Whammy- Charlie (Pow) and Jeremy (Bif) were talking about the old 60s Batman (aka the Biff-Pow Batman) and just gave ourselves comic-book names. There is also Katherine (Smack) and 'Nessa (Spiff).
Samurita or Samurai- Jacob calls me this becuase my name is Sammi. The fact that I call him Tuba Man might also have something to do with it.

I don't have a special Band Nickname but one of my friends do.
Her name is Kate, we call her Kate the Great. This year her number in Marching band happens to be Eight.
So now she's Kate the Great who is number Eight.

Well... we don't really have alot of band nicknames.. but we have a couple... our bass player is named Mr. Tasty (he was playing a bass solo and some guy told him it was a "tasty" bass line... we couldn't help it XD) also... at the bandathon the dude misheard my name, calling me Worgan instead of Margan.. and he also mistook my instrument for a trumpet >_>;; (its a fricken tenor sax!!! is he blind!!?!?!?!?!) now I'm Worgie the trumpet soloist XD and our band director is Mr. Dude... no reason.. he just is >_<;;

Yeah our band has a couple of nicknames:
Skeet
Mongoose
Chipmunk
Kulaki
Leavy
Garlic
G-man
Formally known girl-with-hair-in-face
Tuba-Jill
Kill-Jill
Minitontalla
Mc-Fly
Chubbs-MgGee
Spaz
and the small mammal-type nicknames keep going like mongoose and chipmunk for the low brass

my nickname is papa scuzzi. (the story is too long, but if you're really that interested pm me.) then my section is called rouge squadron (GO SOUSAS!) and we call our flute section the vanilla dream.

People in Band call me Little Hermo... Mainly Trent, but it's spreading. Because, I'm relatively short, and the Hermo came from Hermaphrodite, because he came in at the end of a conversation between myself and a trombone about hermaphrodites. So, he calls me Little Hermo. Fun stuff. xp It also seems I named my clarinet after someone in Band, and people think I named it after him. Not quite. I have to explain that I named it in sixth grade, when I got it. Long before HighSchool.

My BD calls my friend Ryan 'White Chocolate', b'cuz that's the nickname he's acquired since he's one of 2 white kids in a predominatly black band.

Last year my BD messed my last name up for try outs for my jazzband ( my scholl has 4 jazz bands and will have a 5th one a soon) and it came out as Sturdix instead of Sturdy. This year i'm know a** " Mr. Crawl string, because when i play my bass i kinda look like i'm crawling onto it when i get lower on the neck.

I got nicknamed Lighthouse because me and a bunch of friends took off our shirts under the stadium light at practice. I am so white that i was like gleaming and im like 6''4. Sooo i got nicknamed ligthouse

one of our trumpets is nicknamed mini because she was the shortest person in our marching band. and i was known as the boner with no balls.... cuz i was the only chick thst played trombone....
