading out and being snapped back at random intervals throughout the trip of being dragged around. The final time, however, she felt she was snatched up out of the darkness roughly. Her senses were on full alert as her eyes shot open when she was brought back to reality as well as the overwhelming urge that lurched in the back of her throat. She made her state of response known by letting out a deep cough, blood caught from somewhere inside her splattering over her chest. She winced after coughing up the blood when pain shot through her body from leaning up to do so. It was made quite apparent to her she had at least one broken rib and wasn't quite sure how badly she was banged up while flashes of memory came back from the run in she had with the cyborg. While she let her mind try and recall events, it was made known to her of the presence beside her, catching the last half of the comment about getting to a hospital. The girl tilted her head over to face this other woman, trying to remain still for fear of further injuring herself as the pain seemed a little too intense for the alcohol to dull. This action was futile as she went into another coughing fit, producing more blood to spill over the concrete they rested on. "What happened...?" Eseen half whispered, not quite in the state to form a coherent sentence nor talk beyond the decibel level.

Asher flinched in surprise as the sick sound of phlegmatic coughing pierced the near-total silence of the alley. Then she winced in sympathy as the body beside her tried to rise, failed, and produced a few more weak, pained, liquid coughs. "What happened...?" the girl whispered, so quietly Asher almost missed it.
'What happened...' she thought to herself. 'Now, that is a damn good question. Wish I fracking knew that one...' However, as she met the girl's grey, tired, aching eyes, she didn't say that aloud; instead, she tried for something a little more lighthearted. "Oh, I'd say you just plowed yourself like a battering ram repeatedly into what looked like a cyborg three times your size." The tone came off flat, though, and she sounded a little shell-shocked even to her own ears. The girl didn't say anything.
Asher sighed. She was at a loss. The girl needed a hospital, but there was no way Asher was going to be able to carry her all the way there, even if she knew where 'there' was. She didn't even know where 'here' was; she hadn't kept track very well of where she was going--if she called a transport, she wouldn't even know where to direct them. The girl couldn't get up, much less walk. She needed a plan, but she couldn't think of one to save her life.. or more importantly.. this girl's, who had injured herself badly trying to save hers. God, she was wearing a beetle, the girl didn't even need to go to that kind of trouble..
Asher took a deep breath, held it for a moment, then let it out slowly. Step one, slow the bleeding, make her as comfortable as possible. What she knew of medicine would hardly fill a dictionary definition, but she knew the basics.. she moved closer to the girl, reached out a hand to move her onto her back. "Here.." she said gently, "let me help you with that."

(( Procrastination is a wonderful thing ))
Eseen chuckled slightly at Asher's attempt at humour which ended in another wince while pain shot outwards from her battered chest. It hurt, but she definately was ignorant to the situation her body was in. Shortly after, she coughed up some more blood, the pain in her chest slowly intensifying possibly due to aggrivating the injuries she had.
"I guess that was kind of stupid..." She responded quietly to the comment that lightened the mood. A smirk was flashed at th woman and her eyes held a glimmer of life through the pain and glaze from the injury and drunkness. "No, I'm fine..."
The girl raised an arm and gently but politely pushed Asher's arm out of the way to help roll her onto her back. Instead, she leveled herself carefully while she attempted to make her way up on her feet. Using the wall as assistance, she managed to awkwardly stand up reasonably straight and keep somewhat upright.
"We probably should get to a hospital." She commented, wheezing slightly as she felt the sudden desire to breath in a bit deeper for each breath became more strenuous. Unfortunately, doing so moved around the broken rib, or ribs, making it painful to take deep breaths.
Eseen took another glance over at the girl before taking a step forward, using the wall as leverage. The leg buckled underneath her and she almost fell to her knees, catching herself against the wall and placing an arm over her chest in a reactive measure to somehow prevent the pain pulsating in it.
"Where.. are we...?"

((Good lord, I fail, it's been like two weeks I'm so sorry >_>))
Asher gaped as the girl tried to stand and walk, taken aback. However, when the girl stumbled, she quickly jumped up and grabbed one arm, slinging it over her shoulders and pulling the girl upright.
"Okay, look." she said, slightly exasperated, "I know you're more than capable of taking care of yourself, but don't be ridiculous. I don't know where we are either, the hospital could be anywhere for all I know, and chances are there's no way you'll be able to *walk* there."
The girl's arm held securely over her shoulder, she cautiously poked her head out of the alleyway and glanced around; if she could get a sense of the buildings around her, she could run a search through her nanocomputer, pull up a schematic, and give the Medivac transport an address. There were no street signs, no stores, no immediately distinguishing characteristics on the nearby walls... damn.
"Okay look.. I need to get my bearings.. think we can make it a few blocks?" Asher glanced left. That was the direction of the club, as far as she could recall. No way in *hell* she was going back that way. Right it was. "C'mon."

((There is one slight flaw in all these posts here. Cyberia is in the Koto Kurokumo district and you guys are RPing like it's in Central. FYI Central is below KK and you need to go either down a government elevator, like my CENTAUR Unit, or go down via the streets or other public accesible areas. Also there are streets signs in KK and Central the only anarchic area in Diatokai is The Butcher's field, of which you guys are a ways away from. Just a tid bit of info to help your RP.))
