“So I suggested the place, now it’s your turn. What do you want to do now that we are here?” James turned to look at the wolf. “And I have a feeling that that I won’t be disappointed on this one particular wish.”

Carah put his hands behind his head and laid there in the grass before shrugging "what did you wish for" he asked looking up at the pheonix

“If you tell a wish it will never come through.” James folded his wings and stretched out beside Carah. Reaching over he just passed the wolf one of the wine coolers.

Carah took the bottle and pulled the cap off before taking a long drink of the fruity drink "just tell me" he said calmly

"Ummmmmm" James stalled. "Alright. I wanted you to want to kiss me eventually. That’s it.” the phoenix looked away as his face slightly tinted red.

Carah looked over at him and thought for a moment, he was finally being able to relax now that James wasnt all over him and there wernt huge crowds staring at him "you don't have to try so hard, I like you a lot better when you don't" he said pushing himself up onto his elbows. He reached out and pulled the close by his chin "you can take it if you want" he said calmly

James smiled as he leaned close enough to feel the wolf’s breath on his own lips “But,” James whispered. “if I take it my wish won’t be coming true. I’m willing to wait for you to kiss me.” His smile widened and he didn’t move away. "I said you were worth the trouble."

Carah shook his head but held the boy where he was "just because you take it dosnt mean our wish isnt coming true, I wouldnt let you do it if I didn't want you to" Carah stared with a strait face, his eyes wer intence and he knew it, he always had, but he never made any attempt to soften them more then to show he didnt dislike someone.

James raised his hand and brushed a few stray hairs out of Carah’s eyes. Resting his hand on the side of the wolf’s face he slowly leaned in and pressed his lips to the wolf’s. Shifting slightly he deepened the kiss while dragging his hand down Carah’s body till it rested of his heart. "Thank you." he whispered before going back for a second kiss.

Carah heart rate picked up slightly, oh what a simple kiss could do to him "welcome" he murmered before he felt the boys lips at his again. Carah placed his hand gently on the small of the boys back.

“So my question is,” James started, very obviously out of breath, after nibbling the wolf’s lower lip “do you want to stay here in public, or go back to your apartment?”

Carah thought for a moment, either way he didn't mind "i'll leave it up to you, I can go for either" he said calmly.

“Then what are we still doing here?” He asked as he used his wings to stand gracefully.

Carah chuckled lightly and pushed himself up onto his feet "lets go" he said grabbing the wine coolers in one hand and grabbing James around the waist with the other arm

James couldn’t stop grinning as the walked back to the apartment. It was like he was in a dream, and he never wanted to wake up. Very gingerly he laid his head on Carah shoulder as they walked. He would move it at the wolf’s first sign of discomfort, but he hoped he wouldn’t need to.
