"Damn you," she cursed softly under her breath in anger and worry, "Tokeru you stupid idiot!" He was going to get himself killed if he was going to be reckless. She could just tell from his words that he was going to get himself hurt. Edith did not want him to die because he was too dumb to control his anger and she somehow felt his anger, his rage, and his thrill of his hunt.
She looked to everyone in the room, giving everyone a quick hug, even those she did not know. "Sorry guys but I gotta leave. If I'm allowed back then I'll come to patry but right now I gotta take care of something urgent. Chow!" With that, the vampiress almost flew out of haven and into the city, using only her vampiric speed.

Lydia held the locket for a moment, tracing it with a hesitant finger as she tried to grasp the meaning of the gift. It had been blessed, Kerri said...though the psychic had no need for religion, she knew the power of blessed items. Tainted were easily sundered by anything holy. Well, Tainted that were not elders could be easily sundered by anything holy.
Slowly, Lydia put the locket on and admired how it looked on her for a moment. She then met Kerrigan's gaze with a smile. "Thank you, Kerrigan. I must truly be lucky, because I have you and everyone else here for friends and family." It was then that Edith made her quick goodbye, apparently agitated by something. "Good bye, Edith. I hope to see you soon, and I hope you do not get injured."

"Lucky or cursed," she said with a small laugh, patting Lydia on the back. As Eden left, she couldnt help but feel a slightly ominous feeling. Perhaps someone should go with her? However, she also knew that Edith was a capabel hunter...if she needed help, she had people she could call. Smiling, she walked over to Krii, planting a kiss on his lips as she leaned into his arms.

Skiaska had unwanted tears in her eyes. For some reason, her entire stay at Haven just... hit her. Love, guilt, pain, death, hope, laughing, crying, bleeding, dying, smiling, hugging, kisses, fighting, training, drinking, dancing, excitement, killing...
She choked on the lump in her throat and unintentionally reached for a hidden flask at her side. Ski blinked rapidly, a forced smile on her face. The smell of burned flesh stayed within her nostrils, reminding her of her mother. With a silenced sob, she squeezed Terra's hand, got up, hugged Lydia, and smiled waterily at Will. "Congrats..." With that said, Ski made her way to her room.

Terra had covered her nose just as the smell had come to her, so she hadn't bee as effected. A smile found a way to her face when William had practically announced he and the Lydia girl where getting married. "Ah, young love..." A sudden barrage of short breaths, gulps, and a choke brought her alerted attention to Skiaska. "Darling, wha-" She was cut of when Skiaska squeezed her ahnd and left. Terra looked at the door worriedly. She got up and casually walked over to the couple congradulated them politely, then went after her.

Will frowned as he watched Edith and Skiaska leave. Two young, powerful young women, one his sister and another very much like a sister to him. And both were hurting. Worse, there seemed to be nothing he could do. At least Ski had Terra, and Eden had many friends here. He just hoped that if they needed it, they would come to him.
Smiling at Krii'Ouses invitation, Will nodded. "A couple of rounds sure would hit the spot, Sethe. Many congratulations and much drinking is in order. Though not too much, I'll be needing to talk with Father Michaels, set something up."
It was then that Will realized nobody had yet bothered to answer Lydia's earlier question. Turning back to her, he explained one of the concepts of a wedding. "Okay, in a wedding, the ceremony in which you officially become married, you have the bride, the woman getting married, and the groom, the man getting married. Each of them has a group of friends of the same gender, for the bride bridesmaids and for the groom groomsmen, who stand beside them during the ceremony in a show of support. The maid of honor is usually the bride's closest friend, and is sort of the leader of the bridesmaid's and has several responsibilities to make sure the wedding proceeds well. The same goes for the groom and his best man. Your wedding is one of the most important parts of your life, and as such the position of best man or maid of honor is reserved for the person of your sex closest to you, sort of a way of saying that even though you're leaving part of your old life behind and starting a new one that your friends will still be with you I suppose."
Of course the concept was already confusing enough without getting into the history of the wedding party, so no need for him to explain how the bridesmaids and groomsmen were historically meant to act as guards and decoys to protect the bride and groom from their enemies during the wedding, or how the old tradition was for the best man to stand in the groom's place and marry the bride if the groom didn't show. Although considering that he was the leader of the Hunters and pratically every supernatural creature in this city wanted his head mounted on a pike, the guard and decoy aspect of the wedding party probably would be relevant to their situation.

Lydia returned Skiaska's hug, upset that she could not do anything to help her friend. Terra soon followed, probably to comfort Skiaksa, but still, Lydia wanted to help her friend even though there was nothing she could do. Then Will explained what a bridemaid, maid of honor, best man, and groomsmen were. "Oh, I suppose that makes sense...Then Kerrigan and Skiaska should both be my maid of honor. They are both close to me, and I do not think I can pick one over the other."

Krii'Ouse accepted the kiss willingly. He smiled, and hugged Kerrigan closer, kissing her on the neck. Krii'Ouse then leaned over to Will, nudging his side. 'Do I get to be the best man?' he asked, chuckling to his brother. He turned back to Kerrigan, and smiled, kissing her on the lips. 'Meow.' He quirked an eyebrow, and shook his head. 'Wait, I'm a wolf...'

Laughing slightly, she grinned down at Lydia, pretending to be overexcited. However, she quickly lauhged it off, grinning down at her, "Wow Lydia, that would be awesome. I would be honored." She gave her a sort of bow as she nestled closer to Krii, a bit suprised by the second kiss. As he followed it with a meow, she quirked an eyebrow, before she then laughed at him, shaking her head. "You are so goofy sometimes." Moving away from him, she smiled at them all, "Well, I will meet you guys up at Hunters. Gonna take care of a few things." Giving Krii a look as if to say 'Watch teh kid', with a motion of her head to Phaedra, she disappeared through the doorway silently.

Will just smiled. Of course they can both be your maid of honor, Lydia. You'd probably better ask them in person. And Sethe, of course you're the best man, who else would I have for the job? Now, Lydia, where'd you like to go? Your room? Hunter's? Or someplace else?"

"I think I would like to go back to my room for a little while to rest." Lydia said. "I also need to let Mischief into Haven. She has been running around the city for a while now."

Lydia_Aidly "I think I would like to go back to my room for a little while to rest." Lydia said. "I also need to let Mischief into Haven. She has been running around the city for a while now." Will smiled, then turned back to Krii"ouse. "Raincheck on the drink. I think I'll spend some time with Lydia. C'mon Lyds, let's go get that little furball of yours." Taking the handles of her wheelchair again, glad he could at least do this much to help her and making no effort to suppress that feeling, Will pushed Lydia and himself out through the door and towards the upper Haven entrance where they'd pick up Mischief. Krii'Ouse frowned. 'Stupid Will. Hmmph.' he said, crossing his legs, beginning to float, and crossing his arms upsetly. He kept his mind trained on Phaedra, making sure she went nowhere. Kerrigan would be back soon.
