Holy Mother of Lanzer, Rue! That is some gorgeous work! You're CG is getting better by leaps and bounds! Every picture that I thought was gorgeous is topped by the next one. This is by far one of your best works... Appropriate then, that it goes to the one we all love smile

Katane Whoa. eek That is really good. Can you tell me how long it took you to make that? Thank you. From concept sketch to the final version, it took me...about a week. Maybe a bit longer. At the time, I was also editing a book for a friend, so my time was divided.

Well, I think you really captured the concept well. I was at a museum recently looking at ancient Roman statues, and from the neck down, your drawing looks just like one of them. The wrinkly stone lines, the figure details carved in seemingly under the gauze, the stance...... yet under all that classicalness, it still says "Romuel". 3nodding

Katane Well, I think you really captured the concept well. I was at a museum recently looking at ancient Roman statues, and from the neck down, your drawing looks just like one of them. The wrinkly stone lines, the figure details carved in seemingly under the gauze, the stance...... yet under all that classicalness, it still says "Romuel". 3nodding Thanks! I used several images of statues for reference, such as the statue of Nike, which I believe really captures the folds and draping of cloth. I thought about making Romuel's face more classical, with a pulled back Roman hair style and a less anime-esque face, but I wanted people to know it was Romuel, and I couldn't get it to look right otherwise.
