The Story:
a white dove lands near you as you see a silver string attached to it with a note. You take the note as the bird flies of and read it.

Okay, I have seen a lot of people complaining about this so I decided to address it.
The Exam scores need to be posted by the Fire Alliance MODS and the Twilight Event needs to start.
I have been informed by Shadow that Tosh may cancel the Twilight event and refund everyone's gold since he is obviously not going to be on.
Also, we need more active Fire Alliance MODS since they have not been active. That way we can accurately score the Exams.
I will be happy to do the Twilight Event for Tosh if he can not be on, but I will need what all he has planned.
I would appreciate if some one could get back to me on these things. That means YOU, Broken and Shadow.

Alright boys and girls, here is what you have been waiting for. The results of the Chuunin Exam finals. If you don't win, don't cry about it. You always have next time. And it is my turn so you know that your next chance will come soon. Well, because I am active every day.
Those Who Pass:
Kimishun

Fujin
Gahou
Nyuuha
Those who passed, please PM your Kage to unlock the the profile threads to update your stats. Each stat gets a +20 boost, and you all get 3 E-Points.
Also, those who did not pass, please PM me which round you failed in because you will also get E-Points. Five points per round. So if you failed the written exam, you at least get 5 points. And tell me where you want those points to go to (which stat(s) ). Also include the name of the character that participated and which village they are in. And please do not lie. If I find out you have lied about a Guild event, I will ban your a**. Thanks.

Attention everyone: I am issuing that all wishing to participate in this years Chuunin Exams are not allowed to enter alone this year.
You are to choose one partner from the same village you are currently in. There is to be no intermingling of partners. So for example you may not have: A Leaf Genin and a Sound Genin partnered up.
This is to really do one thing: Build up your teamwork.
Also, if your partner falls in one part of the Exam, you as the remaining one have no chance of making it through the Final Exam because you will not have enough points accumulated to make a passing score.
So.......MAKE SURE YOUR PARTNER DOES NOT FAIL!!!!

WOW its been a long time anyway I'm not sure when i'm starting this event but it will start within a couple days ((depends on work)). I will thus increase the reward do to the wait but im not telling what it will be wink .

Hello everyone. I ask for your forgiveness with my untimely 3 week absence. My computer had problems and well, internet costs are becoming ridiculous. So, I am back for the time being, and hopefully I will remain for a long while to go.
Now, onto business: Starting today, I will be accepting teams for the exams. Please PM me the account names and the character names of the teams. Only one person per team had to do this. Seriously, I can't stretch that enough. Only God knows how much I hate redundant PM's.
From the moment you send me that PM, your team will be solidified and will not be able to change. This will ensure that I will be able to make the match-ups as fair as possible. If for some reason your partner is unable to attend the first and third portions of the exam, tough luck. You must choose a partner whom with you have the utmost trust to be there when needed.
Not that this should be discouraging, however. Those who do not obtain a partner can still enter for the E-Points that one receives for each successful completion of portions 1, 2, and or 3. But do not expect to pass as both scores of each person will be added together to determine if that team becomes Chuunins.
I have set the Exams to start around mid January, so you still have a while to prepare and choose a partner. Just about the only piece of advise I will be giving you is to not put all of your faith in your partner.
And as one last addition, there is no carrying partners through the second portion. I will be lenient and allow it if your partner can not be on or something like that, but in that instance, only a couple of times. And as the final note, there is no taking the first portion and the third portion for your partner. They must do it on their own.

Now Accepting Applications for the Hidden Grass Council
The Kusakage has met with the Town Council and agreed with their motion to gather 4 strong shinobi from various villages. The Town Council will be disolved and the Kusakage will institute Military Rule withe the Hidden Grass Council as the Enforcers.
((Applicants must come from the Thunder Alliance, unless you give me a good reason for coming from the Fire Alliance.

The Approved Jutsu Thread is Partialy COmpleted int eh Ninja Book of everything. It is a Thred designed so peopel dont make two Jutsu that are exactly alike so please all approving people place jutsu in there appropriate places elemental jutsu goingiing where they be and when i finish there types in teh proper places aswell.
