They may be afraid to come to the US simply because its a different society here than in Japan, where people here would go crazy over Diru, probably too crazy.

So Germany, Belgium, AND France have the SAME societies as Japan? no, I don't think so,.... but that doesn't seem to stop Diru from going there

California is closer to Japan. After being on a plane for 20 hours, I wouldn't want to wait another five hours just to get to the east coast, either. And yes, it takes five hours. It was a five-hour flight from Chicago to California, plus the one-hour flight back to where I live. If they came to America, I'd be glad that they came at all. ^^;

I think that if Diru did an American tour, they would either come to or be more likely to come to or closer to the East Coast than if they did just one show in America. ^^; More bands are touring America recently, though, so it's likely that they will. ^^;

If they came to America, I'd be glad that they came at all. ^^; They're going all over Europe which is not only further from Japan, but a larger area than the US. That doesn't stop them from going to several places there. I don't see why they would only do 1 city in the US, especially since they're currently the biggest J-rock IN J-rock. I'm sure they realize a LOT of people won't be able to go to Cali.

A lot of bands play in Europe. They might only do one show in the U.S. if they're unsure of how big their audience will be. Face it - we can tell them and tell them that they have fans here, but bands just don't believe it until they actually come here and see for themselves. Why spend time and money on shows that they think a lot of people might not come to? I didn't say they'd only do one show in the U.S. And that they might not come to the east coast. The U.S. is a lot bigger than just the east coast. When D'espairsRay played in the U.S., they did two shows in California, and two shows in Texas. Neither of those states are on the east coast.
