I'd use it to make myself more confident and stronger (while keeping it safe for Princess Sakura at the same time). Then I'd give it back to its rightful owner and try to be stronger and confident without the feather from past experiences.

I'd... create a Fai out of it the same way he created a Chii from the feather. Then I'd take this new Fai in to my room, lock the door, and do unspeakable things to him. heart ninja

I have to give it to Sakura and find Syaoran and the others, but I need to find them, so I'll have to accompany the Tsubasa team and find the other feathers, and besides, I might as well give a payment, and that would be: My memories up until I meet Syaoran and the team...

I'd totally give it back to Sakura. It's so sad how her memories left her, right when she was gonna admit to Syaoran that she loved him.

I'd skip around and play with it first.
Maybe put it in my hair~ =] Because that would be cute.
And then~ When the group would come to my world to get the feather~ We'd play a nice game of tag~ Then I'd kidnap Fai and say to Kurogane~ "Fai or Feather? If he chose feather, I'd bash his head and claim Fai for myself~ But if he said Fai~ Then I'd give him teh feather, and make them go rabu-rabu so I can watch. >D
