T'thia turned to see the wyreling master striding towards her, her heart raced slightly she thought she might be in trouble, maybe she shouldn't be here. T'thia became slightly nervouse but took a deep breath and relaxed, what was the worst that could happen? certainly she wouldn't suspend her from flieing or antyhing like that

((guilty thoughts, eh??))
"Hey T'thia, it's good to see you. I wanted to tell you that my old teacher will be instructing the class on Firestone this afternoon. Do you think you're ready for it?"

T'thia relaxed as she realised she was not in trouble then became slightly panicked
"this afternoon? i just sent Arizath to eat, can he chew firestone on a full stomach?"
i can, there's no problem
"you don't know that love, i'd like an experienced riders point of view"
her eyes became focused again as she turned her attention back to Rayi

Ray shrugged. "If he's not going to be doing any more flying today, it's fine if he eats his fill. Though you should advise him not to gorge himself. At his size, two wherries or a large herdbeast should be fine to hold him for a few days, and that way we can do the between lessons without worrying about him getting gut-heavy."
Ray silently suggested that Wrath pass that message along to the other Weyrlings.

T'thia nodded
"Love, how much have you eaten?"
just a large wherie
don't eat anymore, we chew firestone today
alright, where do we meet?
"i'll let you know as soon as i do, but for now go back to your sunning ledge"
T'thia didn't bother with a response from Arizath
"alright, he hasn't eaten much, we can do the lesson today"
she smiled broghtly, she was more advanced then she thought, her friends being new riders made her look at how far she actually had come, their dragonets couldn't even fly yet, let alone fly with their riders.

Ray nods. "This afternoon. Wrath will give your dragon directions to the Firestone Pit once we have a better idea of what time it'll happen."

T'thia nodded
"alright, mind if i stay here for a bit longer? the hatching sands are kind of a memorial place, y'know?"
T'thia turned back towards the hot sands a soft smile touching her lips as small memories of her hatching and forts recent hatching went through her head

Ray shrugs and heads outside to prepare for B'loure's arrival. Sure, vistiors arrived at the Weyr all the time, but B'loure was her oldest friend.
Settle, settle. Your hair is not a mess, you've bathed recently, and he probably won't even see our weyr, let alone grade you on its cleanliness. You did a good job of teaching the Weyrlings so far, and he knows you have some strange circumstances, so he'll be understanding that they're a bit behind.
Ray tried to listen to Wrath's advice, but still headed out to the weyrbowl to watch the sky.

T'thia remained where she sat thoughts of hatching and the new lesson going through her head as she watched the eggs on the sand, and A'nash wandering around the sands.

Niko looks all around the Hatching Sands at the other dragon riders, just watching idly and keeping an ear open for the dragon's humming.

::Myyth walks into the hatching grounds and takes a quick look around before heading over to the eggs. She looks at others on the sands and a stray thought passes through her mind. ::
I wonder who they are? That one girl looks a bit familiar , could she be the bronze rider? Hmm.....
::She approches to about 12 feet from the eggs before stopping and looking them over.::
Should I say something to Wrath? Ray and Kye did say dragons are really smart....
"Hi Wrath, I just came down to see the eggs......For what its worth, I think both yourself and the eggs look good, but I'm new here so I don't think it counts for much. If I'm still here the next time you lay your eggs I might be able to say something you don't already know. But 'till then.... I'm babbling so I think I'm just going to be sit here and be quiet foe a while."
::Looks quietly at the eggs for a bit.::

the sturdy bronze swooped into the hatching grounds and beckoned it rider for their lesson. T'thia sighed and nodded, she had hoped for a chance to speak with A'nash but lessons were top priority now a days. she slipped from the stands and mounted the strong bronze as he launched upward she looked down to see a girl speaking with Wrath, she smiled at the posible canidate before being taken off for class.

Sighing, Niko wanders around the hatching sands, maintaining a 6 foot radius around the eggs and watching them in wonder.

T'thia's bronze flit Oneth appeared in the hatching grounds in search of the wyreleader, spotting the man by on the sands he swooped down giving an attention getting squak and hovering in front of the wyreleader extending his leg with the piece of hide for the wyreleader to take ~hide note~ Quote: I'm not sure how much you've had a chance to look over things at Benden, or even if this affects Benden. As I'm sure you've heard we had a bit of trouble at the Hatching. Unfortunatly it's nothing new. Most of the riders haven't had a chance to encounter the...attitude...that just occured. This partly stems from the slight famine that has been going on. It's nothing bad yet, but people are starting to grumble that we, Fort, have been taking too much. The weryleader had only got the report in before Threadfall, so there hasn't been much time to plan out what to do. I thought I'd warn you though. Tempers are running high and we need to be very careful. Please check your records and send a reply back if this seems to be the trend in Benden as well. ~Tolara the flit hovered waiting for the wyreleader to take the hide and to recive his orders, the flit was well trained for a flit.
