Poor Fai, he's just getting tormented, though, I'm sure he's going to have a happy ending.
Kurogane, too, will be the one to have a happy ending.
It will either be Sakura or Syaoran to not have a happy ending, excluding Mokona, because, with the strange things going on in holic, an unhappy ending could easilly await Mokona.
I'd, in fact, be shocked to find out that it was not Sakura or Syaoran. I just think that Kurogane and Fai have just been getting hammered, and hammered, and that the unexpected thing, like what TRC has been, is to have Sakura or Syaoran have the unhappy ending.
I've actually noticed the ties between Holic and TRC grow stronger and stronger. It's been reiterating certain things, and, new things have been brought up. -excitement-
I really feel bad for Fai. It's going to be so hard to cosplay him...All my friends are like against reading the internet scans, and so, I have to pretend that I know nothing about anything. Like, we're having a dispute over who gets to be Syaoran. And I'm like, oh! There are two Syaorans!
And my friend was like...But one just sits in water...
And I'm like eh heh heh...yeahhhh...
It's so hard to not share with people. -sigh-
TRC must be ending soon. Especially if Ashura wakes up, and the next country is celes. Everything's slowly getting answered, and, etc. It's getting very exciting...but, I'll be sad when it ends. This is my 2nd favorite Manga, ever. Like, Furuba only beats it because it was my first manga.

But maybe that's because I think Fai getting killed would be really hot. Shhh. ninja Really, don't mind me.
I think the unhappy ending will be for clone-Syaoran. After all... we saw that picture of him lying in the glass and stuff. *spaces out* Um... Well... Then again, the feelings he had for Sakura was something that just happened, if that makes sense. His heart was fake but his love for her was real. Lame, yeah, but that's the only way I know how to explain it. I think he can find his real heart again, but...
How incredibly difficult. :/
If not him, I'm going for the other Syaoran. One of them has to die. confused

I completely agree. The sad ending HAS to be one of the Syaorans. And I think it'll be the real syaoran because if something happened to the clone Syaoran that would make Sakura have a bad time as well and then that'd be two characters instead of one.
But i am still confused about this whole chess thing. Are they EVER going to explain it!!???

Ok, if you know it, think Angelic Layer.
Those of you who are also confused, please read along.
In Angelic Layer, the dues controls a small doll on a layer, where they fight another doll controlled by another dues. The doll can only move if the dues wills it, otherwise it will just fall over. Therefore, if there is any hesitation in the dues' thoughts, there will be hesitation in the doll. Now, apply that to the human chess.
Sakura would be the dues, and Fai, Kurogane and Syaoran the dolls that are controlled by Sakura. It is Sakura's thoughts that control what they do, when they do it, and if they can continue to fight. Therefore, in the most recent chapter, Fai and Kurogane become unable to move because of Sakura's hesitation.

If not him, I'm going for the other Syaoran. One of them has to die. confused I think r/Syaoran is going to die (wow... typing fast when the page is just loading ends up with weird spellings of "Syaoran"... it came up as "YSorna"). I mean, with all that's happening with c/Syaoran, the only way his death would be really sad was if right before his death he got his heart back (OMG!!! IF THAT HAPPENS I AM GOING TO BE CRYING FOR ABOUT 1000 YEARS). Whereas r/Syaoran, you get to know him really easily, and you can easily see he wants to protect Sakura, and Sakura might end up loving him too... her heart's been quick to change before. As much as I think it would be hot, Fai dying doesn't seem likely. I mean, he has already had his major turning point, and they're going to Ceres, so that shows his history. If anything else happened to him, it'd be like Fai overload.

He's awake!!! and what's with his eye? It was like *dazed*y looking.... And Sakura is in angst!!! *cuddles Sakura-chan* don't be angsty m'darling! I was slightly confused as to what she was saying though... that they're completely different? Or that they're the same and yet she can still tell the difference.

Ashura-ou! gonk
...You know, the CLAMP community is finally going to get a good look at that character. Ashura-ou (this version, anyway) has never really been awake for long periods of time in CLAMP-land (referring to RG Veda, where he again was put to sleep for some time), so no one really knows what to expect, ne? He could be an Itachi (X_X; ooh, scary) or an Ayame (which would also be scary, but in a funny way xd ).
At least there aren't any breaks for the next month! blaugh And XXXHOLiC is finally going to be updated in February, so all's good in the world! heart

I don't know who Itachi is, but, for some reason, I don't think Fai would run from Ashura if he was like Ayame...
From what I've read of RGV, which is...not much...I'm assuming that this Ashura would be like, the sketchy old version of Ashura that I know nothing about other than the fact that he randomly appears in the happy Ashura's body and is like..Yasha imma eat ur f4c3 n00b.
Yay! I was wondering when holic was going to be updated...
And, I can't wait for the next chapter of TRC!!

Everyday I am reminded of why I love this series. It just keeps getting awesome! I'm glad there going to be regular for this month. ^_^ I cannot wait either. Ashura makes his apperence finally! Yus! I have been waiting forever to find out what the heck this thing is all about.
