I'd rate you.........um.........9/10. You've combined elements well, layered creatively, found a balance between form and substance and all without seeming cluttered. The only thing holding you back from a 10 is the lack of anything below you - some tail and petals to be sure but it looks like you're not so much top heavy as bottom light.........still the best avatar I've seen E.V.E.R. (I've never given a 9 before.) Perhaps if you were sitting?

I can't really rate you. It's hard too. You look like a beautiful mermaid. I would give you a 10/10 but I know there something that i missing just can't put my finger on it. So I'll give you a 9/10 and when i figure out what I was thinking about I'll tell you.
