Alright, I'm going to put this as simply as I can:
I NEED HELP!!!! crying
I must have re-written chapter 2 at least a dozen times, and nothing is working!!! *pulls at hair in frustration* So here's what I'm asking - if you guys have any ideas - ANY ideas at all, no matter how bizzare or whatever, please, please, PLEASE tell me, because this mental block is killing me and the most random things can be increadible inspiration - I'm really sorry for asking for this, but seriously. Any ideas at all; I'd appreciate it massivly. And if I actually DO use an idea, or am inspired by it, I swear I'll give you credit...!!!! gonk

The basic thing purpose is to... more or less introduce KH2!Sora to Sora and Riku. So it's a first impressions sort of deal... something I've always been pretty bad at writting, because it could easily shift how the charecters feel about eachother. For example, if Sora were to freak out and say, kick Riku in the gut or something *winces* because he thought he was Xehanort or something *sweatdrops* then... that would cause some rather awkward issues. Not to mention a severe amount of pain for poor Riku. All in all, I'd like to avoid showing anything 'supernatural' or abnormal about Sora's actual abilities in this chapter. It can hint towards there being something 'wierd' about him, but nothing that actually can be taken as proof. Riku's still obsessed with getting of the Destiny Islands, so you'd think that ANYTHING out of the norm would deffinitly catch his attention. Of course, they did see KH2!Sora FALL FROM THE SKY... *laughs* But yeah. However, he doesn't belive in magic, right? So there may be some denile issues...
Okay, for the record: There is NO MAGIC on the Destiny Islands, and no one who passes the equivalent of level... 20ish, so far as I can tell, by KH1 standards. (There may be a couple exceptions, depending on who I put in the Destiny Islands) And even then, only a handful. Riku's deffinitly one of the best fighters there are - and is undoubtably the best out of the kids. There are some adults that outclass him though... Also, it's a fairly low population, and the technology is in many ways lower than here. Eto... you can mainly ignore that though, I think.
I can say however, that now that KH2!Sora's here, he deffinitly holds the title of strongest fighter on the DI. If, if I decide to stick in a few final fantasy charecters as people living there - ie, Zack (because who doesn't like Zack? Seriously?) then... maybe some competition...

Charecters who might make an appearence in the DI. They may actually be important, or a mere cameo:
FFI:
Bikke - A pirate who terrorized the port town of Pravoca. The Warriors of Light receive his ship when he is defeated. In the Destiny Islands, a sailor who is skilled with shipbuilding and navigation.
Matoya - A witch who needs a crystal eye to see. She collects special herbs, and creates potions. In the Destiny Islands, an old woman who knows more than she seems to... Famous for her herbal cures and remedies.
Lukahn - The leader of the Circle of Sages, who prophecied the coming of the Warriors of Light. In the Destiny Islands, a wise old man who, like Matoya, knows more than one would think.
Nerrick - A dwarf who is a skillled builder. He creates a canal with Nitro Powder. In the Destiny Islands, a man who works up in the mountains as a minner. He is very interested in the finer working of rare materials.
Sadda - A sage living in a cave near the Cavern of Earth. He gives the Warriors of Light the Earth Rod, so they can proceed further into the cave. In the Destiny Islands, an old man who lives by himself in the mountains. He is good friends with Nerrick, and often has good advice if anyone asks.
Dr. Unne - A professor studying the language of Lufenish (Leifinish in the original release). He teaches the Warriors of Light the language after they give him the slab. In the Destiny Islands, he is more of an all-around schoolar; however, he specialises in ancient lore, though he is often considered a crackpot for his theories that Magic might actually have existed at one point in time.
Arylon - A dancer in Cornelia, who can tell the player where to go in early parts of the game. In the Destiny Islands, Arylon serves much the same purpose, being a casual friend of more or less everyone and knowing the general gossip around town.
